Problem report / further detail
Tried to purchase tickets, confirmed and authorized payment on VISA, but received error message that payment could not be processed and that I would have to call Air Canada (error ****). However, my credit card was charged. I called, they will not honour the price as those seats are now gone. How can they take my money without giving me a ticket? When I call to have it resolved, they try to book me a new flight, without anyone offering to release the funds (which according to VISA they should be able to do without a problem). So, ***hours later, I am still trying to resolve this issue.
