Every time I check with "Network and sharing center", troubleshooting advises to reset router. This has been ongoing for over a week. Very frustrating. Also very annoying is trying to ring Optus Faults. P.S. What is this $** and we fix it now BS. What sort of scam are you people running here. I'm paying $*** a month on average for a below par service. I expect a service that delivers what I was promised, definitely not what I am receiving at the moment. By the way there has been a plague with my service from almost the very start. Check my file, see for yourself. I'm getting quite annoyed.
