Hello! I am curious about why the new Christmas Kevin the Carrot bundles are already available for pre-order on eBay at unreasonable prices. My granddaughter really wants the bundle with the mouse and turtle, which is priced at £12.95 online, but it's being sold on eBay for £43. It's frustrating that people are buying them just to resell at inflated prices, making it difficult for genuine customers to purchase them. Also, it's inconvenient that you can only select one specific date to buy them online or in-store. I have a 12-hour shift on the day of release, so chances are I won't be able to get any for my granddaughter unless I pay these excessive prices. I recently shopped at my local Aldi branch in Thornbury, Bradford, a store that I've been loyal to since its opening. I've always enjoyed shopping there, and the staff have been great. However, my experience today was unpleasant. The young girl at the till started shouting and behaving aggressively when I kindly asked her to slow down, with no other customers waiting. I requested her name, which seemed to upset her more. Despite my respectful request to stop shouting, she provided me with two different names: Ms. Begum Habib and another name starting with the letter T. As an elderly man with disabilities, I found her behavior appalling and unprecedented. I value the majority of the staff who are very good at the store. I am now reluctantly contemplating taking my business elsewhere due to this incident. I would like to know the procedures Aldi follows to investigate such matters. I kindly ask for your assistance in informing me about the progress of your inquiries, including the evidence gathered. I am eagerly awaiting your response. Dear Sirs, Currently facing inflation at over 11% due to global supply chain issues, we anticipate higher costs for the items purchased from you. One product that caught our eye is the 10KG bags of smokeless coal sold at your Lewes location. Last year, you offered this British-made coal for £3.99, and this year it has surged by 75% to £6.99. Encountering such evident price hikes is concerning, especially when combined with changes in the quality of the coal. The coal's new composition renders it nearly unburnable, resulting in a significantly reduced heat output once it eventually ignites. The stove we typically use with this coal struggles to reach a comfortable temperature. Despite this issue, we greatly value your store. Best regards, Michael P.

I bought a TV online with order number [redacted]1. It arrived on December 6, [redacted], and I unpacked it on December 7, [redacted], only to find the screen is damaged. I contacted Aldi customer care, but they were not helpful. They informed me a driver will arrange a collection within 24 to 48 hours. Unfortunately, I can't request a replacement until the damaged TV is collected, causing a delay in getting a working TV. This process could take several weeks, leaving me without a TV. The whole ordeal has been frustrating, and I urgently need the replacement TV to be delivered without further delays.

Hello, I enjoy shopping at Aldi, but last night, the cashier was very rough while scanning my items and throwing them into my cart. This caused my bread and other delicate items to get squished. When I asked her to be more gentle, she started throwing the items even harder. I felt disrespected by this behavior and it was a disappointing experience at Aldi. It's important for all staff to handle customers' purchases with care, even if they are not personally invested in them. Overall, I believe the cashier should not be working there if she dislikes her job to the point of mishandling customers' purchases. Thank you.

My name is I Coats, and I purchased a [redacted]-pack of medium Goliath draw tape bags from Aldi at the Churchill Center. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where I could only use half of the bags because I couldn't tear them off individually, leaving me with one long unusable bag. As a pensioner who values saving money, I frequent Aldi for specials, and every dollar matters to me. I was very disappointed with this purchase, and although I don't have the receipt to return them to the store, I believe a replacement value pack is owed to me. You could send the replacement to my address at U/4 46 Goodman Ave, Kilburn [redacted] SA, to demonstrate your care for customers. I hope to receive a response regarding this matter and your decision on how to resolve my complaint.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service available through this number. I have come across chicken broth without a specified best buy date, only a 3/22 date on top instead of December. Currently, I am preparing a large batch of soup and urgently need assistance now, not later. I am unsure if the broth is safe to use. My daughter believes it is fine up to a year beyond the best buy date, but I am uncertain about that. Meanwhile, my soup is already in progress. Please inform me of the protocol if someone were to become ill from one of your items without a means of contacting you. This situation is frustrating, and I would gladly pay extra for the option to speak with a real person. I intend to share this experience with others.

It's challenging for individuals like myself with disabilities to shop at your store. The two locations I frequent in Bradenton, FL, only have one electric cart available. I recently spent over two hours waiting for a cart at one location. At the second store, I could only find a wheelchair with a flip basket, which was completely impractical for my needs. Thankfully, kind strangers assisted with my shopping and even helped me to my car. I urge the store to consider adding more electric carts and to understand the limitations of the wheelchair-style cart. Please make improvements for customers with disabilities like myself.

Good evening, I'm Giusy and this is my request: " A few days ago, I bought some salami at the Aldi store in Busnago MB..but I read on your portal that one of the brands I chose has been recalled due to salmonella issues...the salami are still intact and I still have the receipt.. I shopped at Aldi Rom Valley Way in Romford this afternoon and unfortunately left a bag of groceries behind at the checkouts upon returning home. The time of checkout was 14:35 on 03/01/[redacted]. I purchased 17 items, and the items left behind in the store include a cucumber, tin potatoes, 500ml of washing up liquid, incontinence pads, and bananas. I contacted customer service requesting if the Rom Valley Way store could be contacted to check if my shopping was found or handed in. The customer service representative attempted to contact the branch multiple times with no success and suggested I go back in person to ask. As a 72-year-old who doesn't drive and faced a two-bus journey to reach the store, it was challenging especially since it was getting dark. I felt disappointed and shocked by Aldi's response to an elderly customer. Despite acknowledging that it was not the store's fault, the lack of assistance or willingness to contact the store is unacceptable. I spent £14.61, with approximately £6.00 worth of goods left behind. I hope for a response regarding why the Rom Valley branch couldn't be contacted for customer inquiries.

This afternoon, I visited Aldi's store and made some purchases. While I was packing my items into my shopping trolley, a security guard approached me claiming he didn't see me enter the store and wanted to check my trolley. I was surprised by this and let him look inside. To my surprise, he found items from Sainsbury's in the trolley. I explained I didn't know shopping from another store wasn't allowed, feeling embarrassed in front of other customers. I believe this was inappropriate and would like the store to investigate the matter and offer an apology for the incident.

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a 30-pack of crisps and noticed that one of the bags only contained 6g of crisps, which is significantly less than the others. The bag was sealed, so none of the crisps had escaped. I believe this is a quality control issue during production, and it has made me consider shopping elsewhere. After emailing Aldi about the food poisoning from their "light" sausage, I received a response stating they couldn't confirm it. Even though I expected this, I am certain that sausage was the cause as it was the only thing I ate and tasted awful. Aldi offered a refund, but I had already disposed of the sausages and receipt. My concern is not the cost but ensuring others are safe from this product (purchased at the Clowne store). If no one else complains, they might not know the source of the issue. This experience left me without food for four days, resulting in weight loss and dehydration. I'm not seeking money; I just want measures taken to prevent others from going through this ordeal. - Janet

Recently, I have been experiencing issues with the fresh produce I purchased from Aldi at the Worksop store. Over the past three weeks, the quality has not met the usual high standard I have come to expect. For example, I have encountered rotten parsnips, carrots already showing blight, and potatoes with blighted parts that require careful removal. Due to the distance of the store from my home, it is inconvenient to return these items. I hope to see an improvement in the quality of produce as I have always relied on Aldi for excellent products. Good morning, I shop at least two times a week, but I don’t appreciate it when your staff talk on their headsets about their personal lives. It is very rude. Also, when your staff rush through scanning my items so quickly, I feel they should give more attention and respect to customers. Customer service needs to be a priority, not just about targeting sales. We need to be polite to them, and the same should apply to customers. Some staff members are so rude; they don't even speak. I have been put off this place a few times and am considering finding a new place to shop. It would be a shame as you are so close to me.

I recently bought 2 pints of Specially Selected vanilla chocolate almond super premium ice cream. Upon trying it, I noticed a gritty texture both when eating out of the pint and from a bowl. The second pint exhibited the same issue. For a super premium ice cream, one expects a creamy consistency, so I was disappointed with the grittiness.
