While attempting to book through Agoda in Turkey, I encountered an error message stating that the booking failed. I then made a direct reservation with the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that multiple bookings for the same room were made through Agoda. They mentioned it is a common issue with Agoda and resolved it by contacting them. Subsequently, I realized I was charged for two unused bookings unknown to me. I am currently facing difficulties rectifying the matter with Agoda. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone resulting in automated responses with no option to speak to a representative, the email correspondence only adds to the confusion.

I made a reservation for 2 nights at an extended stay in Wilmington, NC. When I arrived, I encountered a rude employee who refused to give me the room I had already paid for. Despite her unhelpful attitude, I tried to check in but she claimed my ID couldn't be scanned in their system, which seemed unusual as it has never been a problem before. This situation led to me being unable to access my room and having to sleep outdoors for 2 nights. I have been attempting to contact the hotel for a refund with no success. The lack of customer service and unprofessional behavior from the employee has left me frustrated and seeking a resolution to this matter promptly.

However, upon arriving at the hotel around 9 pm, I was informed that they were fully booked and had no room for me. Hello, I reserved a room at Yello Hotel Cebu City for Dec 18-19 under BOOKING ID [redacted]32. Upon arrival, the Front Office staff informed me that Agoda had overbooked and was unable to accommodate us. Cebu City is currently facing severe challenges due to a recent typhoon, resulting in widespread power and water outages across the island. We were relieved to secure a hotel booking for the night, only to be denied check-in upon arrival. I kindly request expedited processing of our refund. Thank you

I made a reservation for a chalet in Dimuara Tok Bali, Pasir Puteh, Kelantan on 13/12 and paid the full amount of rm334 to Agoda.com at the 7eleven store in Bukit Gambir, Johor. When I arrived there, the chalet owner couldn't find my reservation under my email. I contacted Mr. Ahmad Safwan, OYO representative, but he couldn't resolve my issue. I have kept all payment receipts and screenshots of the booking I made. *I want my money refunded*

I made a reservation at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel through Agoda for two nights (20/12-22/12). Unfortunately, due to severe rainfall and landslides in Genting Highlands, the Genting Access road from Genting Sempah to Gohtong Jaya has been temporarily closed by Resort Worlds Genting. Authorities have advised against non-essential travel during this time. Therefore, I would like to cancel my booking with Agoda. I am aware that I may not receive a full refund but hope for understanding from the management given the circumstances.

Booking ID: [redacted]88 I am disappointed with the experience at the accommodation. The condition did not match the photos on the website. The autogate was faulty upon arrival, and now the deposit is being withheld by claiming damage. The kitchen cabinet had cockroaches and lizards, and we were provided with limited utensils. One bedroom had leaking basins and showers, while another had a non-functioning water heater. Additionally, we paid for a 6-bedroom but received only 5. The check-in and check-out times were not adhered to, with cleaning still in progress upon arrival and an early check-out time. Furthermore, no Wi-Fi password was provided during the stay.

I need to cancel our hotel booking and request a full refund. Given the escalating Covid cases in Toronto over the last two days, we have decided it is too risky to stay there. I have a booking ID of [redacted]61 and member ID [redacted]56. I booked the Mena Red Sea Palace Hotel for five nights starting today and have a confirmation voucher. Arrived today for check-in, but the hotel staff informed me that it is designated for quarantine guests only. They did not even check my voucher. It is disappointing that there was no communication from such a well-known company, especially after paying in full. While I appreciate a refund, I am concerned about the inconveniences, frustrations, and extra expenses incurred due to the lack of communication.

Yesterday, I received a message stating that the payment from my Visa card was supposed to be processed, but due to bank issues, it was not completed. My query is, do I need to manually make the payment through the link provided in the email for the unsuccessful transaction, or will my Visa card be automatically charged by you?

I made a booking with booking no. [redacted]55 on 19.12.21 at Hotel Ismaileova Beta through your site. I completed the payment and received a confirmation letter. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that they have no record of my booking and suggested it might be fake. I tried contacting the number provided in the reservation, but it appears to be invalid. I booked a room at Qliq Damansara Hotel, but upon arrival for check-in, I found the front desk closed. The guard on duty wouldn't provide an access card, insisting that we needed to contact the hotel for our room number first. Prior to booking, we specifically inquired about immediate check-in, and the guard assured us it would be possible, which influenced our decision to make the reservation. Due to being stranded by a flood, we urgently booked the hotel after confirming this information.

I need to check out early. The online service doesn't let me change dates. My booking is partially refundable, but I can't alter the dates, I need to cancel and rebook. Since I've already stayed for two nights, I can't cancel anymore. I won't be staying the remaining four nights and I want a refund for that. The customer service chatbot doesn't help with this problem, and there's no contact number available. I need to talk to a representative.

Dear Agoda, I made an error with my booking date and need to cancel. My intended stay is on the 18th of December [redacted], but the booking states the 19th with a check-in time of 14:00hrs. Due to unforeseen circumstances like the flooding in Batu 14, Hulu Langat, Malaysia, we cannot stay at the hotel. I kindly request a refund or the option to change the booking date. I canceled my booking shortly after making it and received an email stating that there is no refund for the cancellation. The cancellation details are as follows: - Original booking amount: CAD 88.16 - Cancellation fee for this booking: CAD 88.16 - Amount to be refunded to your credit card: CAD 0.00 The cancellation policy for ShaSa Resort & Residences, Koh Samui (SHA Plus+) states that the booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. No refund will be given for a No-Show according to the property policy. Now, I would like to rebook my stay at the resort.

I am scheduled to check in at the BellSwiss Hotel in Kuantan, Pahang today (20th Dec [redacted]) with booking ID [redacted]97. Tomorrow, I have a booking at the Mangala Resort and Spa in Gambang, Pahang with booking ID [redacted]05 under the name Mohd Afandi Baba. Unfortunately, I won't be able to check in due to road closures between Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan caused by heavy rainfall and flooding across Peninsular Malaysia.
