I am disappointed with my recent purchase. The item I received looks nothing like the quality depicted in the pictures. The hair is poorly sewn onto the cap, making it unwearable and obviously fake. I feel misled and would like a refund promptly. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I am looking to purchase a small engine with a vertical shaft between 10 to 17 hp. I want to exclude horizontal shaft motors as they require redesigning the whole appliance. I recently discovered a scam involving my return request. The Invoice ID is [redacted][redacted][redacted]9 and the Transaction ID is 18E[redacted][redacted]. When initiating a return, I was instructed to send the item to Hou Wenzheng at [redacted] WorldWide Blvd, Hebron, KY. I had no reason to doubt this as a previous Chinese company used a similar method. I posted the return on August 2nd but encountered difficulties reclaiming the shipping costs via PayPal. Subsequently, I couldn't locate any message from Wenzheng and upon researching the name, I uncovered reports of fraudulent activities associated with this person. I am seeking reimbursement for the shipping costs from PayPal and hoping for a refund from your end. However, I am prepared for a potential loss and request an investigation into this matter.

I purchased an 85-inch TV for $[redacted] on July 28 from a seller on Alibaba. They mentioned additional costs for customs later but did not initially inform me about these charges. I paid for the second television they mistakenly sent. However, the seller then requested $[redacted] for customs, which I found unfair. After several back-and-forth messages, I paid an extra $[redacted] as instructed. Unfortunately, my TV never arrived, and the seller kept asking for more money, including $[redacted] for an export license. Feeling deceived and having lost $[redacted], I sought advice and was told to report them on Alibaba. The seller's constant demands for more money and their failure to deliver the TV as promised have left me feeling scammed and frustrated. Their actions have not aligned with their assurances and the trust I initially had in them as a reputable Alibaba seller.

I ordered an 85-inch TV and made the payment as agreed with the seller for $[redacted], including shipping to California. I used Zelle for the payment as per the seller's request on July 28. Subsequently, they informed me that they mistakenly sent two TVs and asked me to pay for the second one before it arrived. I explained my preference to keep just one TV, but they suggested selling the extra one to settle the payment for both sets. They agreed to wait for the payment until I sold the TV. However, the next day, they informed me of a customs issue requiring an additional $[redacted] payment. I raised my concern about not being informed of the extra charges initially. Despite my objections, they insisted. They later asked for $[redacted] to ensure delivery. I made the payment, but the TV never arrived. After several failed attempts to contact them, they continued to delay with various requests like an export license, which I did not possess. This entire situation has resulted in a loss of $[redacted], no TV received, and additional unforeseen expenses. The lack of transparency concerning extra fees and requirements like an export license has led to this unfortunate outcome. I seek advice and assistance regarding this matter.

I am a distributor in Panama planning to transition my company to only offering EVs in the future, but currently, I have a limited number of gas/diesel vehicles. I recently made a deal with Mayag H. H. Products in the Philippines through a salesperson named Josy Paul from China. Despite assurances of inclusive pricing for delivery and related fees, there have been complications with the wire transfer. Initially, the supplier claimed not to have received the funds, causing delays and misunderstandings. After investigations by CITIBANK and Ziraat Bank, the funds were located but in an unidentified account. Despite attempts to adjust the order and deposits, the supplier continues to request additional funds for shipping and registration fees not previously agreed upon. Refunds have been requested but denied, adding to the frustration. The lack of transparency from the supplier, especially regarding the accountant's contact information, has made resolving the situation more challenging.

I was recently deceived by a Seller and have initiated a refund request. I would like to provide additional evidence to demonstrate the ongoing dishonesty of this seller towards me and Alibaba. Earlier, I had a conversation with the supplier to address my dissatisfaction with the X50 Plus phone, which did not meet the specifications as advertised. For instance, the phone was said to have 6GB of RAM, but in reality, it only had 1GB of RAM. In an attempt to clarify my concerns about the RAM discrepancy, I shared a screenshot of the 'About Phone' page from my Huawei P40 Lite settings with the supplier. Upon filing the refund request, I was appalled to find out that the supplier included the screenshot of my Huawei P40 Lite as their evidence in response to the request. This deceptive behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed. It has unfortunately tainted my experience with Alibaba's platform.

I accidentally broke my iPhone screen last night, and now it won't turn on. I was logged into my account on the phone, and my tax preparer needs a copy of my purchase history with dates. Since I can't access my account without the phone, is there a way I can provide my credit card number or license as proof of identity to have the information emailed to me or to reset my password? I accidentally broke my iPhone screen last night and now it won't turn on. The issue is that I was automatically logged into my account on the phone, and now I can't access my purchase history for my tax preparer because I can't log in without my fixed phone. I'm hoping for a way to prove my identity to get my purchase history emailed to me or reset my password without my iPhone. The seller on the Alibaba platform sold me a phone for $[redacted] with a factory defect. It overheats, and there is no warranty in my country. The dispute team advised me to return it to the seller at my own expense, bearing all customs risks. I find this unfair. I am unable to contact Alibaba leadership to address this issue. Should I reach out to the Chinese police? I feel deceived and blamed. I am willing to take legal action against Alibaba if the situation persists.

I recently fell victim to a scam by an Alibaba merchant in September [redacted]. Initially, they provided me with a DHL waybill photo, but the status remained stagnant. Subsequently, they offered a FedEx tracking number that showed delivery to a different state. The seller has ceased communication with me, forcing me to escalate the issue to my credit card company for resolution. Despite the merchant having a single gold medal displayed on their page, I learned the hard way that not all highly rated sellers can be trusted.

Dear, I am Mr. Tiago from the UK, currently residing in Birmingham. I would like to raise a complaint regarding my order of a mobile phone screen protector that I purchased through Alibaba. The total amount paid was $[redacted].50, which included $[redacted].50 for the product and $80.00 for transportation. UPS was supposed to deliver the package, but they requested an additional £35.00 for tax, which I promptly paid. However, UPS informed me that they have returned the parcel to the sender. I have been in contact with Dongguan Mingda Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. through Miss Lan Han Mei, who mentioned they are awaiting UPS to reach out to them. After investigating with DHL, it was clarified that I was not blacklisted, but they needed a copy of my ID for their procedures, leading the goods to be returned to the sender. I shared this information with the seller, providing all necessary evidence. However, despite providing proof, the seller has not cooperated, claiming the goods might be in customs and could potentially be destroyed. They even rejected my refund request. I feel unfairly treated by Alibaba's dispute resolution process as the decision favored the seller. I am now left without the product or a refund. I recently purchased a tractor from a supplier on Alibaba called Heavy Lift Europe Bv in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, they have shut down their website after my purchase, leaving me concerned. I am seeking either a refund or delivery of the tractor. It's disappointing that such fraudulent activities are taking place on a platform meant for legitimate business. I believe it's important to expose scammers like them to prevent others from falling victim. I have included contact information for the manager, cashier, agent who negotiated the price, and the shipping company involved, which is potentially colluding with the fake supplier. It would be greatly appreciated if these individuals could be held accountable for their deceptive practices to protect others from falling into similar traps. I am facing another issue with the shipping company, Deltaglobal Express. They have my tractor that was supposed to be delivered to Uganda by Heavy Lift Europe Bv. However, each time I check the status, they claim to be in the process and currently in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Yesterday, I was informed that unless I pay an additional $[redacted] for transit charges, they refuse to deliver the tractor. I'm at a loss as the place of purchase is closed, including the website. I fear losing the tractor as they explicitly stated this. Despite having a tracking number, Deltaglobal Express seems reluctant to ship the item to Africa. I urgently require assistance regarding this matter with the shipping company as my tractor's delivery is in jeopardy.

A representative named Amanda from Guyisa Safety misled me. She promised to assist me in purchasing shoes from their store and allowing me to pay in installments. However, she failed to mention that they required all the money upfront. She requested $1,[redacted] to be sent from El Salvador. Now, I am left with no funds, and Guyisa Safety refuses to refund my money or send the merchandise. I purchased an outboard motor on Alibaba using their Trade Assurance service. While operating the outboard according to the instructions, it malfunctioned. I contacted Alibaba and was connected with the seller through their message center. After multiple exchanges, the seller requested photos of the broken part, the crankshaft. I had to hire an engineer for this and provided the pictures. They have offered to replace the crankshaft only, but I believe I am entitled to a whole new engine as this one seems inadequate. I am unable to reach Alibaba directly to clarify the coverage under the Trade Assurance guarantee.

Hello, I found a laptop on Alibaba that I have been dreaming of for a long time. It's an MSI 18" from Foxtech China Laptop. I contacted the seller who provided me with a WhatsApp contact number (+[redacted][redacted]). I paid $[redacted] for the order plus shipping on 06/10/[redacted] using Paysend. I received a tracking number for the order and was very surprised when I received the package: it was a USB cable for an iPhone. I have been scammed! Unfortunately, I have not received the product as it was returned to the company, and I have not been issued a refund. I received an email requesting a Customs letter which I never received. I kindly request assistance in either receiving the product or getting a refund. I have made over 50 orders in the past year and have spent a significant amount of money with Alibaba.
