Despite my clear instructions to leave them with Dave the Barber next door due to living in a shopping arcade, they are repeatedly sent to the wrong address. I have not authorized delivery to anyone else. I have tried using the call-back service, but it has not been effective and the information provided is incorrect. We have two accounts with you: Peaceful Solutions Ltd and Peaceful Solutions Mediation Service Ltd. I was informed that there is an overdue amount on the mediation service account, which I cannot comprehend. Additionally, there are credits on both accounts that need to be refunded to our bank. I am struggling to find a way to facilitate this process. I am hoping to speak with someone from your accounts department who can assist in ensuring that the funds are returned and that the accounts are reconciled by the end of our conversation. This is my third attempt to address these issues. As the company director, I may have to halt any future purchases unless this matter is resolved promptly. It appears that our bookkeepers may be inadvertently overpaying your company, which is a situation I would like to rectify.

I am experiencing difficulties with deliveries. As an elderly and handicapped individual who is unable to leave my flat, I require my purchases to be delivered directly to my door where there is always someone present. Often, I receive notices indicating that a package is in the mailbox or available for collection, leading to delays and additional expenses for someone to retrieve the package on my behalf. Is it possible to specify on the address that deliveries must be made to the door? I am hopeful that this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. After receiving an email on Friday, September 6th, informing me that my password was changed without my knowledge, I faced difficulty accessing my Amazon account linked to [redacted] Additionally, my Alexa incorrectly mentioned an impending delivery. Subsequently, I received several emails indicating further unauthorized changes to my account. To rectify the situation, I created a new Amazon account with the same email and a new password. Sadly, this led to the loss of my Amazon Prime and Kindle subscriptions. In response, I promptly canceled all cards connected to my account. I suspect my email account at talktalk.net has been compromised as I am now exclusively receiving emails from Amazon. I recently received a message stating that my account may have been re-accessed without consent and was instructed to contact Amazon at 0[redacted] [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to email issues, I might not receive your response.

As the Building Manager for Ranelagh House in London, I encountered an incident today around 1:30 pm with a delivery person who was dropping off packages at the building. Despite being asked to ring the intercom for the flats he was delivering to, he entered without doing so and placed a box on our sensitive sofa in the reception area. When I requested him to remove the box from the sofa due to our building rule, he argued and left multiple items on the sofa before departing. His behavior was disrespectful, and I have the reference numbers for the abandoned deliveries. I feel it is important to address this issue promptly to prevent such incidents from occurring again.

I recently got a call that seemed suspicious about my account status. I may have had an Amazon Prime account years ago by mistake, but I cancelled it. The caller mentioned an activation or renewal fee of £39.60. I am wary of scams due to past experiences. Should I be concerned about my credit card or is this caller not legitimate? My account is currently locked, and I am unable to log in despite using the correct password. I tried the One Time Password sent via email, but it did not work. I am a student from the U.S. studying in Ireland, and my mom added a gift card from the U.S. for me to use on Amazon UK. Since then, my account has been inaccessible for a week and a half despite being told it would be resolved within 48 hours. I have called multiple times, but the issue persists. I need to access my account promptly to purchase school supplies. I established the account in Dublin, Ireland, and my mom accessed it from Arvada, Colorado, with my permission. Hello, I purchased the Helly Hansen Men's Outline Beanie Winter Hat in Navy through Amazon on September 15th. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. This item was supposed to be delivered to my address at Põõsa tee 1/2-3, Tallinn, Estonia on September 23rd. I tracked the item daily until yesterday when the tracking stopped and displayed a message apologizing for the delay. The local courier required an international tracking number which Amazon's UK support team couldn't provide. Itella, the Estonian courier, informed me today that they have returned the package to the seller as it was never received. Additionally, I received a push notification on Saturday with an OTP code from Amazon, indicating the item should have been delivered, but no one contacted me. I am unsure about the whereabouts of my package and would appreciate if I could receive an international tracking number for Itella. Thank you.

I've been using my iPad for 6 years to shop on Amazon, and suddenly, I'm facing multiple security steps for a simple purchase of a book. Despite trying to address this issue through emails and a phone call, the problem persists. Following a suggestion to change my password, I did so, but the security prompts continue to pop up whenever I try to make a purchase on Amazon.

I ordered two items on 25/9/[redacted], one with Prime next day delivery, and the other from another location scheduled for 28/9/19. On 26/9/19, I placed another order with same-day delivery between 6 and 10 pm. However, despite receiving a text around 7 pm saying the two items were on the way, they never arrived. After multiple delays, they were finally delivered at 9.45 pm on 27/9/19. This caused a significant inconvenience as I couldn't finish a project due on the same day. The non-Prime item surprisingly arrived earlier, adding to the frustration. I am disappointed with the service and expect compensation. Contacting Customer Services was also challenging as online chat options were not relevant, and the provided telephone number was out of service. The experience has been confusing and unrewarding.

I purchased a Logitech mouse in March [redacted] which has since stopped working. I reached out to Logitech regarding this issue and received the following response. I urgently ordered 2x Renshaw Ready-to-Roll Icing & 10x 1kg Silver Spoon Icing Sugar on Prime. Regrettably, the items did not arrive, and I received an email stating the delivery was rejected, which is false as I was home all day awaiting it. Other Amazon Prime orders were successfully delivered that same day. It's not the first time a delivery driver failed to deliver; previously, a delivery driver from Yodel falsely claimed no one was home. I reported it to Yodel, but got no response or apology. I would still like to receive my order but want this issue addressed with the courier company. Timely deliveries are essential as a Prime customer. Please contact me at 01[redacted]17 or via email.

Please contact me to discuss my Amazon Prime account. I've attempted to call a number I found online, which now directs me back to Amazon. Also, when I tried to input my mobile number for a callback, it wasn't accepted. I've encountered difficulty reaching a representative in person. In the past, a number I dialed resulted in excessive charges, so I'm hesitant to use it again. As a loyal customer, I'm disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I recently had a delivery driver who was quite rude. After dropping off the package, he insisted on seeing my ID, which I declined to provide. I've been a loyal Amazon customer for many years and consider myself a good customer. I've spent over an hour trying to reach someone for assistance but have had no luck. It's frustrating that there seems to be no available help despite calling different numbers. I believe it's important to address this issue promptly. I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank statement that I am unfamiliar with. After checking our recent orders, it does not appear that my husband made the purchase. I attempted to contact Amazon by phone without success. I am worried that money was deducted without my permission and would like this matter resolved promptly. I prefer not to share my card details over email. The charge in question was made on 2/10/19 by Amazon.co.uk MO4UL.

I am having trouble replying to the email you sent me as it keeps bouncing back. There was an agreement made over the phone that there would be no charge for the item that was incorrectly advertised. Please take a look at the email chain below that I received from you at the end of September. It seems like there was some miscommunication because I was told to keep the item. I was charged for UK Prime, even though I believed it was free as a student. I have not utilized the membership since the charge, as I have been outside the UK and only noticed the charge today. Good evening, On September 14th, I placed an order for a roller blade set totaling £26.99. Despite being informed of a delay until October, I received an email today stating the item was out of stock and the order was canceled. The concern arises as I was charged for the item, visible in my online banking, without receiving a refund yet. My attempts to access my Amazon account revealed the order was removed, but I possess evidence of the transaction and lack of refund. I can provide email confirmation of the original order. I request a refund for the unfulfilled purchase.
