I have an Amazon account under what I thought was [redacted] with the password ClassicCars. I've been trying to checkout for three hours to purchase an item, but it keeps redirecting me to a login/sign-in screen. Despite entering my email and password, the system keeps showing a problem message and asks for an OTP, which I've entered twice without success. Hello, I'm Liza from Valsad. Please help me with my issue. I ordered a product from Amazon using cash on delivery. When I received it, the product was not as expected, so I returned it on November 2nd. Today is November 11th, but I have not received my refund on Amazon Pay. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they said they would send a request to the seller. I was told I would receive my money in Amazon Pay within 24 hours. After waiting for two days and not receiving anything, I called again. This time, they mentioned a new process where they need to scan my face. I agreed to a video call, and the representative scanned my face. He assured me that I would receive a message and my refund shortly, but it has not happened yet. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

I received one of my orders on November 9th, which was wonderful. However, the package scheduled for November 10th did not arrive. It seems like it may have been included in the first box, but I did not see it. I would appreciate either a refund or for another matcha tea to be shipped to me at no additional charge. Thank you.

I reside in a dead-end cul-de-sac at [redacted] Hunters Way, Edmonton, Alberta, where many children frequently play outside. Yesterday, on November 10, [redacted], an Amazon delivery driver in a van sped recklessly into our cul-de-sac. As I tried to address his speeding, he seemed confused about my request to slow down. It's concerning that a driver, not aware of basic road safety rules or the need to drive cautiously in a residential area, represents Amazon poorly and poses a potential danger to the community, especially the children playing outside. I urge for this safety issue to be addressed promptly to prevent any accidents or harm in the future. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had placed an order with your company that was undeliverable. It was returned to you, and you asked if I wanted to reorder. As the initial payment was already deducted, I agreed to reorder. However, when you attempted to charge me again, it resulted in a $35 NSF fee. I contacted you, and despite assurances that it wouldn't happen again, you tried to charge me once more. I am seeking a refund for my order, which I prefer to be credited back to the original payment method, along with reimbursement for the $70 in NSF fees incurred. I, W. Mc Daniel, purchased a 5-piece dinette set in August and paid in full. The set was mistakenly delivered on a Monday instead of the agreed-upon Friday, with only the table inside a box found outside the building. Despite multiple conversations with Amazon representatives, the chairs are still missing with no clear location. I requested the chairs to be delivered to a specific post office in Newark. It's been frustrating to have a table but no chairs after taking time off work twice to address this issue. As a senior, the stress of not having the full set is overwhelming. Considering escalating to a higher authority due to the ongoing inconvenience.

My Amazon Prime account is registered under the email address [redacted], which is causing some issues. When I try to access Prime books on Amazon.com for free, they appear in his browsing history and his email. This results in him marking them as spam, which prevents me from receiving my books. I would like to have the books sent to my email address instead, which is [redacted], to ensure that I receive them without interference. We still want to keep our Prime membership for the benefits it offers, such as free shipping and movies, but I need to resolve this email mix-up. I have noticed that the emails are addressed to his email and I am wondering if it's as simple as replacing his email address with mine in the settings. I am hoping to find a solution that allows us to continue using Prime while ensuring that I receive my books separately.

Regarding the water irrigator purchased on 12/13/[redacted] with order # [redacted]-[redacted], I am experiencing issues as the item has stopped charging and is no longer working, and is still under warranty. I previously called to address the ongoing issue with package delivery. Despite clear instructions to deliver packages to the side door, they continue to be left at the front door. This has occurred repeatedly despite assurances it would be corrected. I am frustrated by the inconsistency in following instructions. I request that all future deliveries be made exclusively to the side door as instructed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I placed an order for a bicycle on Amazon on 25-10-[redacted] with an expected delivery date of 08-11-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order. The tracking ID is [redacted]65 with Spotons Courier Services. Upon checking the tracking information on the Spotons website, it indicates there was a problem with the delivery address. Despite several attempts to contact Amazon, the issue remains unresolved. Their latest update suggests the delivery may now happen by 13-11-[redacted], but uncertainty surrounds this timeline. Spotons courier services have mentioned that my address falls outside their delivery area. I am puzzled as to why Amazon assigned them for delivery. The delay has caused me inconvenience, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter.

I've attempted to sign up for Amazon Prime at least 35 times with the help of four assistants. However, every time I reach the sign-up screen and click on "Sign Up Now," I receive an error message. Despite being reassured to wait for the issue to be resolved, the problem persists, leaving me extremely frustrated. The website has my accurate account information and credit card details, so I am puzzled as to what might be causing this issue.

In the first week of November [redacted], I placed an order for an AMERICAN MICRONIC OTG (36 Ltr.), which was delivered promptly on 08-11-[redacted]. I've purchased several other household items recently, but my account incorrectly shows no activity in the past 3 months. The OTG I received had 4 heating rods instead of the advertised 6, and the warranty card only shows 1 year instead of the promised 2-year warranty. Despite paying for an additional 1-year warranty, it has not been provided to me. Due to these discrepancies, I am unable to make any claims or return the item. As a senior citizen at 85 years old, I find it challenging to communicate via email and am requesting a replacement OTG that matches the original advertisement, including the 6 heating rods and both warranties. I purchased a set including a hair dryer, straightener, and curler, but unfortunately, all the items arrived damaged. When I attempted to use the hair dryer, it burnt out in just 2 seconds. On November 11, [redacted], when placing my order, I utilized the additional delivery instructions box. I specified that there is another address matching ours on the same street. I noted our American Flag displayed out front, a small flag with our name "Markley," and our name "Markley" by the front door. This detail was intended to assist in locating our home accurately, as previous packages were erroneously delivered to the neighboring address. On November 12, the gentleman at the neighboring address kindly brought our package over and mentioned that the delivery driver had thrown the parcel onto his porch. Regrettably, I did not witness the delivery to provide further details. This incident has led to concerns, and I hope to address it appropriately. My husband also received a package on the same day, flawlessly placed behind a small tree on our porch by a possibly different carrier. I recently had a chat with Pearl to resolve an issue, but got transferred to a support service that required a $1 payment and a membership fee, which can be canceled for a refund. I purchased two dog jackets from Think Pet, order number [redacted]1-[redacted], totaling $43. However, the sizes were incorrect based on US standards. Upon returning them in two separate packages at Kohls in Apple Valley, MN, only one jacket for $18.26 showed as returned. It appears there may have been an issue with the return labels. Think Pet informed me to contact you for the refund process. Additionally, the jackets received were supposed to be red but arrived in a rust color.

This misleading tactic has left me without the transformer and extra money withdrawn from my account. Knacro should stop falsely advertising Prime to maintain Amazon's trustworthy image. Customers like me rely on Amazon's reputation for on-time deliveries. I am seeking a refund for the $12.40 overcharge and hoping for the timely arrival of the product (assuming it functions properly).

I purchased an Ultrasport F bike exercise bike from Amazon, which I used sparingly over the past two years. Recently, I noticed an increase in noise and discovered that the belt has torn completely. Upon contacting Ultrasport, they suggested seeking a refund or replacement through Amazon. However, Amazon informed me that the product is now outside of warranty. I need to report a serious issue with a headboard/platform bed I received from Amazon on September 9, [redacted]. We only received the headboard and some parts, missing all the pieces for the platform part. After several attempts to address this with Amazon and UPS, experiencing delays, and having to move the bed twice due to no pick-up, we are left frustrated. My husband, who has Parkinson’s Disease, and I, in our 70s, had to hire assistance to move the bed. Despite multiple calls to Amazon, no resolution has been reached. Additionally, there was a mix-up with an old phone number provided to UPS for pick-up, causing further inconvenience. We hope Amazon can either replace the missing parts or provide a credit for the incomplete bed. We have incurred extra costs and inconvenience due to this situation and just want it resolved promptly.

Last July, I ordered a Tourren (also known as Vevor) surface cleaner from Amazon, but upon arrival, it did not work, and parts were missing. I expected a refund, but Amazon required me to pay for the return shipping. This seemed unfair to me, especially since I had to travel nearly 60 miles round trip to return it. If the product is faulty, the shipping costs should be covered by Amazon. Despite being a Prime member since [redacted] and a frequent shopper, I have had a disappointing experience. I believe Amazon should handle this situation better and reimburse me for the $66 in shipping fees and some gas money for the return trip.
