I made an order (#[redacted]-[redacted]) on 12/27/21, expecting same-day delivery for 5 items. Only one arrived on time, the second was delivered 2 days later, but the CAGOS Compatible with Airpods Pro Case, Temdan Clear Case Compatible with iPhone 12, iPhone 6 / 6s, and ImpactStrong Heavy Duty Dual Layer Protection Cover for Apple iPhone 6 / 6s have not shipped as of 1/01/22. Despite trying to cancel and being told to return them once received, I received a return code for items that were never sent. I want to cancel the return and the items as they are significantly delayed and show no shipping progress. I want a refund to my gift card balance as soon as possible to reorder different items.

I encountered an issue while logging into primevideo.com. The system prompted me to verify a code sent to my primary email address [redacted] I am currently unable to access this email due to an ongoing server upgrade. Unfortunately, I am on vacation in Uruguay, making it impossible for me to contact customer service via phone. I am seeking assistance to update my email to [redacted], an alternative I have used for years as a registered company on Amazon. I can provide proof of identity through this computer and screenshots of my Thunderbird email client displaying past correspondence. I have a long history as a loyal PrimeVideo user and Amazon customer. While I appreciate the security measures, given my background in CyberSecurity and interactions with customer service, I respectfully request a non-phone alternative for this email update.

I am encountering an issue while shopping on Amazon.com where adding 3 items to my cart shows 6 items and increases the total cost incorrectly. I have tried various troubleshooting steps on both Ice Dragon and Chrome browsers, such as adjusting cookie settings and permissions. Even after closing extra tabs and signing in and out, the problem persists. I rely on having multiple Amazon.com tabs open for shopping but have attempted to simplify to one tab without success. Dear Customer Service, I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding my account status. I have not violated any guidelines, as previously confirmed on a similar occasion where an error was acknowledged on your end. It appears my account is being restricted again without valid reasons, causing me distress as I have been unwell for over a decade. I am a loyal Prime Amazon member who values honesty, yet I am being confronted with accusations. If loyal customers like myself are treated unfairly with bans and restrictions without proper investigation, I may have to explore alternative platforms that offer better customer service. I kindly request a review of the accusations within 24 hours to address any misunderstandings. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I may need to take further action to protect my consumer rights based on your terms of use. I created an Amazon wishlist for my kids so family members could send them gifts. Unfortunately, the pair of boots that were bought didn't fit any of my children. I need to return these and get the correct sizes so they can wear them. The boots from the Apawwa brand are way too small for my three girls. The barcodes on the boxes for the smaller sizes that should have been size 10 are X002MMLPA9, while the barcode for the older girls' size is X002MMLPBD. The boots were purchased from A'myah's, Aria's, and Brooklyn's wishlists.

Recently, I received an Echo Dot as a gift from my neighbor, but it seems like there is a major issue with privacy. Due to the proximity of our devices, my neighbor can accidentally listen in on my Echo and even see my music choices on her phone. This is a serious violation of privacy. I believe Amazon needs to address this matter promptly. Directions did not disclose this issue, and I am eager to have it resolved. Amazon should reach out to me to rectify this problem, possibly by providing a new device with improved privacy features and guiding me through the setup process. It is essential for Amazon to take responsibility for this breach of privacy and ensure it does not happen to other customers.

I purchased the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Sony E along with the Deal-Expo Accessories Bundle on December 24th to replace a previous incorrect purchase. I purchased order #[redacted]-[redacted] on May 1, [redacted], which included two replacement toner cartridges for my HP printer. One cartridge is printing only blank sheets while the other works fine. I believe the faulty cartridge is causing this issue. Can I please request a refund for the malfunctioning cartridge? I recently placed an order for a Manscaped 3.0 package on amazon.co.uk in early December. However, during the purchase process, I noticed that I was mistakenly charged for both a 3.0 package and a 4.0 package. I decided to cancel the 4.0 package order, assuming that the 3.0 package would still be delivered in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, not only was I double charged, but canceling the 4.0 package also resulted in the cancellation of the 3.0 package. My Tracking ID is: GA[redacted]. It's too late to give the item as a Christmas gift now, and I see no point in waiting for a re-shipment. I am seeking a full refund for both the 3.0 and 4.0 packages, as I was charged for both. I have been waiting for my packages for over two weeks now. They were supposed to have been delivered, but we received nothing. I had a hard time trying to contact a representative online to help me with this issue. These were gifts for my daughter's cosmetology school, and she hasn't received them yet. I am frustrated with the process I have to go through to resolve this problem. I have ended up with two Amazon accounts while trying to sort this out. I have $[redacted].61 worth of orders in my account. Amazon is not recognizing my login information, claiming I do not exist. Despite having two identical computers and over five email accounts, I keep receiving new passwords from Amazon, making it impossible to log in. Even my Gmail account (jerry [redacted]) is not being recognized. None of my emails are getting through, only receiving unwanted ads from Reddit or notifications from Google with no reply option. I have three active phone numbers: [redacted] for my LL phone, 1-[redacted] for my Jitterbug phone, and 1-[redacted] for my Galaxy Ultra S21 Android phone. These phones are all on. My technical issues with Amazon feel as serious as dealing with the Covid-19 variants. Any advice on how to resolve these problems would be appreciated.

After updating my phone, I encountered difficulty accessing my main account. This forced me to use my son's account for a recent purchase. I've had difficulty getting assistance from customer service representatives regarding this issue. My interactions with Amazon are predominantly in Spanish, which is a challenge for me as I do not speak Spanish. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to disable this feature. Phone calls are answered in Spanish, requiring me to be transferred to an English-speaking representative. The Amazon chat bot also communicates in a mix of Spanish and English, and emails received from Amazon are in Spanish too. This problem is unique to Amazon and not an issue with my computer. I received an email regarding a payment rejection for Prime membership activation, but I couldn't fully understand the content. The subject line was "Action Required: Payment Card Rejected."

I am reaching out regarding my recent order with #[redacted]-[redacted]. I placed an order for two surge protectors, a roll of repair tape, and a box of Amazon AA rechargeable batteries. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay in shipping, during which Amazon offered twice the option to cancel. However, I needed the items, so I chose to wait. To my disappointment, upon receiving the package, all that was inside was a tailor's measuring tape, not the items I had ordered. Despite the shipping label on the package matching the tracking details, none of my items were included. I promptly returned the measuring tape to Amazon, providing pictures and a letter explaining the situation, and I received a refund. Now, I have received an email threatening a charge of $[redacted].80 if I fail to return the items by the specified date. Since I never received them in the first place, I am unable to return what I did not get.

I attempted to return twelve nine-foot rolls of garland on Monday, January 3rd, at a UPS return store. Unfortunately, we couldn't print the return information, so we took a picture of it with my daughter's phone. We had three boxes to return; two rolls were in two of the boxes, and eight rolls were in the third box. Although you provided four return labels, the store employee only scanned three. I received confirmation for three boxes, but only four rolls were inside. I believe the unscanned label belonged to the box with eight rolls. I am worried about not receiving a refund for the main part of our order. Could you please advise me on the necessary steps to rectify this issue? -Betty M.
