Hello, My name is Vaishali Patole, and I placed Order # [redacted]-[redacted] for a pack of two blue robin shirts. Unfortunately, I received two single shirts instead of the pack. I was promised a refund within 15 days by 30th April, [redacted], but I have not received it. After contacting customer service, I provided my bank details, shipping address, contact number [redacted], and email [redacted] for the refund process. I was informed that I would receive the refund by 30th May, [redacted], but I am still awaiting the Rs [redacted] refund. Due to a mobile device issue and getting automatically formatted, I cannot access my account using the provided contact details for verification. Despite my efforts to explain this to customer service at [redacted]93, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I request assistance in securing my refund as soon as possible.

I received my order on May 19th, and to my surprise, there were several items in the box that I did not order. I have tried reaching out to customer service via phone, but unfortunately, I keep getting connected to individuals selling unrelated products. I also attempted to use the website's customer support feature, but I was informed that I couldn't return the mistakenly sent items. I am frustrated and just want to speak to a real person to resolve this issue. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for years and hold a Prime membership. Please call me at [redacted]. I received an order, and the item arrived damaged and with missing pieces. Despite multiple calls to address this issue, I was promised callbacks from a manager or supervisor three times, but none were received. After filing a claim for a refund, I never heard about the outcome and was later informed that there was no record of my claim. I reluctantly opted for a refund, even though I had already partially installed the bed. Amazon's customer service was unhelpful, leaving me no choice. The seller sent a prepaid label for the return, but it was for a much smaller weight than the actual item, a full-size bookcase storage bed with six drawers. Correcting this return label issue has been a frustrating and time-consuming process. My numerous calls to Amazon have not resolved the situation.

I made a significant order on Friday, June 3, [redacted], with Order # [redacted][redacted] totaling $[redacted].62 for same-day delivery. Despite waiting until 10:30 pm that day, the packages did not arrive as expected. Upon checking my Amazon account the next day, it indicated that delivery was completed at 10:17 pm. After contacting Amazon, I was advised to wait until Tuesday for further assistance. Surprisingly, on Sunday, an elderly lady delivered the packages to me, revealing the delivery mishap to a different address. The incorrect delivery to 36 Trillium Street instead of 23 Greenbrier Street raises concerns about reliability and accuracy. This error has left me deeply disappointed in Amazon’s service.

I was supposed to receive two packages today, and even got a picture of both on my phone. When the delivery arrived, my son heard it, went to get it, but found only the white pants, while the white and blue package was missing. My son mentioned a delivery from Amazon, but the white and blue package with the shirt was nowhere to be found. I needed that shirt for an upcoming vacation next weekend. It's frustrating because the house is not visible from the street, and my son had the door open, making it unlikely for someone to have taken it. Last week, my music box arrived torn open, and the driver claimed it was delivered that way. I suspect the driver took the picture, then took the shirt. I'm really upset about this situation. I'm hesitant to provide my card information due to concerns about potential hacking.

Lately, when I click on the icon that used to give me access to my account, I always end up on Amazon Germany and can't switch to my French account. I am a Prime customer in both countries, but much more in France than in Germany. I used to easily navigate between my French and German accounts with a simple click. Now, to order something on Amazon France, I have to search on Google and then select Amazon France among the options provided. It's cumbersome. I already reported this issue to Amazon France over the phone last week. They promised that the technical team would address it, but I haven't heard anything since.

I purchased a BAHOM7 dinette set on May 25, [redacted] with order number [redacted]–[redacted]. The order total was $[redacted].03. Unfortunately, I only received the table frame with no glass top, two missing chair seat cushions, and have had trouble getting assistance. Despite filing a complaint and contacting customer service, there has been no resolution. I am requesting Amazon to arrange a pick-up of the entire set, including the table frame and chairs, as I have not received a proper response from the seller. I reside at [redacted] NW. 58th Terrace. Since [redacted], I have owned a Kindle Fire. Approximately a month ago, I started getting game ads that blocked my access to emails, and it has now extended to blocking almost everything on my device. After spending around two hours with customer service yesterday, I reluctantly agreed to pay to remove the game ads. I received an email with instructions on how to proceed, but despite spending additional hours trying to follow the process, I have had no luck, and it is now affecting more programs on my Kindle Fire. This Kindle Fire was bought from Amazon as a replacement for a faulty one. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received and the inability to resolve this issue. I am so frustrated that I am considering not purchasing anything from Amazon again. Just like the poor treatment I experienced at Best Buy, which led me to avoid their store for the past 10 years, I might have to do the same with Amazon. - Patricia M. J.

Hello! I am Kennedy Williams. I bought several items from Amazon on May 8, 9, and 10. Unfortunately, I have not received any of my packages. This is unusual for me as I have never had issues with deliveries from Amazon before. I have already checked with the seller, the carriers, and even my neighbors, but no one seems to know where my packages are. I understand that sometimes packages can be misdelivered, but I have waited weeks and it's now June 8, [redacted], and my packages have not arrived. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for all three packages that have not been delivered.

I accidentally ordered an 18" Danby dishwasher instead of the 24" portable dishwasher I wanted. Also, the delivery address was mistakenly set to my office instead of my home. I have no way to transport the dishwasher from my office to my house. I requested a return, which was approved, with a return deadline of June 3rd, but the item has not been delivered yet. I need to return my Schroder blower order. Unfortunately, I was unable to lift the blower out of the box. While the packaging is intact, I realized I won't be able to use this device as it is too heavy. The advertisement claimed it was lightweight, but it's not the case at all. I wasn't informed that it couldn't be returned if unused. I intend to return it and switch to the electric blower (the GO) instead. This blower is too heavy for me to handle.

I was concerned when I realized my package containing two makeup technique books might be delayed. Upon checking my orders, I discovered that the carrier had supposedly left it on my front porch. This is alarming, as I reside in an apartment complex located near a busy street and a homeless area. USPS or UPS, the likely carriers, have been informed multiple times that packages should not be left on my porch due to frequent theft. Despite being home when the delivery was made on Sunday, I did not hear a knock and the package was stolen before I could retrieve it. This is not the first time this has happened, as a previous $[redacted] package was also taken from my doorstep. If this was the doing of USPS or UPS, I am extremely frustrated. The carrier's decision to leave the package in such a risky location reflects poorly on their professionalism. Now, I am missing the books I was expecting.

I need assistance with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. My package arrived when I was not home, and it was left on my steps during heavy rain without any protection. The book inside got severely damaged with all the pages sticking together due to water exposure. I am requesting a no-cost replacement for the damaged book. I purchased a portable AC from Amazon, but it arrived damaged during shipping. Amazon initiated a return process, and UPS was scheduled to pick it up. Unfortunately, UPS missed the pickup as I was at work, and subsequent attempts were unsuccessful. When I tried to drop it off at The UPS store, they informed me it had to be picked up from my house by UPS due to being a return. Despite this, UPS is requesting a tracking number which was supposed to be provided by the pickup team. As they never reappeared, I am now stuck trying to arrange the return pickup.

Hello, I'm Colleen, and my account is under the name CAT, which are my initials. My associated email is [redacted] I am facing issues logging into my Amazon account due to the phone linked to it having no minutes.
