I recently received a tuf 506LI laptop that arrived DOA with a faulty screen. I am looking to utilize the warranty to repair the laptop, which is still covered within the 1-year warranty period. The deadline for me to return the laptop is January 12th, so I would appreciate resolving this issue before that date. Despite attempting to troubleshoot with HDMI cables, the screen remains unresponsive. A computer repair shop suggested a problem with the graphics card, indicating extensive repairs at a considerable cost. I am keen to explore the warranty option due to the laptop's new condition.

I own an Asus RT-AC1900 router, and I've connected a Brother HL2040 printer to the USB 3.0 port on the router. After each print job, the printer goes offline, and the only way to bring it back online is to access the router control at [redacted].[redacted].1.1. I navigate to Network map, System Status, then wireless, and click APPLY. This process is getting repetitive as I have to do it every time I print from any computer. My computer is running Windows 10, and the port configured for the printer is USB001. When I tried to reconfigure the port, Windows displayed an error saying, "This Operation is not supported." The printer functions well when directly connected to a laptop. I updated the drivers through Windows. If creating a new port is necessary, what port number should I use?

I had an old Asus ZenPad from a while back, and it had this fantastic alarm sound named "Funky Tempo" or something similar. Recently, I recalled it, but after searching extensively online, I haven't been able to locate it. If anyone knows how I can find that old alarm sound, please share. I appreciate any help with this as it's been bothering me. Thank you.

Upon turning on my computer, all I encounter is a black screen. After some troubleshooting, I attempted to reset the BIOS by shorting the pins, which led me to the BIOS recovery mode screen. I then proceeded to place the BIOS file named PRA320MK.CAP on a USB drive and rebooted the system, but I only continued to receive a black screen. Interestingly, upon removing the USB drive, the screen displayed the BIOS recovery message. Despite trying various GPUs, cables, and monitors, as well as removing all components and testing different RAM modules, the issue persists. I've also attempted to reset the CMOS battery and experimented with different USB ports and drives. Notably, I even tried placing the BIOS file on both an internal and external HDD without success. My motherboard model is Prime A320M-K.

My laptop is not functioning properly, specifically the Function keys. It was bought from Walmart on March 17, [redacted]. Walmart's return policy is after 30 days, but they won't send it for repair. I'm looking for a refund or a replacement since it's never been used. The Geek Squad mentioned it has defective software without examining it. The laptop model is ASUS 14L410. The Walmart order number is [redacted]-[redacted], with the laptop costing $[redacted].00, Walmart Protection Plan Delivery $48.00, and Electronic delivery with Premium Tech Support & Security $89.99, totaling $[redacted].58 with tax included.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently purchased an Asus X515JA-EJ302TS from Reliance Retail Limited located in Srerampore, Kolkata. I am contacting you to file a complaint and request a replacement for the faulty laptop I purchased from the store due to poor service provided by your company. On Friday, 9th July [redacted], I visited your store to browse laptops. The sales assistant recommended the Asus X515JA-EJ302TS as the best option, so I purchased it. Since using the laptop, the OS has repeatedly crashed and overheated. Despite minimal usage, the fan runs constantly, causing the laptop to slow down significantly. I have contacted the customer service number multiple times, but the issues persist even after service. Enclosed is a copy of my receipt for reference. I kindly request a replacement or guidance on how to return the faulty product within the next 2 days, as the laptop is unusable. I have been a loyal ASUS customer and am disappointed by this experience. I appreciate prompt assistance. Yours faithfully, Tanisha Khedwal

In [redacted], I purchased the ROG 2 Global. Unfortunately, after 8 months, it faced the well-known auto shutdown issue and I had to buy a new phone. Hoping to avoid the same problem, I bought the ROG 5 Global in July [redacted], but now it keeps shutting down with a Bootload error referencing g.co/ABH. I am far from Manila, where I made the purchase, and cannot afford to wait two months for repairs. I am seeking a refund to purchase a different phone, possibly not another ROG. While the gaming performance is outstanding, the recurring durability issues and errors are tiresome. I am requesting a refund without any disputes. I rely on my phone for work and daily life and cannot be without it for two months waiting for repairs.

Hello, I work at Boeing and require a Letter of Volatile Memory for Part# VP28UQG, which is used in high-security areas. Typically, a technical focal fulfills this type of request. A LOV is a document from the manufacturer specifying the memory storage capabilities of the item and providing instructions on data clearing. This document is essential to comply with government standards for high-security areas, where any data-storing item must be wiped after handling sensitive data. If you have any queries, please let me know and forward this request to the relevant focal. Kindly email the document to [redacted] when it's ready. Thank you!

Hello, I've encountered a recurring issue with my ASUS laptop (Model K [redacted] UX - DM 086T) displaying the dreaded blue screen of death (BSoD): - Initially, the error seemed related to the graphic card (though I can't recall the exact error message, after researching online I found it was likely linked to the video/graphic driver). - Over time, I chose to overlook the problem as it occurred infrequently and my laptop still functioned adequately. - Presently, I'm facing significant difficulties starting up the laptop (often resulting in a black screen). When it does start, the BSoD appears with errors like MEMORY MANAGEMENT or SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. I suspect the issue may stem from an outdated driver, but my lack of technical expertise in PC matters leaves me uncertain about how to proceed. This problem urgently needs resolution since my work heavily depends on the laptop's functionality, and the current situation is causing considerable disruption.

I recently reported an issue with my laptop keyboard to Asus and received complaint number (A[redacted]-[redacted]). The Asus team assured me they would follow up, but I have yet to hear back. My laptop is currently in the service center, so I am reaching out via email to inquire about the status. If I do not receive a response soon, I will have to consider legal action. This laptop is valued at ₹50,[redacted], and the lack of customer service is disappointing.

I advise against purchasing a phone from Asus. I bought a phone for 50k and faced multiple issues within the first month. The charger was faulty, and the [redacted] mAh battery barely lasted 3 hours. Subsequently, there was a problem with the display. After contacting numerous Asus service centers, I eventually found one in Vashi. Despite them confirming the display replacement under warranty, Asus later rejected the request. It seems like a deliberate setup. Local service centers don't provide adequate support, allowing them to profit from customers. When I requested proof of denial from Asus, the Vashi center refused. This indicates a profit-driven approach instead of customer care. Despite reaching out through emails, I received no satisfactory response. Overall, my experience with Asus has been disappointing, with both the phone performance and customer service falling short.

I have a [redacted] Asus TUF gaming laptop with the model number FX570UD. There was a BIOS administrator password that I wanted to remove, so I accessed the BIOS settings. After attempting to change the password by leaving the new password blank, confirming the change, and saving and exiting, my laptop restarted and prompted me for the BIOS password again. Despite trying the old password and leaving it blank, I couldn't bypass the password. I searched online and found that pressing ALT+R should prompt for a rescue password, but instead, it's simply entering 'R' in the password field. I'm stuck and seeking assistance with this issue.

I am experiencing an issue when trying to add additional drives to my RAID setup. Currently, I have successfully created a RAID 0 volume using two Samsung M.2 drives in my Z590-A motherboard. However, I am now attempting to include three or four M.2 drives by using a PCIe riser card (SI-PEX40152) from Syba Media Inc. The card is recognized in the BIOS, but the drives are greyed out in the Intel RST RAID setup. I have inquired with Syba Media Inc about compatibility, but they have provided general requirements rather than specific advice for my motherboard. I believe that my motherboard has the necessary PCIe slot for the riser card. I am uncertain if Bifurcation Support is essential. I understand that you may not endorse specific products, but I seek guidance on the correct approach to adding more M.2 drives via a PCIe riser card. If this method is viable, I wonder why the M.2 drives on the riser card do not appear as usable drives in the BIOS RAID configuration. Are there specific BIOS settings I need to adjust to enable recognition of the drives for RAID purposes? Am I overlooking any crucial steps in this process?

I am experiencing a significant decrease in my connection speed with my ASUS RT-AX92u home router. Recently, I noticed unusual delays and resistance with touches, mouse movements, and typing. Upon researching, I found information about Russian hackers targeting older ASUS router models with malware, which raised my concerns, even though mine is a newer model. Despite performing a hard reset and reloading the firmware, the router's logs display strange commands, reloads, and unfamiliar settings being accessed. I have disabled remote access, changed configuration ports, and turned off recommended settings, but I still see unauthorized activities in the logs, including changes in dates and suspicious IP addresses. I have taken precautions recommended for potentially affected routers, but the issue persists even after manual firmware updates. I feel frustrated, scared, and vulnerable, especially considering my recent online activities.

I own a K00F 10" Tablet with Android 4.2.2. I can browse regular websites (http:) but can't access secure sites (https:) or log in to Google accounts. I've attempted various fixes (date/time adjustments, cache clearing, etc.) but nothing has worked. I've also tested different Wi-Fi connections and reloaded browsers. I'm unable to locate advanced SSL settings for configuration. I've even done a Factory Reset twice. Any suggestions, especially technical ones, are welcome before I give up on this tablet. Thank you.

Dear ASUS, I was very excited to purchase the ASUS ROG Phone 2, but unfortunately, I have been quite disappointed with the ASUS ROG firmware. Here are the issues I have encountered: 1. Inadequate customer service for feedback. 2. Numerous software bugs in the Rog 2. 3. Lack of dual space for secondary usage. 4. Bug in gallery wallpaper settings. 5. Unable to use twin app service for secondary WhatsApp contacts. 6. WhatsApp cannot be used while gaming in short screen mode, unlike in REDMI (GAME TURBO). 7. Difficulty switching call services during a second call to the first person. 8. Unable to access the home screen when receiving a call. 9. Bug in Asus lightning, glowing both bump and aura light. 10. Major problems with accessing most app notifications. Please take these issues into account for future editions and strive to provide the best services. Thank you.

I recently encountered a problem with my ASUS ROG Strix G513QY Advantage Edition laptop while playing Destiny 2. The game caused my laptop to crash, prompting a system restart. After multiple crashes, I noticed that my main 12GB GPU is no longer visible in the Task Manager performance tab, although it does show up in the Device Manager. Up until this sudden failure during the game, the GPU was working perfectly fine. This is the first time I've experienced such an issue since purchasing this gaming laptop. I've also submitted a bug report following the forced system restart caused by the game crash. Thank you for any assistance.

Hello, I am Yovan Robert from Kalayarkovil, Sivaganga. I have owned an Asus RoG [redacted] laptop since [redacted]. In November, I had the screen replaced at F1 Info Solution in Madurai. Recently, my screen suddenly turned black and wouldn't come back on. The Asus service center was unable to offer a solution and refused to honor the warranty despite the recent replacement. I am concerned about the authenticity and quality of the new screen I paid 11.5k for. I have lost work due to this issue and I am very disappointed with the service and product quality. I have some questions: 1. How can I verify if the screen is genuine? 2. Can you provide a warranty? 3. What caused the screen to fail so quickly? I hope to hear from you soon. I have attached an image of the back of the screen and the case reference for your review.

I recently purchased an Asus Zenbook Duo laptop for approximately 1 lakh 30 thousand from the Asus Store in Guwahati. Shortly after the warranty expired, the laptop encountered a motherboard issue for the second time. The service center quoted a cost of 60,[redacted]+ to replace the motherboard. This unexpected and significant expense is a burden, considering the initial investment my parents made to provide us with comfort and opportunities. It is concerning to me how a laptop of this value could experience two motherboard failures within a year of each other. I am reaching out for a resolution as soon as possible, as the current repair cost is unaffordable. I am frustrated by this situation and seek assistance from Asus to address and resolve the recurring motherboard problems.

I purchased an Asus Claymore II keyboard on June 26, [redacted]. The keyboard was faulty and had to be returned to Amazon UK. I had registered it to my Asus account via Armoury Crate before realizing it was defective. The faulty keyboard's serial number was M3MPGD531804. A new Claymore II keyboard, with serial number M3MPGD531803, arrived on July 29 and was also registered to my Asus account via Armoury Crate. Now, I have two keyboards registered in Armoury Crate and on my Asus account. I am encountering issues with firmware updates due to this. I have tried three times to have the serial number M3MPGD531804 removed from my Asus account with no success.
