I have been playing Clash Royale for a long time and recently redownloaded it on my iPad, but my Game Center account is not being recognized. When I try to update the game, it redirects me to the Chinese version of Clash Royale instead of the U.S. version I was playing. Now I am unable to log in unless I update, but the update link takes me to the wrong version. Can someone assist me in resolving this problem?

Respected Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding my main account #9QLQ00Y92, one of India's top players, which received a permanent ban on 14 June. The ban was a result of my friend using my account on their Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 on 6 June. I had previously used that device six months ago. My friend mistakenly accessed another account on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but I did not do so on my clean device, which is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. I had sold the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 device to him six months ago. When my friend visited, I logged into their device to seek help from support as I was not receiving responses on my device. Upon getting a response, I promptly removed my account from his device on 6 June. I had informed Supercell six months ago about changing my device due to performance issues with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. Please review the account's chat history for verification. I kindly request the removal of the ban on my account as I am eager to support the Clash Royale community in India, including providing free deck guides through INDIAN ARMY, the top clan in India. I have faith that justice will prevail in this matter.

I contacted their chat service within the app to explain my inability to recover my Supercell ID or account after not using the app for several years. I provided my email address and player name as Smozkilla/Bassackwards724. The individual I initially spoke with, named Guillera or something similar, asked for proof that I owned the account and directed me on how to locate my purchase history. After disconnecting, I reconnected to share a screenshot of my latest purchase history from [redacted]. Another representative, Sparky, responded after a 30-minute wait and promptly informed me that I was being banned for 31 days for allegedly exploiting their customer service. He warned of a permanent ban if the behavior continued. I was upset by this decision, especially considering the amount of money I had invested in this account before ceasing to play in [redacted] or [redacted]. I found this situation frustrating.

In relation to Clash Royale, my experience has been quite frustrating. Originating from China, I had to switch my account to the Chinese region to access the game. However, due to not having a Chinese ID as an American citizen, I encountered difficulties. Upon returning to the US and reinstalling the game, I was forced to start over. Fortunately, I was given the opportunity to retrieve my level 13 account. Yet, each time I launched the game, an update prompt appeared, leading me to the App Store with a message stating the app was not available in my region. Resorting to using my friend's Chinese Apple ID allowed me to access my level 13 account, albeit only in Chinese. The major setback remains that I am unable to connect with my American friends due to being on different servers.

I allowed my younger brother to use my phone to play a game of draft battle against one of my friends. Unfortunately, he took things too far and made inappropriate comments in the clan chat after the games. As a result, I have been banned from the game for a week. I would like to request an unban as I did not make those comments and value playing the game respectfully. My brother has admitted to what he did, and I have ensured he will no longer be using my account.

I have noticed that a player named Lvl One Chicken has been repeatedly joining and leaving our clan, disregarding our rules by spamming over 99 emotes. Despite knowing the rules, Lvl One Chicken tried to influence us to change them and eventually created a clan against us. Reporting this behavior has not led to any action being taken. Our clan, named [redacted], has faced continuous disruptions from this player. Lvl One Chicken openly expressed intentions to replicate this behavior in other clans. Their clan description even mentions avoiding rejoining our clan. We have removed Lvl One Chicken multiple times, but they continue to return and cause disturbances. Hello Supercell Support, I am reaching out regarding my Clash Royale account that was hacked approximately four weeks ago. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to access it as the Supercell ID email was changed without my knowledge. Upon trying to log in with my old Supercell ID email, I do not receive the login code. Even the in-game help and support feature did not provide a solution. Hello SuperCell support, I hope you are doing well. I recently encountered an issue with my SuperCell account being compromised. As a result, I am unable to access my Clash Royale and Brawl Stars accounts, which are now being used by someone else. Despite reaching out to support through the app, I was unsuccessful due to missing recovery codes. I can provide receipts for gem purchases in both games and still have access to the email linked to my SuperCell account. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am experiencing an issue with my Clash Royale account linked to the Game Center under the account Katie*** or S*****@***.com. When I log into the game, the account does not appear. I have attempted troubleshooting by deleting and reinstalling the game, signing in and out of Game Center, and contacting customer support. Unfortunately, when I reached out to customer support, they mistakenly banned my "new" account instead of assisting me. While the account exists and has trophies through Game Center, I am unable to access it in the game. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. My account was closed because I mentioned another player having access to it. I attempted to contact customer service, but they did not believe me. The account name is Amro in a clan called Alien_clan. I can verify my Gmail associated with the account, [redacted] I have limited information as my dad's friend played on it. I am currently using an iPhone 11, while my dad's friend used a Samsung Galaxy, but I am unsure of the exact model.
