I have not received any response to my email yet. It's been a week since I reached out about my reimbursement and lost luggage issues from my recent travel with Condor Airlines. I am growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of communication and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Condor Booking #[redacted] I want to bring to your attention the terrible experience I had with Condor Airlines and request a full refund for the inconvenience I endured. My journey began on June 24 with a flight from Boston to Frankfurt (DEDE [redacted]) and then to Florence (DEDE [redacted]). The delays and disorganization experienced throughout the trip were extremely challenging, especially traveling with a one-year-old. Additionally, my husband's luggage was lost in Italy, resulting in him losing valuable time and money. The return flights (DEDE [redacted] and DEDE [redacted]) were also chaotic, with check-in issues and further delays. To top it off, two of our luggage did not arrive in Boston due to a staff strike. This entire experience contradicted Condor Airlines' claim of being family-friendly and left a negative lasting impression.

I recently flew business class from FRA to SEA on Condor flight DE [redacted]. The flight and service were excellent. However, upon arrival at SEA, my checked luggage, a purple duffel bag with a large W and a black wheeled bag, did not appear on the carousel. I went to Baggage Customer Service, where a Condor representative apologized and provided me with a claim form. Later, I received a call from [redacted] claiming my bags were in SEA, insisting I pick them up. When I declined due to exhaustion, I was told I had to retrieve them. Despite explaining the situation, I was hung up on twice. I am disappointed with how Condor handled this and expect them to deliver my bags promptly to my address as specified in the claim. The way some Condor representatives treated me was unacceptable and tarnished an otherwise positive experience.

Hello, I recently traveled from Zurich to JFK with a layover in Frankfurt. The first flight was with Lufthansa, and the second was with Condor Airline. Upon arrival at JFK, only one out of my five suitcases made it. I immediately filed a baggage claim at JFK using the reference Jfkde10211. It has been nearly two weeks, and the missing four suitcases are still nowhere to be found. These suitcases contain valuable items, including clothing, jewelry, and other important belongings worth thousands of dollars. I have upcoming events where I need these items, and the situation is becoming quite stressful. I kindly request assistance in locating my missing suitcases, whether they are still in Zurich or Frankfurt. I am willing to travel to retrieve them myself. I urge you to help resolve this issue promptly so that I may have my belongings back. Thank you.

Complaint: Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent flight experience. I had a flight from Nice, France to Varadero, Cuba via Frankfurt, Germany on 07/08/[redacted] at 6:55 a.m. In Frankfurt, despite having all the necessary documents and checking in on time, I was informed that the plane was full, and I was asked to pay €2,[redacted] for a flight to Havana the next day. Although I was assured a first-class seat, the documents were not in my name, and the service staff were unhelpful and rude. After a night at the airport, I found someone helpful the next day who suggested making a formal complaint for reimbursement. I ended up flying in economy class and my luggage did not arrive in Havana. I am requesting reimbursement of the €2,[redacted], compensation for denied boarding, reimbursement for the difference in ticket prices, and compensation for the delayed luggage. Additionally, I am seeking reimbursement for accommodation costs in Havana, as my final destination was Varadero.

Hello, I have been trying to reach out to you since August 13, [redacted] regarding my baggage that I was unable to check in for my connecting flight to Paris. I arrived from flight DE [redacted] Toronto/Frankfurt. Your company representative informed me that I would not be able to retrieve my baggage in time and complete all security checks. As a result, I did not collect my baggage, and it has been impossible to reach you by phone until now.

I am traveling from Kenya to Grenada Island with a layover in Frankfurt airport using Condor Airlines. I would like to know if I will encounter any issues with customs and immigration at Frankfurt airport. I have been advised that I do not need a transit visa if I am remaining in the airport area. Are there any additional documents or information I should have before my transit through Frankfurt airport?

I am Cuban and was at Holguin Airport in Cuba with all the necessary documentation ready for flight DE2207 with Condor. They did not allow us, 15 Cubans, to board the plane without a clear explanation from the Condor representative. They mentioned the airline could not transport Cubans heading to Serbia. I contacted the Serbian embassy in Havana, and they confirmed there should be no issue for Cubans with the required documentation to enter Serbia; it is a Condor policy. The airline did not inform us of these restrictions at the time of booking or before the trip, causing us to waste time and money. I demand a refund for my ticket and the cost of accommodation in Serbia. I hope for understanding and the swift return of our funds. Sincerely.

Hello, I am looking for a way to locate my lost luggage. When I visit the website provided, it requires a tracking number or completion of a form stating that my items have not arrived in the last 5 days, although it has been a month since my daughter and I landed. Our bags are missing, and I have already visited Toronto Airport, which is quite far from where I live. I spoke to Condor company staff, who mentioned they would contact me, but I am still waiting. I flew with Condor Airlines on Saturday, July 1, [redacted], from Cyprus to Germany, then from Germany to Vancouver, Canada. I checked my luggage in at Larnaca Airport, Cyprus. Upon arrival at Frankfurt Airport, Germany, I was informed that my luggage would be delivered to YVR Airport, my final destination. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Vancouver, I was told that my luggage had been left behind in Frankfurt. They assured me it would arrive on July 2nd, but it has now been four days and my luggage is still missing. Can you please investigate this matter further? My flight details were DE [redacted].

I made the ticket directly over the phone with Condor because their website was not working. The agent made a transcription error, my name is María Cruz Garcia Morillo, but on the ticket it says María Cruz Garcia Morillo as my last name. Please help me resolve this without canceling the reservation since I can't change my flight date. It's a clear transcription mistake that I didn't make. When I received the PDF, everything else was correct, so I couldn't have caught the error. Please provide a solution. The mistake was not mine. Thank you. 🙏

I flew from Winnipeg to Tunisia on June 26 with a layover in Vancouver and Frankfurt, on flight number [redacted]. I encountered an issue with my carry-on bag on the first flight in Winnipeg. The airline asked me to check it in due to no available space and assured I could retrieve it in Vancouver. However, upon arrival in Vancouver, I was told I had to pay extra to reclaim my bag in Tunisia. Feeling frustrated and with no choice, I paid the fee. I flew in from Frankfurt to Seattle yesterday. Unfortunately, our luggage didn't make it on the direct flight. We were given a SeaTac phone number for information, but no one answers. Customer service even hung up on me twice when I called for help. We need our clothes and belongings urgently as we have a road trip planned and are currently stranded. We require assistance to know when our luggage will be returned to us.
