Je vous contacte concernant une commande que je n'ai pas reçue. Elle a été refusée à mon point relais, sans que je sache pourquoi. J'ai contacté La Poste pour éviter le renvoi à l'expéditeur, malheureusement le colis avait déjà été expédié et ne peut être récupéré. J'ai également contacté DHL, comme l'expéditeur me l'a recommandé, mais on m'a dit de lui demander d'appeler DHL Allemagne pour le renvoi, ce qu'il refuse de faire. Je me demande s'il serait possible d'obtenir un remboursement directement, car DHL affirme que le colis est réexpédiable moyennant des frais que l'expéditeur souhaite que je prenne en charge.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from your company, and after two weeks, the money was deducted from my account. However, when I checked my order status, it seems to have disappeared from your system. Whenever I contact you to address this issue, I am informed that there is an individual in training who cannot assist me. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I would like to speak with a supervisor as soon as possible.

I accidentally ordered a gold bag instead of black and urgently informed the seller of the mistake, who agreed to change the order promptly. I trusted that the correction to the bag with a black ribbon would be made without canceling the initial order since it is a gift for a customer who specifically wanted a black bag. Hello, I am Andy Esun from the UK. Last month in November, I purchased eight watches from your app. However, I have not received some of the watches. I tried calling DHGATE Customer Service multiple times, but they did not answer or return my calls. I kindly request that all the watches I ordered from your app be delivered to me promptly. If you are unable to send the items, please refund the money to my account. Failure to do so will result in me escalating this issue to the appropriate authorities.

Two days ago, I purchased a dual exhaust tailpipe from the website dhgate.com.au. Although I didn't create an account, I proceeded with the purchase assuming it would be secure. While using the app, I opt to sign in with the "Apple ID" but when I attempt to verify my email, I only see the options for Google and Facebook, preventing me from completing the verification process. Additionally, I recently placed an order and made payment. Hello, I recently had an issue with a purchase. I bought a bag from a seller that arrived scratched on the front and is not usable, which was not as described. DHgate only refunded me 5 USD for a 37 USD purchase. This means I would have paid 31 USD for a defective bag, which is unacceptable. I am demanding a full refund. This experience has disappointed me, and I feel like my money was taken unfairly. I made an order on 29/10, and the seller marked it as prepared for dispatch on 31/10. However, they provided an invalid tracking number. Even with the correct number, I am unable to track the package as it has not been updated. The expected delivery date of 30/12 seems excessively slow as I have never had items from China take two months to arrive. I have messaged the seller over 15 times without any response. Finally, on 26/12, they replied saying the item will be shipped soon. This suggests they never shipped it after two months, possibly lying when marking it as shipped. I am unable to open a dispute for non-receipt, as it requires me to claim it was delivered to the wrong address. I am also unable to dispute the invalid tracking number due to confusing messages. Customer service is unhelpful with automated responses. I have waited long enough and simply want a refund for this unfulfilled order.

Hello, On 12/22/22, I ordered 2 e-bike batteries from your website and paid with my credit card since the other payment methods were not working for some reason. I have not received any order confirmation in my inbox. I vaguely recall the delivery time for the batteries being 6 days, although I did not pay close attention. Nevertheless, the delivery time seemed quite short, which surprised me. Could you please provide an update on the delivery status of my order? When can I expect the batteries to arrive? I recently purchased a tiny headed kingdom pip bear for my girlfriend and believe I may have been scammed by a seller on the website. I recently purchased 4 phones to give as gifts to my younger relatives. However, upon trying to set up one of the phones, I encountered multiple issues. Despite being connected to the internet, none of the applications worked, prompting me to update them. Struggles continued as I attempted to download apk files, share games via Bluetooth, and even transfer files from my computer. Unfortunately, every method I tried resulted in a parsing error or connection issue. Frustrated by the malfunctioning phones, I now seek a refund for these devices that do not perform as expected. I am facing an issue with an order I placed that seems to have been lost in transit or was never shipped. The initial tracking number did not provide any updates. After initiating a dispute process due to non-delivery, the seller informed me that the carrier lost the package and offered to send a replacement item. Although I accepted, the seller failed to resend the item and instead provided the same tracking number as the original order. Despite multiple messages to the seller, no response has been received in 23 days. Attempts to escalate the dispute through dhgate mitigation have been unsuccessful due to a network error when trying to contact online customer service. I purchased an item using a credit card without registering on the site. I haven't received any confirmation email yet. All I have is this message: DHgate will verify the payment within 24 hours. Until then, the order status will display as "Awaiting Payment." The order number is [redacted], and the supplier will use DHLink E-packet FZ(G-S) for delivery within 4 working days. I should expect to receive the items within 7-60 days after delivery.

Some time ago, I placed an order for disposable cigarettes, but I have not received anything. You claimed the order was missing the house number. I made a payment of $17.71 for an order with "DHgate" on 1/3/[redacted]. After nearly three weeks, I started receiving order status emails. Towards the end of January, I got an email stating the order was delivered, but it has now been over 10 days, and I still haven't received it. I am having trouble accessing my account on the DHgate app and website despite providing the correct details. Due to this, I can't locate the order number. I am seeking a full refund for this purchase. I can prove the $17.71 charge on my Mastercard debit card on 1/3/[redacted] at 8:41 pm CST and I have the activity identification numbers from my bank. Even though I am unable to provide the DHgate order number as I can't access my account, I insist on a refund as I paid in advance for the order that was never delivered.

I recently canceled an order with DHgate just two hours after placing it. The seller claimed they couldn't refund me because they had already processed the order. This is impossible since they usually take three days just to ship. Despite being misled, I was informed my order would still be sent, which I did not want. Despite my attempts with customer service, I have had no success. The seller mentioned issuing a refund in a few days but has since ignored my messages, only providing a tracking number for the shipment. I will refuse to accept the package upon arrival, especially since the item takes 3 to 4 weeks to reach me.
