I will not be booking a room at Days Inn in Port Charlotte, FL. I asked for a guest room for the hearing impaired and was told by 2 employees, including "Archie," who claimed to be the hotel manager, that they have no rooms for the disabled. When I mentioned ADA requirements, they both insisted they didn't have such rooms. Astonishing! When I questioned further, Archie abruptly asked if I was booking a room and hung up on me. I'm grateful I phoned before booking on booking.com. Is this their standard at Days Inn? I trust you can track the call with my number. Their approach is not beneficial for your business.

I made a reservation through booking.com, where the hotel's online photos appeared satisfactory. To my disappointment, the room was in terrible condition. There were stains on the lampshades, curtains, and comforter. The air conditioner didn't work, making it uncomfortably hot. I found mold in the bathroom and on the windows. After a brief check-in, I complained to the reception about the unsanitary state of the room, especially since I was traveling with my 2-year-old. Despite only being in the room for less than ten minutes, the staff offered a meager 20% refund, which doesn't suffice. I demand a full refund given the appalling condition of the room and the poor customer service I received during this regrettable experience.

I stayed at the Days Inn in Washington, NC on June 3, [redacted]. I had already prepaid online. Upon check-in, Rosa Lee at the front desk informed me that my reservation was not paid for and requested my Visa card. She swiped it four times, charging me $[redacted].67 three times and $[redacted].67 once. The next day, the manager Gary apologized and assured me that the overcharges would be refunded. Despite calling every day since, I am still missing $[redacted].67. The hotel now claims they have refunded it, but they have been dishonest and untrustworthy. The place seems unsafe with reports of drug dealers, prostitutes, and a roach infestation. How can this be a Days Inn standard? Disappointed, Connie P.

I recently tried to make a reservation at Days Inn located at [redacted] N 9th St., St. Louis, MO. My experience trying to book a room was frustrating as I encountered difficulties reaching a staff member over the phone. After being put on hold for over an hour and facing language barriers with the staff, I was disappointed when the price I was quoted increased before finalizing the reservation. Despite providing all my information, the communication was not clear regarding the revised price. I made it clear that I expected to be charged the original lower rate I was initially quoted by the staff member.

I had a booking for June 29th through June 30th under Victoria B. at Days Inn by Wyndham. I was surprised by the deposit requirement upon arrival. Due to a family emergency with a member on life support, I had nowhere else to stay. Despite my lack of awareness about the deposit at check-in, I managed to secure the funds and would appreciate being able to stay for the night I've paid for. I tried to extend my stay but was denied. I only fell $25 short and simply seek a place to rest and freshen up, not looking for any handouts or refunds. Your understanding in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Upon checking in, I was assigned room fifty. The walls were visibly dirty, the ceiling was cracked, and the room had a musty odor. The furniture was stained, making it uninviting to even sit on. When I tried to call the front desk, there was no phone card in place, so I had to use my cellphone for assistance. Fortunately, the clerk came, inspected the room, and relocated me to another room. However, upon entering the new room, the first thing I noticed was a bed bug. This unfortunate experience has really dampened the start of my vacation. I'm now stuck in this bed bug-infested room for four days since I am unable to obtain a refund.

Hello, I would like to share some photos of the condition of the room we occupied this past weekend on Friday, July 21st. How can I go about doing that, please? Unfortunately, we quickly stored our belongings in the room and rushed to our scheduled event, only noticing these issues late on Friday night and Saturday morning, when reception was already closed and there was no one available to address our concerns. The main problems we encountered were dirty cups in the room, clearly not checked, and difficulty in getting the shower to work no matter what we did. We were let down because we had stayed here a few years ago without any problems, but it seems the entire place is in dire need of renovation. My booking experience started off disappointing. I was informed that I could check in at noon and that there was on-site laundry available, but upon arrival, neither was accurate. I had to wait until 4 pm to check in or pay an additional $20. When I finally entered my room, I was welcomed by water running uncontrollably from the spout, making me think someone was using the shower. The phone was not functioning, and the wall outlets were also problematic. After being switched to another room, the situation did not improve; in fact, it was even worse. I made sure to document these issues with photos and videos and have since lodged a complaint with Wyndham.

I stayed at the Days Inn Wyndham Montreal East for one night from September 10th to September 11th. The room cost was about $[redacted]. During my recent stay at Taunton Days Inn, my experience was less than satisfactory. In my first visit, I encountered a room with a faulty lock and an unfriendly receptionist. On my most recent stay, I experienced a tire blowout and needed to check out late. Unfortunately, the receptionist was unhelpful, refusing to check my phone for evidence of my calls and subsequently laughing at me, threatening extra charges. To add to my frustration, there have been unauthorized attempts to withdraw £54 and £60 from my account, leaving me distressed and unable to get in touch with anyone for assistance. I was terminated from my position at the Days Inn in Wilkesboro NC yesterday. I arrived at work and had an unfortunate encounter with a guest using a racial slur towards me. When I reported this incident to my boss, she seemed dismissive and didn't inquire further. Later, after a dispute with my boss, I received a voicemail letting me know that I was fired. I work diligently and this decision seems unfair, especially when other employees are engaging in inappropriate behavior on the job. There seems to be a lack of communication and understanding in the workplace. Action should be taken to address these issues as they are affecting the overall work environment.

During a recent stay at your Pinebluff, Arkansas hotel for a funeral, I encountered some concerning cleanliness issues. Initially booked for two nights, I canceled the second night. After a long drive from Tulsa, OK, my sister and I found stains on our bedding. My sister noticed what appeared to be dried blood on her blanket and unchanged bottom sheet. Although my sheets were clean, I found a dried stain that resembled something else entirely. I spoke to the day staff who shared my dismay, mentioning concerns about housekeeping. While the owner refunded the second night, they charged me for the first night featuring the dirty bedding. This experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

After a long trip, I arrived almost at midnight at Days Inn - Patriots Point in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. I had encountered issues with three other parties but decided to try a walk-in at the hotel. The desk clerk quoted a rate of $[redacted] including tax, which was too high for our short stay. We left and checked prices online, then booked a room through Priceline for $[redacted].97 at 3:28 am on Friday. Upon arrival at 4 am, the clerk had difficulty accepting the reservation, so I canceled it. Priceline confirmed the cancellation and mentioned it may take some time to process. However, the clerk asked for my credit card to hold the room and then claimed there were insufficient funds when trying to charge it. She attempted to run my card for $73.45 at 4:19 am, which left me still without a room and out the $[redacted].97 paid to Priceline. It's now Saturday, and the situation remains unresolved.

I recently stayed at the Days Inn in Lebanon, PA for two nights and encountered several issues. The first night, there was no hot water, and on the second night, I found bedbugs in my new room. My wife experienced even worse infestation in her bed. I have pictures and videos of the bedbugs and spoke to the office staff, but they ignored my concerns. I requested a complimentary night in a different room, but was not given any assistance. My room with bedbugs is [redacted] and the room with no hot water was [redacted].
