I had a Messenger account unlinked from Facebook with just a phone number for login. I attempted to create a Facebook account using the same number. Later, I deactivated the Facebook account but selected the option to reactivate it in the future. After this, my original Messenger account showed as "Account Restricted." I tried deleting the Facebook account hoping to regain access to the Messenger account, but to no avail. After the 7-day deletion period, I reactivated the Facebook account but my original Messenger account is still restricted after almost 2 weeks. I can't use the new Messenger account for important files are on the original one. I've tried various solutions without success. I'm hoping for a resolution soon as the account holds sentimental value. Thank you for your help.

I had a Messenger account set up without Facebook, which was linked to my phone number. Upon creating a Facebook account using the same phone number and later deciding to deactivate the Facebook account, my Messenger account became restricted. I then attempted to delete the Facebook account within the 7-day restoration period to recover access to my original Messenger account but was unsuccessful. Even after over two weeks, my original Messenger account remains restricted, preventing any messages from being received. I rely on this account for important files and have been unable to transition to the new Messenger. I have tried various solutions without success. I am hoping for a prompt resolution as this account holds sentimental value to me. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I am currently trying to link a Business Manager to my Shopify store. I have a professional Facebook page for my store. I have two Business Managers set up; one is named "Lisa" and is linked to my business Instagram account. The recent Instagram campaigns I ran are only visible from the account connected to my personal page, most likely because the actual Business Manager is called "Lisa." Even though I created "Lisa" two weeks ago and the professional Instagram account over a year ago, I seem to have missed the notification to accept the access request from "Lisa" to my business page. I have already requested access, but it is still pending, and I am unable to resend or cancel it. I believe accepting this request as the "Inner Goddess Business" is the best solution. However, I cannot locate the notification, leaving me stuck. Any advice would be appreciated. I have screenshots for reference if needed. Thank you. - Lisa.

My identity was stolen in Kentucky on April 12, [redacted]. I reported it on April 15, [redacted], with case number 80-20-[redacted]. There is also a fraudulent bank account opened in my name in Jeffersonville, IN. My emails have been hacked, and the hackers are changing passwords using my information. I need all accounts frozen or deleted until this is resolved. I've reported this to Facebook, but nothing has been done so far. I'm locked out of an important account that should be frozen or deleted until this matter is fully resolved. I have four Facebook accounts that I want frozen or deleted until this is sorted out. My Business account has been disabled by Facebook, possibly due to an attack on the account. I believe this was an error on Facebook's part and not a result of any wrongdoing on my end. I wish to have my account reinstated and my concerns addressed. During a live session, my account suddenly crashed and was unpublished. I suspect a few individuals who were disgruntled with me may have had a hand in this. I hold information on these individuals who are connected to my work circle. It's disheartening, and I appeal for Facebook to reconsider their decision and reopen my account. The reports filed against me seem to be unjustified, and I urge Facebook to assist in resolving this issue promptly. It is important for me to maintain my online presence without having to start from scratch. I firmly believe in fostering a supportive community, and I trust that Facebook will support me in rectifying this situation. The supplement is safe and beneficial, and I aim to make it accessible to the masses in Malaysia. I am concerned about the harmful effects of chemically-based supplements flooding the Malaysian market and wish to spread awareness and educate the public on this issue. Additionally, I have another business offering car care detailing products, which I believe are truthful and beneficial without making exaggerated claims to my audience. Thank you for your help. I recently fell victim to identity theft and unfortunately had to shut down my cell phone which I've had for 20 years, close my former email addresses ([redacted]), my iCloud account, and more. I had to reset all my passwords multiple times due to this 3-month ordeal, and now I can't seem to remember my Facebook password. I hope we can work together to recover my account so I can reconnect with friends, locate lost family members, and retrieve photos spanning 20 years. Dear Customer Support, I have been unable to access my Facebook account for the past 7.5 years since it was hacked in [redacted]. I tried recovering it in [redacted] but faced issues. I received a message on my page from someone claiming to be from "BuzzFeed" offering to pay me for sharing articles. They provided a link to register and mentioned adding payment information for payouts. I have some concerns: 1) Is this a legitimate process? 2) Can they misuse my card details to benefit their own page? 3) Will they actually make payments if I provide my bank account information? 4) If I grant them admin access to a shared business page, could they potentially take control of my main page and remove other admins? Hello, My Facebook account belonging to Honza Prokeš from Czech Republic, a student at Czech University of Agriculture, has been stolen. I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior on my account, yet it now indicates a violation of Facebook's terms. A friend notified me at 3:22 PM on Wednesday that my profile photo had been changed to some Arabic text which I believe was harmful, resulting in an automatic ban. Following this incident, my friend was unable to locate me on their friend list or in Messenger. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation by changing my password, I found myself logged into an unfamiliar account associated with Honza Teplík, whom I do not know as it seems to be a child's account. I am baffled as to how this occurred when I tried to change my password via email. Furthermore, any online attempts to reset my password are futile due to my account being banned. My login email is [redacted] I am willing to provide additional verification if needed. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

While trying to block a repetitive advertisement on Facebook in February, I was prompted to review my account settings. To my surprise, I received a notification that my account was being disabled because account holders must be at least 13 years old, which I have been since [redacted]. I was unsure why this was happening and thought I might have accidentally changed my birth date while checking the settings. I followed the verification process by submitting a photo of my driver's license twice as requested. Unfortunately, on April 2, I received an email from Facebook stating that due to understaffing, they were unable to review my information promptly. This delay has been frustrating for me as I need access to communicate with the non-profit organization where I volunteer. It would have been more efficient if they had used the time to review my information instead of sending an email about the delay.

In February [redacted], my account was unexpectedly disabled without receiving any prior notification via email. Upon noticing this, I promptly uploaded my Government ID as requested to prove my identity. Despite numerous attempts to explain that my Yahoomail was hacked and subsequent delays in recovering it, I was unable to retrieve my lost emails as Yahoo's response was delayed. I kindly request the reactivation of my account as I have been a user since [redacted]/[redacted] and am uncertain about the reason for its disablement. Attached is a screenshot for reference, and I am willing to provide my Government ID for verification if necessary. There seemed to be confusion regarding my name being listed as "Armin Amit Mishra," which was not an issue. I hope for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

This morning, I received multiple emails from Facebook notifying me that someone had accessed my account and reset my password. I promptly logged into Facebook and changed my password with an authentication code sent to my registered cell phone number. Shortly after, upon trying to access my account, I discovered it had been disabled. When I followed the provided link, I was directed to a page where I could only input my name and an ID. Sadly, I later received an email stating that my account is now permanently inaccessible. I suspect the hacker who gained control of my account may have posted inappropriate content that led to its deletion without considering that my account was compromised. Sadly, I have no details about the specific content or any means to appeal this decision. The lack of clarity or contact options is frustrating.

I encountered an issue recently. A friend of mine was chatting on Messenger when someone unrelated to our conversation picked my name from a post I sent to him on Facebook and started arguing with me about politics. This person is a strong Trump supporter, and despite my attempts to engage civilly, she ended up calling me an inappropriate name. I'm unsure if her behavior violates Community Standards. She's now attacking me via my primary email, which I prefer not to use on Facebook, as indicated in the address below, so the issue persists on my secondary email. Is it acceptable to target a person through a different email obtained from another source? I find her actions unsuitable for Facebook. I did mention her maturity level but refrained from using harsh language. I highlighted how even the President has a habit of labeling those who oppose him, which triggered her response. I have been attempting to verify my mobile number to access my account for a week, but I am not receiving the verification code despite trying all methods provided. Clicking the links for the code options only leads me back to the login screen repeatedly. I have searched through Facebook's automated help without finding a way to contact a real person to address this issue. The system keeps looping back to the verification code entry screen without providing the necessary code. Even creating a new account resulted in getting stuck in the same cycle during the mobile number verification. I am stuck with two inaccessible accounts. If there is a way to reach out to Facebook support to troubleshoot this problem, I would like to know because I have consistently entered the correct mobile number and still face the same looping issue.

I have been receiving notices regarding my advertisements on Facebook Marketplace for the health products I am selling. I confirmed my listings by filling out a form provided by the marketplace. However, I have noticed that other people have listed goods exactly the same as mine on the marketplace without receiving any notices. I have attached some examples for reference. The first picture in the row shows my goods for sale with the notice above the advert, while the other two pictures are other people's goods that are the same as mine but without any issues. I have tried contacting customer service through various ways, but none of them have worked. I need some explanation or assistance from Facebook before they take any action against me. I have looked for solutions on the Facebook Help Center, but it was not helpful. I am in need of online customer support to address this matter.
