Recently, someone gained unauthorized access to all of my online accounts, most importantly my Facebook account. After attempting to download my Facebook data, they changed the password to my Yahoo email account, hindering my efforts to regain control. Despite providing my birth certificate as a form of verification, which matches the information on my Facebook account, Facebook has refused to grant me access. Their response stated, "We can’t give you access to this account or help with your request until we receive an accepted form of ID that matches the information listed on the account," even though birth certificates are listed as an accepted form of ID. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the Facebook profile can be found at facebook.com/danielle.dachowski.

I have used this account for a decade without any prior issues with terms and conditions. Unfortunately, someone gained unauthorized access to my account and violated the terms and conditions without my knowledge. I have since created a new account, "[redacted]," and taken steps to ensure its security. Despite providing requested verification, my new account remains blocked. I have been using this account for the last 10 years without any issues regarding terms and conditions. Recently, someone accessed my account by mistake, and I regret to learn that they violated the terms and conditions. In response, I created a new account "[redacted]" and transitioned to using it. I have added my friends and family, updated all my information, and explained the situation to them. However, my new account is now also blocked after receiving an email for verification where I provided a video picture. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that I will enhance my account security to prevent any future issues. Hello, I manage a Facebook group called "Overtime with Bill Maher fans," and I recently transitioned to the new Facebook format. I am encountering an issue with the new format as the moderator toolbar no longer allows me to access specific disciplinary actions taken against members as it did in the old format. Previously, I could view a member's complete history of disciplinary actions, or check what actions a moderator or admin had taken on a specific date. Unfortunately, in the new format, when I go to the activity log and select administrators, moderators, or members, it redirects me to the same page with no additional information provided. I have encountered an issue where my wife's and my separate Facebook accounts somehow merged. Now, when I try to access my account, it directs me to hers. Although I can find my account by searching my name, in the Settings section, her information is displayed instead of mine. How can we rectify this situation so that each account shows the correct information and login details? Furthermore, even when I could view my account information, I faced challenges. The email address associated with my account is no longer accessible as it was my work email, and the phone number listed is outdated due to my retirement. Thus, I am unable to update this information. My personal account on Facebook feels like it's being held hostage. As a small business owner struggling during COVID-19, the relationships I've built on the platform are crucial. Despite complying with all their requirements and even submitting my driver's license, I am still unable to access my account. I received an email a few months ago from Facebook informing me that my old cell number was deactivated on my account. Since then, I changed my number and am now using it to log in. However, after getting a new phone, the 2-step verification is sending the security code to the deactivated number. Facebook requested a photo of my ID, which I am hesitant to provide. This seems to be a security system glitch. I believe the code should be sent to the number currently registered on the account for login. Requiring my ID does not seem necessary since my current number is associated with the account. This issue is preventing me from accessing my account, and I hope Facebook corrects this error soon so I can log in without further complications.

My account got disabled a couple of days ago for unknown reasons. I've gone through the recovery steps, even submitted my driver's license, but haven't received any response in nearly two years. I've attempted to create new accounts with different emails, but they link them to my phone number from the initial disabled account. I avoid providing my number, but eventually, I'm asked for it due to security reasons, leading to another disablement. I'm considering getting a new phone number for Facebook use, will that help? Also, would using VPNs and Ad guards trigger "suspicious activity" on Facebook? Thank you.

I recently made a purchase through a Facebook ad and received postcards instead of the product I ordered, for the second time this year. The sellers are Chinese Nationals and Facebook does not seem to have a way to report them. I have documentation of the transaction. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted]. Thank you. At 3:48 I received a message to confirm my account on Facebook. They mentioned that if I'm not old enough to use the platform, my account will stay disabled. This is due to my account not complying with their Terms of Service. Facebook is prioritizing users' security. I need help to regain access to my Facebook ID.

Dobrý den, před dvěma týdny mi byl zablokován můj Facebook kvůli odeslání fotky, ale já jsem nic neposílala. Nechápu, proč byl můj účet zablokován, když jsem neodeslala nic z Messengeru. Mám své telefonní číslo a pamatuji si heslo. Když se snažím provést ověření účtu, píše mi, že číslo neexistuje. Když se pokusím najít svůj účet, nepřijde mi žádný kód do SMS k obnovení hesla. Nechápu, proč je můj účet zablokován a jaký byl důvod této blokace.

On 11/29/20, I received an email notification indicating that my Facebook account email was changed. Despite numerous attempts by clicking the "this was not me" option, I was unable to revert to my original email address, [redacted], which I have been using for over 12 years on my FB account. The hacker also removed my mobile number, [redacted]. Trying to obtain a verification code only resulted in it being sent to the hacker's hotmail address. I had over [redacted] friends on FB, and when some checked my page under the name "Joe Taz," they found it blank, possibly deleted or deactivated. Despite reading various online help articles, I have not found a solution. It's possible I created another FB account with my mobile number. My goal is to regain access to my original FB account using the [redacted] email. I originally joined FB in [redacted] and reside near Albany, New York. I also submitted my ID (License) for verification, but understand it may take weeks for FB to complete the process. Thank you.

My Facebook account linked to [redacted] was hacked over a week ago. I tried to reset my password using my email and phone number, but the OTP was being sent to a .ru domain email, indicating the hacker's involvement. I request Facebook to send the OTP to my correct email for me to regain access to my account.
