My Facebook account is open as I have been receiving all notifications, but I am still facing issues related to Covid-19. Please help me resolve this matter. Hello, I am facing an issue with my Facebook account, which got disabled unexpectedly. It has been disabled for 10 days now, and I am unsure about the reason behind it. Since then, I have only received a message stating that they are investigating the matter, but after 25 days, it might be disabled permanently. Good morning, my name is Juan Carlos Ortiz. I am very upset with you folks at Facebook. It's frustrating when I comment on people spreading fake news and get punished, while those sharing pornography seem to go unnoticed. It seems like you enjoy that kind of content. It's disappointing how those speaking the truth get blocked while others do not. It's frustrating dealing with this situation.

On December 17, [redacted], at 1:31 PM, my account got locked due to it being hijacked. Despite my efforts to recover it by changing the password and email, I've been unsuccessful. The email it keeps reverting to is a Hotmail account that is not mine, making it impossible for me to change the details. When I try to receive a security code, it continues to show the Hotmail account without allowing me to make any changes, leaving me locked out of my own account.

I believe my experience may not be unique, but I'd like to share it here. Recently, my spouse received a friend request from an individual who appeared to be contacting multiple women on Facebook. Upon closer inspection, we noticed inconsistencies indicating a Nigerian origin. In response, I messaged them assertively yet respectfully. Unfortunately, Facebook restricted my account just before our holiday trip. While it's not a major issue, I'll need to advise my relatives to use alternative communication methods for now. These types of solicitations are increasingly common, with a particular focus on older individuals. I reported one such profile to Facebook, highlighting inconsistencies between their claimed American identity and Nigerian references while targeting older women. Hello, I recently had my account suspended after addressing a security breach where someone overseas attempted to change my password multiple times. Although the issue was resolved by the company, my account was subsequently suspended due to age verification. After submitting my driver's license as requested, I have not received further assistance and feel unfairly cut off. I have been a member for years and have always complied with guidelines. My only oversight was not providing my birthdate during sign-up to avoid it being displayed on my profile. I am having trouble accessing my email account [redacted] The last password I used was "sararaie[redacted]3." Unfortunately, my ex gained access to my phone while I was asleep and changed my password without informing me. We have since broken up, and she refuses to disclose the new password she set. I am unable to access the recovery email linked to the account as it has been inactive for over a year, and Yahoo's support was not helpful. I urgently need to retrieve messages and pictures from this account for legal reasons. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have never been a member of Facebook. I asked a question about a kayak from the manufacturer, and they directed me to a Facebook group. I posted the question I had asked the manufacturer. When I returned a few days later to check if someone else had posted the same question, Facebook asked me to verify my identity. I submitted my picture, and then they said I was banned. As I mentioned, I am 77 years old and have only accessed Facebook those two times. Why was I banned? -Michael R. Dean

My Facebook account got disabled without any explanation. I complied with the request to submit my ID at the Facebook checkpoint, but received no further emails from them and ultimately my account was disabled. I've had this account since [redacted], and after 11 years, losing it is really impacting me as it holds a lot of important data and memories. I'm unsure why this action was taken. My Facebook account was disabled without any explanation. I recently reset my password for Facebook. As part of their security check, they needed to verify it was me making the changes. However, the phone number and email address they were using to send codes are no longer valid. Even though I have updated my new email and mobile number on Facebook, I am only being given the option of the old, outdated ones. I am currently in the process of updating my PAN card and Aadhar card, but Facebook keeps rejecting them, claiming they are invalid.

My account has been suspended. I attempted to log in using my mobile number, but I no longer have access to that number as I have changed it. Facebook wants to send a code to my old mobile number, which I can't receive. I exclusively use my mobile number to log in and can't access my account through email. Is there a way to regain access to my Facebook account without needing the old mobile number?

I recently received a notification stating that my account does not comply with community standards and may remain deactivated. Despite using Facebook solely for business and website promotion, I strive to uphold the guidelines and have not engaged in any misconduct. To verify my initial account, I submitted a photo, resulting in its permanent deletion. Consequently, I painstakingly linked my second account to my business platforms only for it to undergo review again. The situation is perplexing and has become exasperating as all I wish to do is resume running advertisements.

Hello, I wanted to address the issue with my Facebook account. On the 4th of December [redacted], my account was disabled citing that I was not old enough to be on Facebook, which is incorrect. I am 24 years old, and my correct birth date, 24th October [redacted], is clearly stated on my profile under the name Betty Damianova. I believe my account complies with all Terms of Use. Following the request on 5th December [redacted] from Facebook to submit my ID for verification, I promptly provided the necessary documents. Subsequently, I received messages acknowledging the receipt of my information and intimating that there was a technical issue being resolved by Facebook. My date of birth is visible on the submitted ID, reinforcing that my account was mistakenly disabled. Despite waiting for 15 days, my account remains inactive. What steps can I take to resolve this matter?

This morning, I received a notification stating that my account may have been compromised. Since then, I have encountered several issues. I am unable to access anything on my phone as it does not recognize my password, and attempting to reset it has been unsuccessful. When following the steps on my computer to change my password, a new Facebook account was created, devoid of any friends or pictures. Upon searching for my original account, I found it with duplicate posts and even some from as far back as [redacted]. I am now unsure how to retrieve my old account with its original photos, friends, and content. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
