I made a purchase on myVEGAS, but it ended up in a different account. I seem to have two accounts by mistake, but I only want one. I would like a refund or to transfer the purchase to my other account with two million points. The purchase was made for 99 cents this morning on September 9th. Several friends on Facebook were inexplicably blocked, even though I did not initiate it. Upon discovering this issue, I managed to unblock them but had to re-add them as friends. One of whom, a dear friend of over 23 years, had been connected on Facebook since [redacted]. After reconnecting, our friendship history from that time might be lost. Is there a way to reinstate our original friendship date from [redacted] on Facebook?

Hello, I have been using "Photobooth_official" on Facebook and Instagram as my social media page for over a year. I have always followed the required standards in the Facebook TERMS AND CONDITIONS when promoting my photos. However, for the past 4 days, I have been unable to promote any photos due to a message stating my advertising access is restricted. It mentions, "Your advertising access is restricted • You're no longer allowed to use Facebook Products to advertise. You can't run ads, manage advertising assets, or create new ad or business accounts." I am unsure of the mistake made, but as a loyal Facebook customer, I am requesting a prompt response to understand how I can restart promoting my photos. Facebook has not provided the exact reason for restricting access to promotions, so I am hoping to receive a clear response soon. I believe that ensuring customer satisfaction is a primary objective for your platform. Thank you.

My personal Facebook account got disabled. I need help to reactivate it, please assist me. The posts from my Facebook page were shared in multiple related groups. The content appeared on different Facebook groups and personal accounts. All the content was shared from my original personal account to various groups and personal IDs while following Facebook's rules and regulations, as well as their posting guidelines to protect Facebook's Terms of Service.

I've been unable to access my very first Facebook account for approximately 6 years now. I initially set it up to only allow access from my specific phone number, which I have since lost due to my phone breaking. Consequently, I've been locked out of the account permanently. I occasionally come across it and wish it could either be deactivated or that I could regain access. Additionally, I no longer have access to the college email I used for that account. What steps can I take to either regain access to the account or have it deactivated?

I updated my password a while back, but I can't remember it now. Unfortunately, the recovery email addresses I have on file are outdated, and I don't remember the passwords because they were set up over 15 years ago. Even though I can still access my Facebook account on my current phone, I can't reset my password without the old one. I would like to add a new email address for account recovery.

I am struggling with resolving the "Your Account is Temporarily Locked" problem. Despite completing the security check and changing my password multiple times, the issue persists. I got a text and an email that appeared to be from Facebook with a link to assist me in resolving this matter. Hello, I've been trying to recover my Facebook account after an old friend reported it as fake. It's been over a week, and I've lost photos of my kids and even my deceased baby. I've sent 31 messages to Facebook with my birth certificate, bank card, and provisional ID, but I haven't received a reply yet. I'm feeling frustrated and upset. I even attempted to create new accounts, but they were disabled due to suspicious activity.

Hi, my Name is Marie Ickles. My account was hacked a month ago, so I set up extra security and opened a new account as Moose Ickles since I couldn't access my old one. I've been waiting for a special code to regain access and change my password, but I haven't received it yet. There's crucial data on my Facebook that I need to transfer to my new account. I've already provided a picture of my SNAP card to verify my identity, but I haven't received any instructions on how to recover my account.

My Instagram account @nsemsem_gh has been disabled, and I am unsure why. I believe this is a mistake because there was no prior warning about the disablement. I have dedicated numerous days to building my page, and now it has been taken away without reason. I previously received an email requesting my information for account verification, but I ignored it as I know Instagram does not ask for such details. I suspect people reported me, leading to my account's disability. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response, and my account remains deactivated. Please assist me. I have been adding products to my store for over a week, but the pictures are not showing up. I have tried different formats and sizes, but we still can't see the images. I have disabled all ad blockers, tried using different browsers, and even switched machines, but the pictures still won't display. The images comply with all rules, so I'm not sure what's causing this issue. It's a significant problem for us, and I can't find a solution online. Can someone please help me with this?

In early August, someone pretended to be a person with a disability like mine. Unfortunately, I mistakenly shared my information with them, leading to my account being hacked. They started sending the same scam to my friends. I have sent my proof of identity to Facebook several times, but I have not received any response. I need Facebook to communicate with my family members who reside in different states. Kindly assist me in resolving this situation.

I recently faced an unexpected issue where my account got logged out without any warning. When I tried to log back in using my usual phone number and password on Facebook, I was surprised to see an error message stating that my account did not exist. Despite attempting to reset my password using the "forgot password" option, I was unable to proceed as I couldn't recall the email associated with my account. My Facebook account got disabled. I suspect someone falsely reported me. Everything I post is harmless and shouldn't violate any policies. I've been a user for a decade without any issues. I seem to have gotten logged out of my account and can't remember my password. I usually stay logged in on my phone app, where I see my profile picture and am prompted to enter my email or phone number. Although I no longer have access to that email, I provided my phone number, which I've had for about five years. It says it will send an SMS code, but I haven't received it even after multiple attempts over the past three days. I don't want to create a new account since I've been using this one since I joined Facebook. This is my only email now, which I'm using to reach out for help. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am reaching out to address the recent block on my Facebook account. The account was created nearly six years ago, and it accurately reflects that I am 47 years old with two children and married. It is puzzling that I have been flagged as being under 13 years old. The request for personal information like my permanent address, social security number, driver's license, and passport seems excessive. Waiting for 28 days for a response feels unfair. I have a account registered under the name Kadi Harden (Daliyas mommy). I am wearing a yellow dress and sitting on a table in the picture. I have created another account now, but I need help to regain access to the first one. It appears that someone hacked into it and set up a generator code for verifying access.
