I wish to return the Familiar Expandable Medium Check-In Luggage Travel Bag due to its faulty chain, which I find unacceptable after paying Rs. [redacted]. I have expressed my desire for a larger bag and my dissatisfaction with the current product to customer support. However, my return requests have been rejected twice without a clear explanation. I purchased a 1TB memory card from Flipkart on 28.11.[redacted]. The package arrived on 30.11.[redacted] at 2pm and my wife received it since I was at work. When I opened the package at 12.15am that night, I discovered the torn pouch with no memory card inside. I immediately initiated a return on Flipkart. The following day, customer care contacted me and advised me to close the return order and report the missing product instead, which I did. I was informed that the issue would be resolved by 17.12.[redacted] and was requested to send a consent letter and relevant photos via email. After three days, I received a message stating that due to insufficient information, they couldn't resolve the matter. Then, after another day, they blocked my account. Currently, I am unable to check the status of my issue or contact customer support. I am hoping to either receive the product I ordered or get a refund.

I'm dealing with a frustrating situation with Flipkart's customer service. I ordered an aquarium light from Flipkart but cancelled it the next day on December 11, [redacted]. Despite cancelling, the product was still delivered on the same day. Since it was prepaid, I requested a return immediately. The return request was accepted, and pickup was scheduled for October 16th, with the refund set for December 18th. However, the pickup date was missed on the 11th, and I was informed it was rescheduled for the 12th, but no further updates were provided. As of today, December 11th, the pickup has not been arranged despite my daily complaints since the 13th. The resolution due dates keep getting extended. I just want a simple refund and don't understand why Flipkart is unable to arrange it even after 5 days.

I've encountered a delay, but it wasn't a significant issue. I initially ordered 9 curtains but only received 3, leading me to request a return. After placing another order for 3 curtains, the quality was poor, resembling used items, prompting a return request for damaged curtains. Unfortunately, my account has been blocked due to multiple return requests, though there were not as many as indicated. Hello, I recently started at Flipkart Ekart as a fresher and received a 3-month joining letter. After working for two months, the in-charge at the Sitapur hub asked me to resign, which goes against the rules. Subsequently, a new employee was hired in December instead of me, despite me having worked for 2 months. My concern is about the overall working environment and favoritism at the Sitapur hub. This could affect the future of many employees if these practices continue. Hello, I ordered three pieces of the same item in size L. However, I received all three pieces in size L in one package. I asked for an exchange to size M. After returning all the items in size L, only one size M was received, and the other two were missing. I requested a refund for one piece since the size M didn't fit. I can see the refund details updated in the order on the 14th, but the refund has not been credited to me yet. Please check into this issue and process the refund accordingly. Thank you.

I recently purchased Puma shoes from Flipkart, but unfortunately, they didn't fit correctly, and I needed a larger size. When I tried to return the product, I received a message on the app stating that my return request couldn't be approved due to multiple return requests. I then requested a callback and spoke to a customer service representative who filed a complaint for me. However, the next day, I received another message stating that my return request was denied. After several attempts and speaking to both junior and senior executives, I haven't made any progress. The lack of assistance and professionalism displayed by Flipkart is disappointing, especially as a Flipkart Plus customer. I just want a refund, and after this experience, I have decided not to shop with Flipkart in the future.
