I got bumped from my flight due to overbooking and the plane being too small. I had paid for 2 carry-on bags and checked 1 bag. They offered standby for the next day, but I couldn't make my appointment. I ended up having to rent a car and drive 7 hours to reach my destination. It was frustrating to miss my prepaid shuttle, pay $50 for an Uber to my hotel, and still miss my appointment. My attorney believes I should be compensated for the rental car on top of the flight and bag fees. This experience with Frontier has been the worst, from flight changes to customer service, and baggage issues. This is the second time I've been bumped by Frontier and had to rent a car, making it an unacceptable situation from a business standpoint.

Our flight from Phoenix to Atlanta, GA on February 28, [redacted], was delayed due to maintenance issues. Despite the delay, we managed to catch our connecting flight just in time. However, upon arrival in Bradley airport, our checked bags were missing. After speaking to a Frontier representative, we were informed that our bags, along with many others, were still in Atlanta. The representative assured us they would contact us once the bags arrived and arrange for delivery to our home. However, as of 6:51 pm on March 1, [redacted], we have not received any updates. We are eager to hear from Frontier regarding the status of our bags and hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I was trying to book flights to Las Vegas for March 30th to April 2 on jetcost.us.com. The website showed a total of $[redacted], but when I tried to purchase, I was informed the price was actually $[redacted]. I was charged $[redacted] but told I have to pay the remaining amount. I feel misled and do not want to be forced into buying without full disclosure. Is there any help available?

I'm disappointed with my recent experience traveling with your airline. I paid $60 for luggage, which ended up being lost on a direct flight. This was my first time flying with your company, and I was upset by the rude customer service and unprofessional behavior. I am now without my luggage and would like a refund for the luggage cost. When I tried to inquire about my luggage, I was told it was not the staff member's responsibility. It seems unlikely I will choose to fly with your airline in the future unless something changes significantly.

When I checked in for flight F9 [redacted] on March 1, [redacted], I was not assigned a seat. Upon arrival at the airport to check our prepaid bags, we encountered malfunctioning kiosks. The attendant checked our reservation, tagged our bags as "standby" without communication, and directed us to the security. Although her behavior seemed suspicious, we proceeded as instructed. At the gate, the attendant advised us to wait for boarding without mentioning our lack of assigned seats. Once boarding was complete, we were informed there were no seats despite our check-in and payment. My wife and I, among four others, were bumped off the flight. We were offered $[redacted] to fly the next day, which was unacceptable due to prior commitments. After a lot of back-and-forth, my wife managed to board, leaving me to book an alternate United flight for $[redacted], causing significant disruptions to our travel plans. This experience was unprecedented for me, and I expect a full refund for my flight and reimbursement for the unplanned United flight.

Hello, I'm Jonathan C. I experienced an overbooking situation on my flight from San Diego to Orlando on Wednesday, 03/01/[redacted], at 10:45 pm. Frontier employees Jhuan and Anthony provided me with a code for Uber or Lyft instead of a hotel, but unfortunately, the code was invalid. As a result, I had to spend over $70 out of pocket for transportation to another city. Furthermore, I received a $[redacted] voucher, but it was indicated as one-time use only. Anthony from Frontier advised me to email to clarify this restriction since he believes it may not be accurate. I am seeking reimbursement for the $70 I spent on transportation and I hope to use the $[redacted] voucher gradually rather than it being limited to a one-time use only. I recently received flight changes for my June trip, but I am confused about the next steps as the app lacks clarity. The changes now indicate a nearly 11-hour flight instead of the original direct one. I did not select a seat when I booked my flight from Atlanta to Tampa with Frontier Airlines. My name is Taylor, my confirmation code is M8HLPV. Yesterday I received two short messages on my phone notifying me of the cancellation of my Frontier Airlines flight from New York to Miami scheduled for August 12, [redacted]. The reservation codes for three adults are F7BRRY and RIITNH. I have requested a refund through the links provided in the messages but have not received a confirmation email at [redacted] The tickets were purchased on KIWI.COM and payment was made with a credit card. Frontier Airlines canceled my flight from San Juan to Atlanta with confirmation number TF842A. I am seeking a refund for the canceled flight and reimbursement for the additional last-minute flights I had to book with JetBlue to get home, as well as the meals I had to purchase during this ordeal. On my recent trip back, I paid for an additional bag on March 9th, meaning I had two bags paid for. The issue came up when the system assigned the bag as if I was paying for it for February 18th, a date that had already passed, making no sense at all. Consequently, I had to pay for the luggage again at the airport, essentially paying twice for the same bag. The flight was on March 10th with confirmation number VJGN4R. - Lisandra H.

On Thursday, March 9th, I noticed that I was charged twice for luggage on my flight from Phoenix to Portland, with confirmation code ZIWCHH. Although I only had one carry-on, I see two charges on my account - one for $67 and another for $64. I checked in using the phone app, so I'm considering if there was an error there. I raised the concern when I was at the airport before departure, and the agent mentioned it was the total cost of my flight including the carry-on fee. However, I had already paid for my flight a month earlier. I reviewed my expenses, and these charges stand out to me.

During our return flight to Fort Lauderdale from Atlanta, I encountered an issue with the wheelchair assistance service provided by Mr. Errol Fischer. Upon arrival, Mr. Fischer rudely handled my mother's bags, placing them in a way that obstructed the wheelchair. When I requested to have the bags stored behind the wheelchair as done previously, he became aggressive and refused to follow my instructions. Despite my attempts to address the situation calmly, he used inappropriate language and was unprofessional. Another staff member eventually assisted us, but Mr. Fischer continued to behave disrespectfully, causing distress to my elderly mother who relies on wheelchair assistance. After seeking advice from Frontier staff on how to report his behavior, I was unable to find a resolution. Throughout this ordeal, Mr. Fischer's behavior was unacceptable, and his unprofessionalism was upsetting for both my mother and myself.

Frontier canceled my flight from Orlando to Cleveland on March 13. I need to get home before then. I am a nurse and have to return to work. I can book a flight with another carrier, so I want to know who will pay for a room, meals, and reimburse the new flight. How is Frontier still in business? It's not the customer's fault the flight was canceled, correct? I am missing 12 days of work time and bonus money - who will replace that? I will speak to a lawyer to know my rights. Please contact me as soon as possible. We are still waiting at Orlando airport, which is frustrating. I can book a flight today for around $[redacted], so I need to know who will help me cover this cost.
