This weekend, unfortunately, my phone ended up in a waterfall. Due to this, I am unable to access my Gmail account from my son's tablet or work computers since I typically only logged in from my phone and now can't recall my password. I keep getting prompted for a security question that I can't answer differently, and it denies me access due to insufficient information. I urgently need to regain access to my email to manage both personal and work-related matters. Is there a way to provide additional security questions? With my phone lost, I can't receive a verification code either. Please reach out to me via email at my new address for assistance. Good day, I tried to log into an app this Friday and my Gmail account verification was requested. Unfortunately, I cannot complete the two-step verification process. 1. I am not logged in anywhere with my account, so I am not receiving any notifications on my Samsung S22 phone. 2. My registered phone number is no longer valid, so I cannot receive the SMS code to verify the account. I believe the simplest solution would be for an employee to update my phone number in my account so I can complete the verification via SMS. Alternatively, perhaps I could log in normally with my email address and password without the need for verification. When I click on account recovery, there are no security questions, only the option to verify via SMS. I have tried to contact the hotline several times, but I keep getting a message saying I haven't pressed any keys, and the call is being terminated. I definitely pressed a key. I recently attempted to log in to my Gmail account, only to discover that my password had been changed by someone else. Even my 2FA methods seem to have been altered, leaving me unable to recover my account. I am a subscriber to Google One and unfortunately, I am now locked out of that too. I had important and sensitive documents on there such as bank statements, utility bills, 2FA backup codes, legal documents, addresses, full computer backups, and more. Accessing my Gmail is crucial as I have essential emails like booking details that I urgently require. Moreover, I need to delete all my personal data from the account to prevent any potential identity theft or fraud. However, I am unable to do so without access to my account.

I am having difficulty recovering my email account because I forgot the password. I kindly ask for assistance in regaining access to my email at [redacted] I have attempted the two-step verification process by receiving the OTP on my mobile number ([redacted]) and then sending the next OTP to my email address; however, my email is still inaccessible on any mobile or desktop device. Hello, I am detailing an issue with my Gmail account "[redacted]". I had it logged in on my old phone and unknowingly reset the phone without transferring my authenticator app. I've been unable to find a recovery key and can't log in as I didn't reinstall the authenticator on my new phone after my number change. Hello, I am reaching out about my account under the email [redacted] I set up this account to play Ingress separately from my other email exchanges, utilizing a Pixel 3 device. Unfortunately, the device's screen broke and I did not transfer the game account to another device as I have lost interest due to limited portals and players in my area of play. As a result, I forgot my password. I have since repaired my screen, but I am unable to access my account due to the need for a new connection. Even when attempting to reset my password, I am informed that Gmail lacks sufficient information for this account. Hello, I have six websites for my aviation business listed below, each with its corresponding corporate email address. I was trying to run Google Ads through a Marketing Agency that provided me with a shared account link, but I prefer to use my existing corporate email for Google Ads. Unfortunately, all of my accounts linked to my corporate emails were blocked. I have appealed multiple times without success. After my computer reset, I encountered issues with signing into Google services like Gmail. Despite being prompted for a verification code sent to my Google Voice number, which I am logged out of, none of my saved passwords are showing up. For over 6 years, I've used the email "[redacted]" for my YouTube account and related business. About a year ago, a hacker took over the account and posted videos promoting hacking software. The hacker changed the email to "[redacted]" Recently, I managed to update the recovery phone number to mine, [redacted]. Unfortunately, regaining access is proving difficult without access to the recovery email. I hope having my phone number linked to the account will assist in recovering access. I'm willing to provide the last password I remember and any other necessary information.

I forgot the password to my account that doesn't have a phone number or recovery email attached. Even though I can prove it's mine, the reset process claims there's not enough information to verify. It's disappointing that Google lacks protocols for this scenario, such as a chat line or phone support. This issue needs attention as I was only advised to create a new Gmail account, which is currently confusing me.

My Android device stopped working recently, and I relied on it to store all my passwords. I've been struggling to access my Gmail and Google accounts without success. The recovery process keeps leading me in circles without allowing me to input the recovery codes provided. This situation is especially hard for me as a disabled individual dealing with health issues. My Google account has been hacked, and I received a threatening text message that mentions having control over my devices. It talks about installing a virus that allows them to access my data, including photos, browsing history, contacts, and camera footage. They demand $[redacted] in Bitcoin to prevent them from sharing this information with everyone I know. They claim that once the payment is made, they will delete the data and remove the malware. They give a 48-hour deadline for the payment. Ignoring them or trying to delete the data won't work, according to the message. They advise against replying or attempting to track them down, stating that they cannot be found. They also recommend practicing internet safety to avoid such situations in the future.

I used to have an old Xbox account, [redacted], with a Microsoft subscription that charged me $16.28 monthly. Due to some unfortunate events, I stopped using it for a while and now cannot remember my password or access the account as I changed my contact number. I created a new account, [redacted], and subscribed to Microsoft for $16.08. I seem to be getting charged twice a month due to the old account still active. I have contacted my bank to reverse the charges monthly, but now they blocked payments for both subscriptions. However, after completing the process and attempting to log in again, the same suspicious activity alert reappears, initiating a new cycle. I recently experienced an issue with my outgoing server that is impacting my email access. Unfortunately, if not resolved, this may affect my other accounts soon. I am looking for an update on the domain update that was carried out last month to provide to Microsoft for fixing the problem. I have been trying to address this for four hours today but without success. Microsoft support has advised that there is an error with the outgoing server while the incoming server is functioning correctly.
