I would like to cancel my Graze Snacks subscription for my family of 8, including 6 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, nobody except for me enjoys the snacks as they find them too bland, while I personally like them unsalted. I still have two partially consumed trays from my first box due to the surplus. I have already refused delivery and all subsequent boxes were returned to sender by the post office. I reside at [redacted] S. [redacted] Pr. SE, Kennewick, WA, 99[redacted]. I am not well-versed in computers and find it unreasonable that your company does not provide a phone number to contact. Kindly ensure that my credit card is credited for the 4 or 5 boxes that have been returned. Thank you.

I received an email from Amazon stating I was the millionth customer shopping online. I was offered a prize and chose a £[redacted] gift card. After providing my information (without sharing any bank details), I was prompted to select a free gift, opting for a box of snacks from Graze. Later, I got an email from Graze saying my first and fifth box would be complimentary. It dawned on me that I might have been lured into something, despite my initial suspicions. The Amazon association as a customer motivated me to proceed. Now, I'm unable to reach Graze for clarification. I'm considering contacting my bank regarding this matter.

I am requesting to stop the automatic payments from my bank account. Account Holder: Frank Skitz Bank: L Steuart Sort Code: 20-20-20 Account Number: [redacted]5 I have been attempting to cancel these payments multiple times before. Due to medical issues that restrict me from consuming solid food, I am unable to comprehend why the order is still active. Unwanted deductions have been occurring for a while now, and my health conditions, particularly poor eyesight, hindered me from realizing this unauthorized transaction until recently. Moreover, Frank Skitz, who is a feline and the primary account holder, is not capable of placing online orders. Kindly terminate the transactions immediately as all deliveries have been impractical for me and almost impossible to reverse.
