This is my second attempt regarding my purchase with Dynamo Tinting Service. Despite paying for the service in full and attempting to use it, I was informed that they no longer accept Groupon offers due to new ownership. After speaking with customer service, I was assured a credit would be applied to my account for the $91 I spent on the tinting service. However, I have yet to receive this credit. I am simply seeking either a credit on my account for the amount paid or the opportunity to use the service elsewhere. I tried to schedule an appointment but was informed that the previous Groupon offers are no longer honored under the new management. Just looking to have this resolved and have the $91 credited back to me as promised.

I am currently awaiting an order that was supposed to arrive before today. These items are gifts for my children. I am extremely disappointed as I have been unable to reach anyone via phone. This issue of not receiving orders has happened before when shopping on this site. The process of trying to get a refund in such situations has been a nightmare. I will not allow this company to continue taking advantage of me. I demand an explanation as to why Groupon advertises products they are unable to deliver. It is unacceptable that a company of this size does not have a functioning phone support number. This kind of false advertising is truly shocking.

I attempted to purchase a Groupon deal, which failed to charge my card initially and stated it would retry in a few days. Unfortunately, the tour is no longer available for the date we needed it, so we had to pay full price elsewhere. I want to cancel the unreceived Groupon deal to avoid being charged, but I encountered an error when trying to cancel it via the app. When calling the Groupon Toll-Free number, I was disconnected after reaching a voicemail. This lack of customer service is frustrating, and I need guidance on canceling the pending charge on my card.

I placed order number [redacted]83 on December 10 for two Christmas presents. I received an email on December 12 stating that the order has been dispatched. The website mentioned that if the order was placed by December 15, it would be delivered by December 24. Upon checking on my Groupon account, it still shows that the order is in transit. However, when checking all my orders, I noticed it shows as refunded for this particular order. I have not received any refund on my payment card. I am confused whether the order has been canceled or if it is still expected to arrive tomorrow.

I placed an order, and the payment was processed; however, I did not receive an order number or a tracking number as indicated on the website. The promise was that this information would be available within two hours. This occurred on either Friday or Saturday. I can provide the specific date and time if needed. Kindly contact me at [redacted]. If I do not receive a response and the order is not fulfilled, I will have to cancel it and escalate the issue to my bank for resolution. I will also provide a one-star rating along with the reasons for my dissatisfaction.

I attempted to buy 4 vouchers, but only 2 went through. However, my Visa debit card was charged for all 4 purchases. I am requesting that the extra charges be refunded to my Visa debit immediately. I spent an hour in a chat and have been attempting to contact the customer service team since last Friday, but have not received any response. I kindly ask for a full refund of my order. In the future, I will not be making any further purchases from Groupon.

I bought tickets under the impression that we would be seated together as the description indicated. However, upon accessing the tickets, I discovered it was actually for standing room only. This was disappointing as I had someone with me who couldn't stand for long periods due to a bad knee. When I raised this concern with the venue, they were unhelpful and claimed it wasn't their responsibility. The misleading description led to a negative experience, and I now have an extra ticket due to this misinformation.

I reached out to customer service on 12/18/19 to cancel my Groupon Select subscription. I was promised no further charges would be deducted from my bank card. However, on the next day, I noticed a $4.99 charge. During a recent conversation, I encountered unhelpful and rude representatives who falsely assured me the charge would be refunded. Unfortunately, the $4.99 was not credited back to my account. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and request an immediate refund to my bank card. Thank you.

I have encountered three issues that need resolution. 1. There was a charge of $[redacted].00 on December 11th to my credit card ending in [redacted], which I am unsure of. Could I please request an itemized breakdown for this charge? 2. I mistakenly purchased a SmartPark JFK Parking voucher while trying to cancel and rebook the voucher I used for Impark on Dec 9th. 3. Similarly, I mistakenly purchased an Impark Parking voucher while endeavoring to cancel and rebook the voucher I used for Impark on Dec 9th. I recently purchased a set of 4 ROUND CERAMIC ORNAMENTS from the company I have been buying from for years. However, the product I received looks cheap with a matte finish, not ceramic like I expected. The quality is disappointing as they seem tacky and not as advertised. The pictures are not as sharp as in past orders, which is a letdown, especially since these ornaments were meant to be a gift. It's really disheartening to receive a product that doesn't meet my expectations.

I purchased a Ticketmaster ticket for The Nutcracker Ballet. However, when I arrived for the performance yesterday, I was informed it had been canceled. I am seeking proof that I will be refunded for this Groupon purchase made on August 19, [redacted]. After buying the Groupon, I followed the online registration instructions and received the Ticketmaster ticket in late September or October [redacted]. I was not notified of the cancellation by either Groupon or Ticketmaster.

I recently purchased a voucher for Island Rock through Groupon. It turns out the voucher is only valid for new members, a detail I missed in the fine print. The merchant refused to honor the voucher, which is understandable. Since I have no one to gift it to and cannot use it myself, I am unsure what to do with it. I recently had earbud headphones delivered to the wrong address. When I noticed the error, I contacted Groupon within thirty minutes of placing the order. Unfortunately, Groupon was unable to update the address and directed me to reach out to the delivery service. Upon contacting the delivery service, they advised me to contact Groupon for assistance. I have been caught in this loop of communication while attempting to reroute the delivery. I kindly request that my order be reprocessed and shipped to the correct address without any extra charges.

I tried to buy a Groupon, but the transaction failed. After updating my credit card details, I tried again, and now it's stuck on "processing." I noticed my credit card info wasn't saved after updating it the first time. Despite updating it again, the status remains "processing" with no email confirmations or options to cancel. It's frustrating that after 20 minutes, the system is still processing the payment without any updates. The lack of feedback during this time and the inability to easily correct the issue or cancel the order is quite frustrating. These inefficiencies are not acceptable in today's advanced technological era. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

I recently bought a Groupon for a massage at American Therapeutic Massage and Recovery. I missed the part about it not being valid for returning customers within 12 months. I visited today, which was my second time in 6 months. David couldn't accept the voucher, so I ended up paying $55 in cash. Here is my Groupon number: LG-NXL7-31TP-WXMS-1W72. I attempted to cancel a purchase months ago, but I never received a refund. I am unable to reach the vendor as their phone only provides an automated message directing me to their website. When I click on the link on Groupon to contact them, it redirects me to their Groupon page with no contact information available. This was a costly Groupon purchase, and I am unsure why it was not canceled and refunded correctly.

Hello, I recently purchased a Christmas gift which is an aviation one-person class (to learn how to fly). Unfortunately, I accidentally viewed the voucher and discovered that all the slots are full until March. I just made the purchase less than an hour ago, and I am seeking a refund. The person I bought this for does not reside in Canada, so scheduling for March [redacted] would not be possible since they will only be in the country for one week in December. I ordered a 40 x 30 blanket from Printerpix, but I received a 20 x 25 blanket that was very dark, making it hard to see the main character, a little puppy. In one picture, my granddaughter's head was cut off. Additionally, they charged me $18 for shipping for an item that was small. I know I had to pay for shipping, but this blanket was tiny. I tried to redeem my voucher code for HelloFresh but encountered issues. After contacting HelloFresh customer service, they were unable to resolve the problem and suggested reaching out to you as they believe it's a glitch on Groupon's end. I would appreciate a refund as I spent all morning on this issue and am frustrated with the situation.
