I recently purchased a medium Lucid 12-inch gel memory foam mattress three days ago as Vittorio Palmieri with the shipping address at [redacted] SE 1st Street, Homestead, FL [redacted]. The total transaction amount was immediately charged to my Wells Fargo bank account. I used the email [redacted] to register my customer account, but I did not receive a confirmation email. Additionally, I am unable to log in to my account on your website. Dear Groupon Team, My friend (Viktoria Knufmann) and I purchased a voucher for Brewdog St. Pauli (Voucher Code: VS-72TB-7X5T-KG5P-VXKT, Security Code: VD49E79BF7). As we do not live in Hamburg but are there every week for work, we wanted to try out the venue. However, redeeming the voucher proved to be difficult, if not impossible. Initially, the venue's website did not clearly state which Covid regulation (2G or 3G) applied. Due to pregnancy, I do not meet the 2G requirement, so I tried calling the venue multiple times to inquire about this information. Unfortunately, I could not reach a staff member over the phone, just a voicemail. Despite leaving several messages requesting a callback, I have not received one to this day. Without the Covid regulation information, we visited the venue last Saturday (25.09.). The voucher explicitly stated that no reservation was required (how could we make one if phone contact was not possible?). We were then informed that there were no available seats. When we asked if the voucher could be redeemed after the expiration date, we did not receive a clear answer. We are extremely disappointed and frankly feel mistreated. We have never experienced such poor service before. Online reviews reflect the bad service to some extent, which aligns with our experience. I made a reservation for a dinner cruise on September 30, [redacted], at 7:45 p.m. Upon arrival at the venue, I found out the cruise was canceled. Despite exchanging numbers with another couple in the same situation, we did not receive any email notification about the cancellation. This was disappointing as it was a birthday gift. I need the refund to be processed using a different method as the card initially used is no longer in use due to fraud. I drove 30 minutes for an appointment this morning at 10 a.m., but Brows by Bella was not there. I waited until 10:15 and left a message for Bella. I also attempted to contact your chat service which turned out to be unhelpful. Bella eventually called to inform me she had no record of my appointment. The mix-up seems to be a Groupon error, not hers or mine. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. I believe Bella should not be penalized for this mistake. She has been trying to address issues with her account manager for weeks. I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience caused.

On Monday, I will file a police report with the Costa Mesa Police Department regarding my experience with "Hawaii" or "Haoiphan." I found her while searching for affordable beauty services in Orange County. Despite her suggestion to pay her directly through Venmo instead of using Groupon for better pricing, I booked her Picosure laser promotion. Upon researching her alleged salon "Body Beautiful," I found no online presence, which worried me. Quickly, I contacted my bank to stop the payment to "Hawaii" after reading alarming reviews. I have reached out to Groupon and Venmo about this issue. Beware of doing business with her; she lacks a physical salon address and may deceive you into paying more for services that may not even exist. Hello, I am writing to inform you that the lights from your order number [redacted]15, delivered on 4/0/[redacted], were returned to Dynergy on 11/09. However, we have not yet received a credit for these items. The item number is [redacted]82. The lights received were much smaller than anticipated. I received a Groupon voucher for "Bali Spa by Sport on Court" for a 60-minute sports or wellness massage, including a 2-hour sauna visit and 1 tea, as a gift last year. Due to Covid-19, I couldn't redeem it before its expiry on 26.12.[redacted]. When I contacted the spa a few months ago, they said it was still valid. I bought 3 vouchers for a trip to Dubai in June. I believed they were valid for 6 months, and I planned to use them next week during my trip. Due to covid, we couldn't travel before. One of the vouchers for speed boating and visiting the Burj Khalifa has expired. The safari voucher was booked but later canceled with the company a few days before, yet it shows as redeemed even though I haven't used it. Hello! I previously contacted your customer service but have not received a response. I would like to extend 2 vouchers due to difficulties in redeeming them amidst the coronavirus situation and fully booked schedules with both providers. One voucher is for the Food Tour at Viktualienmarkt with the code: VS-LN79-CZ64-XS9W-VPJV The other one is for the Green Milk Cooking Class with the code: VS-KGVL-9S26-TW43-W1NN. In late August [redacted], I purchased two $30-off flower certificates with Teleflora. Today, October 8, [redacted], I placed two separate bouquet orders, one to Ohio and one to Pennsylvania. Despite being shown the $30 discount for each order at checkout, only one order applied the discount upon confirmation, charging my credit card the full price for the first order. Teleflora has been unable to resolve the issue even with my provided order documentation showing I used TWO discount coupons but only received credit for one. 1. I am unable to communicate with anyone. I was instructed to visit Groupon.com/Support. 2. I attempted to complete a form with my name and email, but they also asked for my order number. The paper I have does not have an order number; it shows a 16-digit transaction ID like 1[redacted]56-[redacted]. I also tried using the 17-digit Transaction ID with no dashes like 7YS3-85635S-794740C, but it did not work. 3. The issue is that there is no box for the code or barcode under Valvoline. Without that, I cannot redeem the oil change. 4. Please cancel my order and provide a refund, as I am unable to utilize the coupon. I have tried contacting Groupon via email at [redacted] twice without a response. 5. There seems to be confusion with the order number provided. I purchased two fat freezing sessions from Sweet Rose Salon in Halifax. I tried calling and leaving messages but didn't receive any response. After texting, I finally got a reply saying they would contact me on Monday, but that didn't happen. When I mentioned contacting Groupon, they booked me in for today at 12 without asking my preferences. When I arrived today, I was told they don't do the neck anymore, even though I came from Huddersfield. I was not happy as they didn't communicate this earlier. I would like a full refund as I was not consulted about the change in service.

Good morning, I have been a loyal Groupon user, having purchased many products and services through your platform without any issues. However, my recent order on 16/08/[redacted], with order number: [redacted]59 from MARNAULA S.L. for 10 envelopes of "Iberian acorn ham" priced at 50.25€ turned out to be a disaster. The quality of the product was poor and did not match the description of "Iberian acorn ham" as advertised. After numerous email exchanges, they provided a return label for me to ship the product back via DHL on September 13. With no update, I followed up to be informed that they had authorized Groupon to issue me a refund for the returned product. I purchased a Groupon for a full set of lashes at a salon and had a negative experience. The lady who did my lashes was rude and made me feel unwelcome for using a Groupon. She didn't give me the full set I wanted, instead providing a 3-week fill that looked very natural when I wanted a more dramatic look. When I requested a refund, she only returned a portion of the amount paid. I hope to receive a full refund from Groupon since I didn't get the service I paid for. I'm experiencing an issue with a merchant. I have not received my product, although they claim it was delivered. Despite checking with my neighbors and family members, the package is nowhere to be found. I have requested either a new item or a refund due to non-delivery, but the merchant is unresponsive. They maintain that the product was delivered, but I firmly believe they have not sent it. They insist that all sales are final with no refunds, but how can a sale be final if the item was never received? I've been waiting for a call for two days as promised, but no one has reached out yet.
