I am a new customer trying to use a promotion code for first-time users on Grubhub. Unfortunately, it seems that the code is being rejected. I wonder if this is happening because I'm using my friend's phone, who also has Grubhub. I don't think that should impact my ability to use the promotion. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in getting the promo code to work for me as a first-time customer. I need to place an order for the morning as I am very hungry. Can someone please help me enter the promo code correctly so I can receive the discount as intended?

I need assistance with obtaining food as I am currently experiencing financial hardship. In the past, my chronic pain was dismissed by doctors and family, causing me to suffer without proper care. Recently, I have been diagnosed with Celiac disease, explaining my symptoms. Managing my health has been challenging, especially with the impact of COVID-19 on my job and finances. Dear Grub Hub Customer Service, I have requested multiple times to cancel my GrubHub membership through the app and over the phone, with no success. Despite my efforts, I continue to see charges on my account. Today, when I called for the final time requesting cancellation, the customer service representative, Marie, put me on hold to look up my account information and never returned. This is my last attempt on October 30, [redacted]. Prior to this, I was promised by a different representative that someone from management would reach out, but no one did. I am now informing my bank to block any future charges from GrubHub and will consider escalating this matter further if needed. I insist on an immediate cancellation of my membership as of today, October 30. I expect confirmation via email. I'm having trouble ordering the driver's PPE gear. It's showing an error saying I'm not a driver or that my email isn't linked to a driver's account. I am a driver, and my email is connected to my account. I recently received a payment. I've tried contacting Grubhub's driver support with no luck and was referred to "GETHUMAN" but was asked to pay for assistance, which seems like a scam. Can I get a refund if I pay? This is frustrating!

My account was temporarily suspended due to "unusual amounts of cancellations" until I responded to the email notifying me of the suspension at around 11:30 am on November 20th. The email instructed me to provide any relevant information and cautioned that it may take 24-48 hours for a response once I reply. I promptly responded by 12 pm on the same day. Despite following up more than 10 times on the same email thread, submitting a support request online, and trying to contact support from an alternative email address, I have not received a single response. It has been a week now, and I still cannot access my account. In the meantime, I continue to receive notifications about missed shifts and promotions, resulting in financial losses and rating penalties that were beyond my control. This situation is unacceptable.

I made an online purchase with a credit card for grilled chicken from my local Kentucky Fried Chicken. The order was supposed to arrive around 9 pm EST. However, the restaurant called to inform me that they have run out of grilled chicken, even though it was available on their online menu. When I inquired about receiving the original recipe chicken instead, the staff member was unable to provide an estimate for the delivery time. This particular location in Ridgewood, Brooklyn has been consistently unreliable in my experience. I am curious as to why your company sponsors them. I would appreciate an email confirmation regarding reimbursement for the payment I made.

I am experiencing a consistent problem with my work schedule at Gruphup. Despite numerous complaints, the issue has not been addressed, resulting in minimal hours of work compared to my colleagues. This situation is unfair, especially considering I live in California and cannot sustain myself on just a few hours of work per day. I suspect deliberate actions from the scheduling department are causing this. As a holder of a Business Management degree, I expect better treatment. Thank you.

I was repeatedly warned about missing deliveries, but I had not been assigned any. Late at night, I waited by my phone for hours, ready to go, but when I finally left, I was expected to arrive within 5 minutes to a location further away. It seemed like a glitch on your end, not mine. I tried everything on my phone to make it work, even changing locations. If termination is being considered, I will seek legal advice for compensation for my time. I would like to keep working with you, so please reconsider.

I placed an order on GrubHub around 4:00 or 4:15 PM today, and it's now 7:30 PM, but my food hasn't arrived yet. I received a notification that the delivery was delayed and should have been here between 6:30 PM and 6:45 PM. Since there have been no further updates, we've decided to have dinner using leftovers from our fridge as we can't wait any longer. I don't intend to pay for this delivery. I have been unable to access my account for some time now, causing me a lot of inconvenience. I rely on this job as my only source of income and desperately need assistance. Whenever I try to log in, it prompts me to verify my phone number, stating that it is already associated with the account. I am unsure why this issue persists as I have used this number before with your service. After attempting to log in, it keeps redirecting me back to the login screen. I placed an order with Pita Mediterranean Street Food in Greenville, SC for delivery between 3:44 PM and 3:54 PM. Unfortunately, the wrong address was entered and didn't update as expected. The delivery driver contacted me, and after providing the correct address, I went to meet them at Dunkin' Donuts. Despite agreeing to meet there, the driver did not show up and left the food intentionally without responding to my calls. Disappointed, I reached out to the restaurant, only to find out they had mistakenly delivered the food to the wrong location.

I recently ordered breakfast from my local McDonald's on 1-3-22. I received my pancakes, sausage, and two medium coffees as ordered, but unfortunately, my Cinnamon roll/bun was missing from the order. Hello, I am Michael Macioci. I received a $[redacted] gift certificate from my Uncle for Christmas. Unfortunately, when I scratched off the code on the back, it became illegible. I have contacted Grubhub customer service three times. On two occasions, they directed me to reach out to Incomm, to which I sent a message a week ago but have not received a response. During my last call to Grubhub, the customer service agent was rude and even hung up on me when I requested to speak with a manager. I feel frustrated with the lack of assistance I have received despite my simple request for help with my gift certificate. I am hopeful that a representative can contact me with a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Rich Popovich. I placed an order with Round The Clock for $50. Unfortunately, two of the meals were incorrect and cold. The chicken in particular was very dry, forcing me to add gravy, though it should have been moist to begin with. One meal was satisfactory in temperature. I attempted to contact Grubhub at [redacted], assuming it was your customer service line, but the call redirected to the restaurant. They claimed any issues were due to late pickup, leading to the food being made fresh. In response, I left an honest negative review, ended my membership, and received a $15 credit offer. During my last Grubhub delivery, I fell and injured myself. My forehead, knees, and hand are bleeding, and my phone screen shattered. I had to log off early due to my injuries. I missed a text from Grubhub because I was dealing with the accident. I couldn't find a contact number for emergencies while not on a delivery. I would have preferred speaking to an agent immediately. I may have a concussion. I spent 45 minutes looking for a way to contact support. I had to stop the delivery early due to my injuries.

I ordered a meal from El Burrito today and requested for the bell to be rung upon delivery. Unfortunately, the driver left the food outside in the cold without alerting me. This has happened before and I expect the delivery instructions to be followed without question. This experience has been frustrating, and I may reconsider using services that rely solely on Grubhub for deliveries in the future. It's disappointing to have to microwave our dinner due to the oversight of the delivery person. I hope that the company will ensure their drivers can follow simple instructions before sending them out for deliveries.

I recently updated my GrubHub app on my iPhone, and now it seems to be malfunctioning. I've been a loyal user for over three years and never had issues before. I placed an order on 2/9/[redacted] for my diabetic mother in Massachusetts, specifying a delivery time of 6 PM in EST time zone. However, the app incorrectly adjusted this to 8 PM EST, as it didn't account for the 2-hour time zone difference with MST. This discrepancy is crucial for my mother's health, as her meals must arrive on time to manage her blood sugar levels. The web app doesn't have this problem, and the previous version of the iPhone app worked fine. I request GrubHub to rectify this issue promptly. It might be helpful to incorporate a feature to assign a specific delivery timezone rather than assuming it's the same as the phone timezone.

I had a terrible experience with Grubhub. My order was delayed, missing an entire entrée and sides, and the delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver properly. I regret giving a generous tip to the driver who didn't even knock or ring the doorbell. I found the food outside with my cat trying to get into it. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service. They only offered a refund, and it left me hungry and disappointed. I will share the video of the incident on social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook to show others what happened. Grubhub's customer service was unhelpful, and I will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered breakfast from McDonald's this morning using your app. In my delivery instructions, I clearly specified for the driver to come to the building on the right, where I work. Unfortunately, the driver went to the building on the left, which led to confusion. When I tried to clarify the mistake, the driver responded rudely, insisting he followed the building numbers. I don't comprehend why he didn't follow the simple instructions provided. If this behavior persists, the occupants of the incorrect building may report the driver for trespassing. Overall, the driver's behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional.

I need assistance with my recent order as it was incorrect. The system calculated the refund incorrectly. It indicated a discount on each nacho box, which was missing from my order along with 2 orders of nacho fries. The system only refunded $7.50, but the missing items total $11.12. To add to the issue, my order was late, and despite requesting 99 fire sauces, none were included. I received only the taco pack and 2 drinks, which are incomplete without the missing items and sauces. This experience has been disappointing, and I would appreciate speaking with someone promptly to resolve this matter.
