My parcel was marked as delivered on the 6th, but I didn't receive it and there was no delivery card left. Boohoo sent it again for today, but once more, no card or delivery attempt was made, even though the tracking says it was delivered. Despite my partner being home, they claimed there was no safe place to leave it. In a previous instance, another parcel was left behind a bin without an attempt to ring the doorbell. I'm frustrated and unable to contact customer service by phone. Please, I insist on having both parcels located and redelivered today.

I am experiencing an issue with a Hermes delivery. According to the app, my parcel was delivered to my address and someone signed for it. However, I was home at the time and it was not delivered to me or signed for by anyone. I requested it to be placed in the shed, but it is not in my garden and there was no note left indicating its location. I urgently need to locate this parcel as I was expecting it today. Hello, I am currently dealing with a dispute with a customer. Unfortunately, while I was away, their parcel arrived in a damaged condition. The box was squashed, causing damage to the toy inside. I had to refund the customer and send a return parcel label so they can return the item. Now, I am facing the situation of receiving a broken toy back and having paid £13 for postage. Regrettably, I am only insured for £20, so I am at a loss of £30 on the item. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that there seems to be a mistake in the delivery address provided for my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The email I received on 7th Dec stated that it would be delivered this afternoon to [redacted] Orchard Brae Avenue, Edinburgh EH4 2GB. However, the correct address should be 86/6 (Flat 6, Block 86) Orchard Brae Avenue. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I was unable to speak to a representative as all options led to automated responses. Could you please update the courier with the correct flat number? My package with tracking number [redacted][redacted] is missing and was not delivered as claimed. According to your tracking service, it was supposedly delivered on Sunday, December 1st at 10:37 am and left on my porch. However, this information is false as I was home all day on Sunday. The photo provided is blurry and unhelpful. If this package was stolen by a delivery person, I will involve the police. I have been attempting to contact you all morning through phone calls and live chat but have not been successful. This situation is frustrating, and I expect a prompt response from your team before I escalate this matter further.

Although one package was successfully delivered to my neighbor, the second part of my order, a biker red Superdry hoodie, has not been received. Tracking number [redacted][redacted] We have been home all day waiting for a delivery from George.com. At 3:17 PM, I received a text and email stating that the item was signed for at our address. Our door was not buzzed, and no goods were delivered. I have checked with my neighbors, and they did not sign for any packages. I believe the delivery driver may have kept my goods. I am requesting urgent assistance with resolving this issue promptly.

I have been waiting for a parcel from MandM Direct that was shipped through Hermes. It has been two weeks, and I have not yet received it. The tracking information from MandM Direct and Hermes are conflicting. I live in Letterkenny and am unsure which delivery service they use here. I have CCTV and have not seen anyone attempting to deliver the parcel at my door. Today, MandM Direct claimed it was delivered, but I was home all day and there was no package, no slips, and no parcels left anywhere. This is frustrating, especially considering the package is worth over £[redacted].

Hello. I've been eagerly anticipating the delivery of my new microwave scheduled for Thursday. Unfortunately, it hasn't arrived, and I haven't been informed about the reason for the delay. Based on the tracking information, it appears the package has been returned to the sorting office, but I'm struggling to locate which sorting office it is or why the delivery wasn't completed. Hello, I'm Rumen. I purchased a hooded jacket on eBay that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes. I received an email on December 5 stating that the package had been delivered, but upon checking, it was not received. The woman managing the motel, who handles mail and deliveries daily, confirmed that no such delivery arrived. I'm curious to know the status of this delivery mishap.

Today, I was expecting a delivery from Debenhams direct within the time frame of 12 noon to 2 pm, which was facilitated by your service. The information on the box indicates that it passed through your depot, referenced as WEY86VAN71DROP73C-ROUND2860. Despite waiting at home all day, I was surprised to receive an email at 6:13 pm stating that the parcel had been delivered successfully. The tracking information shows that it was signed for by Mrs. Pauline Leppard, although I am certain that this is not my signature. This parcel was a valuable item costing over £[redacted], and leaving it unattended poses a security risk. Hermes tracking shows my Debenhams parcel was delivered and signed for at my address on Friday, December 6th, at 1:29 PM. I was not home at the time and do not recognize the signature. Please provide the delivery address details associated with tracking number 81[redacted][redacted]. I've tried contacting Hermes by phone with no success. I have been waiting all day for a parcel pickup scheduled by Hermes. The Hermes system says an attempt was made about 9 hours ago, around 12 pm, but my family and I have been home all day, and our CCTV only shows a different courier service visiting. I need timely deliveries for my handmade products, which are vital to my business. This is the second issue in a short time, with a previous parcel delay. Getting in touch with Hermes is challenging, and I hope the pickup happens tomorrow as my customer needs the item for a birthday gift. Further delays might cause the customer to cancel, impacting my business. Unfortunately, due to being disabled, I cannot take the parcel to the depot myself.

I have been attempting to reach out for the past two days, hoping for a response. On the 5th, I received an email stating that a parcel was delivered and signed for, but as a housebound individual living alone, I did not answer the door nor sign for any package. Hello, I recently purchased items from M&M. I need to return some items through their services. I purchased a return label on M&M's website for £2.99. However, after checking, I noticed that Hermes charged me twice (£2.99 + £2.99) for a single return label purchase. I only used the return label once. Can this be corrected? I have sent numerous EBAY parcels last week, and unfortunately, many have not been delivered yet. After reviewing the tracking information, it appears some parcels are stuck in the system. One incident involved a well-packed enamel roasting tin that arrived with several broken pieces, indicating rough handling during transit. Additionally, a parcel was mistakenly delivered to an Argos store, signed for, then mistakenly picked up by the driver again. The recipient is now trying to locate the missing parcel. These delivery issues are affecting my [redacted]% seller reputation on EBAY, which I have worked hard to maintain. I have been a loyal user of your service, but recent events have been unacceptable. I believe compensation is warranted for the stress and inconvenience caused by these problems.

Numerous packages I dispatched over two weeks ago still haven't reached their destinations. I am receiving numerous complaints from customers demanding refunds! Moreover, a package went missing over a month ago, and I have not received a reimbursement yet. I am extremely frustrated with this service and have decided to discontinue using it. However, I have entrusted your company with valuable products worth hundreds of pounds and need assurance that they will be delivered! I require assistance in tracking down all the packages and reassuring my customers. Upon checking the tracking page, I noticed that for most items, there have been no updates for over six days!
