My boyfriend purchased tickets several months ago for flights Fi [redacted] (Frankfurt to Reykjavik) and Fi [redacted] (Reykjavik to Toronto) scheduled for 19.12.[redacted]. Unfortunately, his flight was canceled just hours before departure, and when he tried to find assistance at the airport, no airline staff was available to help, leaving him to sort out his own accommodations. He managed to get a new ticket for the following day with Air Canada, but had to cover the cost of a €[redacted] hotel room and meals during the unexpected layover. He was initially scheduled to depart at 13.00PM German time but is now facing a nearly 24-hour delay until his flight with Air Canada at 9.00AM the next day. Could you kindly provide the appropriate email address where he can submit his receipts for reimbursement for the expenses incurred during this time?

I made a reservation for a road trip flight to Iceland a few months ago that I now urgently need to cancel due to a troubling medical diagnosis requiring surgery. Despite the flight being in May, both booking.com and Icelandair have been unhelpful in processing any sort of refund, even a partial one. I am in desperate need of the funds to cover the costs of the surgery and its aftermath. It's distressing that they are willing to keep the $[redacted] from me when I won't even be able to make the flight. This situation feels exploitative and unjust, and I truly need the refund to proceed with my medical treatment.

Booking Reference: 4EPC6X Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Upon reviewing our booking, I noticed a mistake in my name on the ticket. My passport shows the spelling as Zörner, not Zorner. I am concerned this could cause issues during check-in and particularly with my ESTA. I kindly request to have this corrected. The correct spelling, as shown on my booking confirmation and invoice, is Zoerner. I am unsure how this error occurred. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Manuela Zörner

I need some clarification regarding our upcoming trip: - I will be flying with my son, who is under 15 years old. - We are looking to travel from Boston (BOS) to Marrakech (RAK). We haven't purchased our tickets yet as we are unsure about the visa situation. - Our destination is Prague, where we need to obtain a permanent residency card for my child. Since the card expired a year ago, in New York, he was given a visa sticker in his passport to enter the EU and the Czech Republic based on his permanent residency status (which is visible in the system). - Our concern is whether traveling through Reykjavik with this sticker will be permitted without any issues. We would like to know if any additional documents are required for the trip.

We were issued tickets for a journey from Iceland to Washington Dulles with a connecting flight to SFO via AS553. Our boarding passes were for Icelandic Airlines [redacted] and Alaska AS553. We were advised to collect our bags at IAD, go through customs, and then hand them over to Alaska as they were checked through. Our boarding passes cover both flights. However, the Alaska counter was closed, and we are stuck in the airport for about 6 hours with our bags. We assume we will have to go through TSA and inspection again. The ticketing and boarding pass issuance in Reykjavik should have provided us with the correct baggage information for connecting flights. This has been a frustrating experience for my wife and me, as we are both senior citizens. Despite this, we enjoyed Iceland and plan to revisit at a different time to see the northern lights. We suggest that complimentary tickets for a future visit to Iceland would be a reasonable gesture. - G.C. & A.G. Berkeley, CA

As the President of Finn Spark, an American-Finnish association in the Washington DC area, I am seeking contact information via email for the appropriate person to address a request to Icelandair. We are looking to secure one return ticket for two individuals to be raffled at our annual Christmas Bazaar. In the past, Icelandair has generously supported our cause, and we believe our community of Finns and American-Finns, who frequently travel to Scandinavia, can also be a valuable market for Icelandair. We are willing to promote Icelandair in our monthly newsletter as a form of reciprocity. Please advise me on the specific individual or department I should direct this inquiry to. Thank you.
