I used to have a website named Johnny Angel Kratom, but it has been closed for years. However, it is still mapped on Google to my address in WPB. I don't want people coming here looking for kratom. Google shows it as an active business in my profile, but it is nonexistent. Can you help me remove it?

I am a disabled veteran with Autism in need of help. LinkedIn unexpectedly locked my account after 15 years of support without explanation. I have been a loyal paying member for many years and advocated for the platform in my 30-year IT career. I want access to delete my information and close my account. I am considering legal action for violating my rights under the ADA and constitution if resolution is not provided.

I recently signed up for LinkedIn premium but didn't plan to continue after the free trial, so I didn't provide any payment information. When the trial ended, I received an email saying they couldn't charge me and that my premium access would end. I was fine with that, but somehow LinkedIn managed to charge my credit card through Paypal, which is linked to the same email address. I'm not sure why it went through. I'm requesting a refund as I didn't utilize the premium features after the trial period.

I tried signing up for LinkedIn, but the SMS code took 10-25 minutes to arrive, forcing me to use a different number. However, I didn't receive an SMS with the new number, so I opted for a phone call, which did work. The problem then shifted to verifying my email. Despite requesting multiple email verifications and checking my Spam folder, I still haven't received the email. It seems I'm facing issues with receiving both SMS codes and email verifications. Any advice or suggestions on how to proceed? Are there any ongoing problems with the system that may be causing these delays? Should I start the sign-up process from scratch? Thank you, Edina R.

I signed up for a 5-day trial subscription to Learning Premium with no intention of keeping it for a year. Despite trying to remove my card, I couldn't unlink it, and yesterday $[redacted].88 was charged to my credit card. I would like a refund for this charge as I don't plan to use the service for a year. I also request that the service be suspended from my account promptly, and the refund be processed urgently.

Hello, I am reaching out for my sister who is currently at the hospital battling COVID-19 and has no internet access. Her bank account was charged $[redacted].88 for a premium subscription. She mentioned activating a free trial that likely turned into a paid subscription inadvertently. This charge occurred today. I've tried to cancel and request a refund, but I am uncertain. I set up my LinkedIn account using my company email. After retiring, I lost access to my account as the company email was deleted. I need to change the email to my personal one to regain access. Once this is sorted, I plan to update my profile and make any necessary changes.

Hello, I’m Barbara. I wanted to address an issue with my LinkedIn profile. I observed a recurring charge of $29.99 for the premium package, which I actually canceled several months ago. Due to being unemployed and facing financial constraints during the Covid layoff, this additional cost is burdensome. I recently tried to log in to my LinkedIn account on my phone but entered the wrong password. Since then, I can log in on my desktop, but not on my phone. When I tried to confirm I wasn't a robot, the screen went blank. I can't access private messages on either device, and this is frustrating as LinkedIn is crucial for me to connect with others. I value LinkedIn greatly and would like to continue using it. I will be available for the next half hour and then will be in the car at [redacted].

Subject: Billing Inquiry Hello, In October, I subscribed to the premium app. I cancelled it after several days, but I was still charged $[redacted].00. I canceled the "30-day free subscription" before the expected period, yet I got charged. I am facing urgent expenses and was surprised by the deduction from my bank account. I am disappointed in the lack of contact support that allows scammers like the one I encountered posing as someone else. It is essential to vet profiles before they are allowed on the platform to prevent fraud. The current reporting system is ineffective once a scammer has blocked the honest user. It is not enough to block scammers; they must be removed entirely to protect others from falling victim to fraud. 1.) Fraudent Profile Name/Info: - Anny Gabriella - Store Manager at Walmart - Neighborhood Walmart # - Boston University - Greater Philadelphia, 72 connections Please take down and thoroughly vet this fraudulent profile to stop phishing imposters like them. It is frustrating to deal with scammers who deceive and request money. Vet all profiles to ensure this doesn't happen to others.

I made a LinkedIn account around 6 years ago for a school project, but I haven't used it since. I can't remember the email I used, and if it was a school email, it may be inactive now. I want the account deleted. My profile is under Megan Markovski, stating I attend Seneca of Applied Arts and Technology and work at Mandarin (which isn't true). I created my LinkedIn profile yesterday for work reasons. However, when I try to send invites, they appear as pending on my end but the recipients do not receive them. Also, when my friends search for my profile, it shows as "Profile is Unavailable." How can I fix this issue?

I signed up for a LinkedIn Learning trial membership and canceled it using your subscription cancellation link. However, I noticed that there have been charges on my Capital One (Mastercard account) from 8/4, 9/4, 10/5, 11/17, up to 12/17, all in [redacted]. I canceled within the trial period and would like a refund. It's frustrating that I was charged despite canceling. I have tried to reach out previously but haven't received any response. I encountered an issue with my LinkedIn account when I tried to log in on my desktop after using it on my phone. Initially, I couldn't access my account due to an incorrect password, so I reset it. Upon logging in, I noticed that my profile was displaying outdated information and connections. Furthermore, when I searched for my account using my name, I discovered that it was linked to a different account with a similar name. My original account is under the username chahat-gupta-[redacted]3b, while the redirected account is chahat-gupta-971a96160. I would like to have these accounts combined and the chahat-gupta-971a96160 account deleted to resolve this situation.
