Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account being hacked. My Account ID is [redacted]16 and my username is luffysan~17. I noticed unauthorized access to my Facebook account, and when I tried to disconnect it via email, I received a message stating that there was a login from a new device or region. For security reasons, I am reaching out to Customer Service for assistance. The email associated with the unauthorized Facebook account is liambraydenab***@gmail.com, which is not mine.

After the end of season 18, attempting to log in as normal became a problem for me. Following the loading screen, a message popped up instructing me to "Tap to review your performance from the previous season," but unfortunately, tapping on the screen did not help. Neither restarting ML nor the phone had any effect. The screen remained unchanged and I was unable to access any other features. At the moment, I cannot access my ML account on my phone, but I am able to open and play ML regularly on Blue Stacks (laptop). Thank you.

My Moonton account and Gmail have been hacked, which are connected to my Mobile Legends account. I would not ask for help if those weren't mine. It's very important to me. I can't remember the registration date of my account. I am willing to accept the consequences if I am lying. I just want to recover my account because it's the only memory I have of my father. I can't sleep thinking about my account. Please help me. Thank you.

I changed accounts temporarily to assist a friend in claiming prizes from a recent Christmas event since they were unable to log in. However, upon attempting to switch back to my account, I encountered an issue. I was unable to access it through Facebook, Moonton, or Google Play Games. A window kept popping up with the message "account connection failed, please try again." I have followed all the steps recommended by the game's customer service team and tried various methods from YouTube and the game itself, but I am still unable to regain access. No matter what I try, I am unable to log in without receiving that same error message. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I linked my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account to Facebook. Yesterday, someone accessed my account and played using my favorite heroes. Afterwards, they changed the email address and password associated with the Moonton account. Although I can still log in, the email address has been changed to theirs. I am concerned about the future of my account. What steps should I take to address this situation? Could I potentially lose access to my account?

I'm having trouble accessing my account after switching between Google Play Games and Facebook due to a recent update. Unfortunately, I forgot my Moonton account, and I no longer have access to the recovery sim card. Moonton requires a code sent to the Moonton bind email for verification, which I cannot access. I would appreciate being able to log in using Google Play services or Facebook to regain access to my account. Your assistance in helping me recover my account would be greatly appreciated.

Issue with Party Box Event: I participated in the event that promised an "epic skin guarantee in 5x draw." After spending [redacted] diamonds and using 1 epic draw card, I completed 5 draws but received only normal skins. This is contrary to the event's guarantee of an epic skin after 5 draws. I am very disappointed and request a refund of the diamonds spent. I would prefer to receive 2 epic skins of my choice instead of the normal skins obtained. My expectation was to acquire time-limited skins for heroes like Granger, Khufra, or Uranus but only ended up with normal skins. Kindly consider refunding my diamonds or providing a time-limited skin equivalent to the value of the diamonds spent.

I accidentally clicked on a Facebook link promising free diamonds, and now my Mobile Legends account is disconnected from the game data. Despite trying to contact customer service without success, I am desperate to retrieve my account. I have invested significant money into it. I've been playing this game since Season 2 and unfortunately lost access to my main account named ™ֆtɛʄǟռօ™ with the ID [redacted]. My phone, a Samsung J3, recently broke, and I can't log out. I've tried accessing the account from another phone, a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge, but I can't connect to Facebook. I've mistakenly answered security questions multiple times, and now I'm locked out for [redacted] minutes. Hello, I would like to report an issue where my account was stolen or hacked by an unknown person. I was playing a ranked game and met this individual. I carried them and they felt indebted, so they requested 5,[redacted] diamond gifts. I trusted them because they had more skins, Mythic 3 rank, popularity over 100k, and a double-ticked squad, "RRQ HOME." I messaged them on WhatsApp, and they asked for my email only, not the password. Then, they instructed me to open Mobile Legends (ML) to wait for the diamond transfer. After waiting, when the [redacted] diamonds were about to arrive, my ML account got logged out. When I asked them why, they claimed if too many diamonds came in at once, it might cause errors, advising me to log back in. Upon logging back in, I played a bit and then went to sleep. The next morning, I couldn't access my account, and all emails linked to my ML account were gone. MOONTON confirmed that my email wasn't linked to any ML account. I need help from MOONTON as I love playing ML, it's my favorite game, and I've been playing it since I was young. I beg MOONTON to restore my ML account. If it can't be retrieved, I might have to quit playing MLBB. 😢

I am having trouble accessing my main Mobile Legends account due to a verification email associated with [redacted] I cannot remember my old Yahoo password to log in and verify the account. Even though I have linked my ML account to Moonton, Google, and Facebook, the verification process persists. I am requesting help to either remove the verification or change the email linked to my account to [redacted] Regarding retrieving my Yahoo password, my phone number on that Yahoo account is outdated, and I have updated it to a new number. When I try to reset the password, Yahoo gives me an error message saying, "Uh-oh.. We can't sign you in at the moment. Please try again later," which has been persisting for a prolonged period.

Why is the matchmaking system so terrible lately? What is going on with the technicians? The system constantly pairs me with teammates who have a win rate below 40%, dragging down my own win rate from nearly 60% to 51%. I was close to reaching Mythic rank, but today's matches have been a disaster. What is happening with your system? When I contact customer support, how long will it take for a response? It feels like there is no empathy, just constant frustration for players who enjoy this game. It seems players who intentionally ruin games never face consequences while those who try to be positive and carry the team end up with reduced scores for speaking out against feeders. Please address these issues, Moonton. The lack of response from customer care except for automated replies is making this whole experience frustrating. The team management seems out of touch.

There seems to be a lack of consideration for players who care about the game. It's frustrating to see disrespectful players go unpunished while those trying to play well get penalized. Moonton, please address this issue. Customer care never responds, only automated replies that make the company appear neglectful. The team management needs improvement to better serve the players.

I have encountered numerous toxic players in the ranks, especially in legend and mythic tiers. These players exhibit negative behavior like going AFK, feeding the enemy, avoiding team fights, and trying out new heroes without proper mastery in ranked games. I have experienced a significant decline in my overall win rate, hero win rate, hero MMR, and a drop in rank due to this behavior. Despite reporting these players, I have not noticed any credit score deductions or account bans; the only message I receive is "Report has been successful." This situation has created a very unpleasant gaming environment. Addressing this issue promptly is crucial to prevent other players from being discouraged and tarnishing the reputation of Mobile Legends.

Good day to the readers. I have encountered an issue with the Mobile Legends Bang bang game. After the patch to fix bugs, including the one with Breatrix, every time I log in, it prompts me to download the patch. Upon completion, the game restarts and asks for the patch download again. If not, the game freezes after the company logo. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still face the same problem. I have waited hoping it would resolve itself, but to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated.

After each game ends, it restarts and requests the patch download again. If that doesn't happen, the game freezes after the company logo appears. Dear Moonton, I would like to report an issue regarding my MLBB account which was hacked in [redacted]. Recently, I have noticed password change requests in Bahasa through emails from MLBB, which I did not request. It seems the hacker bypassed my email verification and gained access to my account. On April 7, [redacted], I attempted to change my password but was locked out after a few tries due to typos. The next day, on April 8, [redacted], I successfully logged in at 5:37 pm (SG time) using my iPhone XS. However, I was unable to log out third-party accounts and found a Google Play account linked that is not mine. I have played 11 rank games as advised online to get my device recognized. Unfortunately, after these games, the hacker returned, causing lag and disconnecting me during a match, taking over. It is essential for me to log out all third-party accounts illicitly linked to my account. I am the rightful owner and can provide the legitimate registered email address to Moonton. Hello Customer Service, I recently served a 30-day ban for inappropriate chatting and acknowledge my past behavior. However, after only a few days, I was given a 10-year ban for similar reasons. I find this excessive considering the reason cited was for inappropriate chat again. I am baffled as to where this occurred. Is it possible it was due to a single instance of using the term "idiot"? I respectfully request the return of my skins or, ideally, the reactivation of my account. I have invested a significant amount of money, approximately [redacted] Euros, into this game, and I believe the current situation is unfair.
