My mother is unable to access her computer. Despite knowing her password, she mistakenly pressed the wrong keys and is now locked out. The system prompts a code to be sent to her email, however, she cannot access her email to retrieve it. I've attempted to assist from my computer by filling out the required forms multiple times, but it keeps stating that I've entered the correct information incorrectly. I'm incredibly frustrated as I can't reach a live person for assistance. After over a week of struggling to enable a 98-year-old woman to use her computer, this has become unbearable. The automated call system mentions monitoring for training but then doesn't allow me to speak with anyone. It's ludicrous! If I can't find help, I may have to refrain from purchasing Microsoft products in the future. Technical support is crucial, especially now during COVID when using the computer is the only way for my mother to connect with her family through Zoom. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought Chivalry 2 last night, but the Microsoft Rewards app is not allowing me to claim the [redacted] points from the game's punch card. Additionally, my friend, whom I am file sharing with, is unable to download the game for the same reason I can't claim the punch card. When we try to view Chivalry 2 in the Microsoft Store, it says "not currently available." If you could address this issue in the store regarding the installation of the base version of Chivalry 2, it would solve our problems.

I need assistance with the following order: Date: October 20, [redacted] Order Number: [redacted] Product: Windows 10/11 Pro Quantity: 1 Price: $99.00 I recently upgraded my Windows 10 Home to Windows 10/11 Pro through the Microsoft Store as shown in the details above. However, I am unable to activate it. I have tried various methods without success. I am unable to locate the Product Key in the confirmation email you sent. You only provided the first 4 digits and the rest are Xs, not kisses. Despite sending two emails, I have not received a response from your customer service team. I am in desperate need of assistance. Please help me resolve this issue.

I have been unknowingly making periodic payments for the full MS Office Suite for the past 7 years. I have only used Word and Excel but never intended to have the full suite. After canceling the subscription recently, both Excel and Word stopped working without any notice or explanation. I would like to have the service restored for these two programs or alternatively, be given the option to purchase them outright as I have done in previous years before unknowingly signing up for this service. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards, A.C. from West Vancouver, BC

On the 1st of December [redacted], I purchased FIFA 22 for Xbox One for my grandson. When we exchanged gifts on the 2nd of January [redacted], I shared the original email confirming my payment of $35.99 for the game with him. Unfortunately, he was unable to install the game because there was no installation code provided. Despite our efforts to locate the 25-digit code in my emails, we were unsuccessful. I contacted tech support at 1-[redacted] for Microsoft in North America, but the automated response instructed me to "enter your access code," which did not address our issue. As my son had purchased the game for his son to enjoy before school resumed, I am now seeking a refund as it seems there is no assistance available from Microsoft Store or anywhere else within Microsoft. I am considering disputing the charge with my credit card but wanted to inform Microsoft of my intentions due to the lack of support in obtaining the necessary installation code.

I bought MS [redacted] in December [redacted] but couldn't access it, so I got a monthly subscription despite still being charged annually. I'm currently in Ecuador, but I was in Washington state when I purchased the annual family subscription. I've been struggling to find out the account name I used. I filled out a form with what I thought was the correct information, including the last 4 digits of the card I used, but it wasn't enough. The potential account names could be [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] The monthly subscription, now canceled, was linked to [redacted]

I was informed that the return package I shipped was initially reported as not received. Following a brief period, an investigation was initiated, resulting in the warehouse indicating they received an empty box. This abrupt change in the narrative raised suspicions. Upon contacting a supervisor, I was informed the package was in El Paso, Texas, and then moved to their Wyoming warehouse. The inconsistent information is concerning. Despite returning the Xbox, a refund has not been issued due to what appears to be organizational confusion. The continuous changes in the story and the false claim about the box being empty after it was missing for days are frustrating. I request a swift resolution and the refund for my return.

I recently made a purchase from the Microsoft store with order # ZH[redacted]4. The delivery I received yesterday, on Thursday, September 8th, [redacted], was incorrect. I have gone through the return process and already have the UPS Return Label via email. My concern is that the Estimated Refund amount is showing as $0.00, while I paid $24.99 for the item. I'm confused why I am not being refunded the full purchase amount. If I won't receive a refund, I don't see the point in returning the item. The package is ready to be shipped back to UPS, but I need clarification on the refund discrepancy. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed that I am being charged twice for my OneDrive standalone [redacted] GB subscription at $1.99 per month. This has been happening on my credit card/Visa for the last four months. I am seeking a reimbursement for the duplicated charges, totaling $1.99 multiplied by 5. I wish to maintain my subscription, but I only require one of them. Specifically, the subscription billed on the 12th of each month, which began in August. The additional subscription billed on the 22nd of every month, also commencing in August, is unnecessary.

Case # [redacted] 86 98 09 I wanted to share a helpful tip regarding using Vanilla Gift Cards. The instructions advise entering your own name in the "name on card" field, which is crucial for successful transactions. Initially, I mistakenly entered "Vanilla Gift Card" as the name on a card used elsewhere, which caused issues. Upon using the card at the Microsoft Store with my actual name, the transaction failed. However, when I followed the correct procedure and used "Vanilla Gift Card" as the name at the Microsoft Store, everything worked smoothly. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for your assistance. -R.H.

I bought Windows 10 Pro on March 19, [redacted], with Order Number: [redacted]. I still haven't received either Windows 10 Pro or the product key. I've been attempting to reactivate Windows 10 with my original key without success, leading me to purchase a new key. Unfortunately, I'm facing issues accessing my order through the Microsoft store on my PC. I did try on my wife's PC but couldn't resolve the problem. All I need is the product key to activate Windows 10 Pro, and it wasn't included in the email I received.

After running the troubleshooter, it indicated that I was missing the HEVC codec. The item description suggested a free installation, but I ended up being charged $0.99. Additionally, Microsoft Office was somehow installed without my consent, and I do not use it. I am concerned about being billed unexpectedly or if there is some hidden clause involved. The HEVC codec did not fix the issue, and the Microsoft Office app is unused. I keep receiving storage error messages, especially regarding the Power Automate app, which I am unfamiliar with. Tapping on the error message makes it disappear temporarily. I also seem to be limited to local or regional content despite using a VPN. This restricted access even without internet access seems unusual. Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you.

I recently encountered a problem with purchasing coin packages on Slotomania. I attempted to buy coins three times, but each time I received an error message asking me to try again. When I tried a different option, it said I already owned the package, which was not true. I decided to give up, only to later receive three emails confirming my purchases and charging my account for all three transactions. However, I never received the coins or any items. I would like either a refund for the charges or to receive the packages I was billed for. The order numbers for the transactions are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].

I have tried contacting various Microsoft support avenues, including phone numbers and online resources, to resolve an issue with my aging Windows Vista HP G60-447CL Notebook PC. Despite my efforts, I am still faced with the error message "McUICnt.exe - Entry Point Not Found" since updates are no longer supported for this device. I am seeking assistance from a compassionate individual who can guide me through transitioning to a new laptop without losing access to my important data stored on the old computer. Your help in navigating this transition would be greatly appreciated.
