I am currently locked out of my primary email address, [redacted], due to cognitive issues caused by my MS condition. I have been struggling to reset my password despite numerous attempts, causing me to fall behind on bill payments. Remembering multiple passwords has become challenging for me, especially when I am unwell. I am seeking assistance to alleviate my current distress. Sincerely, Lisa Nelson.

I have encountered repeated crashes with Word for Mac over the past week, but only when I am working on documents from a specific client. I am a freelance editor, and I have been seamlessly editing a lengthy [redacted]-page memoir for this client over the past 18 months across multiple drafts. Suddenly, I find myself unable to access any version of the document. Although I have a decade of experience using Word for Mac without any issues, the problem seems to have started soon after receiving a small Word file created in LibreOffice and saved as a docx. This small document experienced frequent freezing with the spinning pinwheel icon. I am unsure what caused this sudden issue but seek advice on how to salvage this extensive project that I have devoted substantial time to.

I am unable to access my Hotmail account: [redacted] I recently had my cell phone checked by an IT specialist to investigate potential hacking of my email accounts and for recovery purposes. Unfortunately, the specialist provided the wrong email address because the hyphen or dash was omitted. As a professional writer and photographer, it is crucial for me to regain access to my account, [redacted], where all my professional work is stored. I can provide verifying information such as article titles to confirm my ownership of the account. Your assistance in recovering my account is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tracy W. [redacted] or [redacted]. Email: [redacted]

I am currently unable to access my Hotmail account: [redacted] I brought my cell phone to an IT Specialist to investigate hacking and recover some email accounts, including [redacted] I noticed he didn't include the hyphen in the email address until the last attempt to recover it. As a professional writer and photographer, this account holds crucial articles, photos, and valuable emails for me. I desperately need access to it, especially since I've encountered issues receiving codes on my phone post-visit. Consequently, reaching me by phone at [redacted] is most effective, as I've resorted to using library computers due to not having one and a fallout with the IT Specialist who is uncooperative in resolving this matter. Sincerely, Tracy Walsh.

I recently encountered an issue with my Google sign-in. I attempted to recover my email address without success. Consequently, I created a new account with the email [redacted] I am now facing difficulties signing into various platforms like Facebook, Youtube, and Pinterest because I no longer have access to the original account. I will be able to purchase more phone minutes on Friday the 28th, as I am currently out. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify my accounts as they were initially set up to require a code sent to my phone, which I cannot access at the moment. I also tried reaching out to Microsoft, without any success using the email address R...W...21etc. The old email address was [redacted], with the password IronWolf6048. For verification, my date of birth is 11/13/[redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. Once I rectify my account to reflect the correct email address, will I be able to sign in for verification using my phone number? I have updated my password to RitaWolf[redacted] in case that information is helpful. I kindly request your assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Blany, and I am reaching out via email to address an issue with my uncle's email account, which is [redacted] The problem arose when he accidentally left his email open at his workplace, allowing someone to access it and change the password. Consequently, he is now unable to log back into his account. He has tried to restore it, but he cannot reset the password as there isn't a phone number associated with the account. I am assisting him, and he is present to provide any necessary information. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated as the account is vital for work-related documents. Thank you.

I forgot the password to my email account, [redacted], which is linked to my Instagram account, @ikenakkk. I can't access my Instagram because I need the link sent to my email. I've tried to recover the password, but I didn't provide enough evidence. My phone number is associated with the email and might have been linked to an old Skype account. I have some potentially relevant passwords and another email, [redacted], linked to [redacted] I created the email account a few months ago for my Instagram. Recovering my password is crucial for Instagram verification, and without it, I can't access my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe my phone has been compromised for a while now. I lack computer knowledge, but suspect the hackers added your product to my device. I cannot elaborate much, but I assure you I did not order or pay for anything related to this. They've seized control over all my electronic devices, preventing me from making calls or applying for jobs. They even tamper with my emails. I desperately need assistance in reclaiming my life. The hackers seem to access my emails, allowing them to continue. Can I contact you directly? My name is Monique Townsend. They have even falsely identified me as an administrator, which is concerning since I lack a computer. I suspect my accounts and past actions are somehow linked to their system. Please help me regain control.

I am encountering a recurring issue with my email access. A small box, measuring approximately 3"x4", appears frequently prompting me to enter my username and password for a specific server. It contains a gold key and blue key tag in the upper left corner. Despite inputting the requested information and clicking OK or Cancel at the bottom right, this box reappears every time I attempt to check my emails. Since June, I have not been able to receive any emails. Although the Geek Squad has assisted by changing my password, the problem persists. Any advice on how to resolve this persistent issue would be greatly appreciated.

Today, on 7-10-19, I created a new Outlook email address. Unfortunately, I immediately forgot my password. I am struggling to reset it because I can't provide answers to the security questions due to this being my first email account ever. As someone with visual impairment, the password reset process is even more challenging. I just want to regain access to my account without having to create a new one. I really like the email address I just made. I hope Microsoft Outlook can simplify the password reset process in the future.

I am having trouble accessing my email account, [redacted] When I try to log in, a message pops up stating there has been "suspicious activity" and prompts me to fill out a form to verify my identity. The form asks for details like the recipients of the last 3 emails I sent and their subject lines, information that I don't have readily available. I rely on this email account for everything, and not being able to access it is causing issues on my Microsoft computer, which is linked to the same account. I need this matter resolved urgently. If there is an alternative method I can use to confirm my ownership, I am willing to cooperate. However, remembering specific details about past emails is challenging.

I need help! I have been unable to access my Outlook and Microsoft accounts for a month now. I can't even reach a support agent as I cannot log in. Despite following the steps on the help page, I keep getting a message asking me to secure my account due to unusual activity. I've completed the verification process multiple times, but it keeps looping back to the same message. I've cleared my browser history, switched browsers, and even used a different email for verification, but nothing seems to work. It's frustrating as I am constantly asked to change my password without success. My Outlook is down, and I'm stuck in this cycle.

Hello, Last month, I activated a trial for Microsoft Office using my Microsoft account to test compatibility. I linked my Visa for payment method. As I was exploring package options, I learned about the monthly subscription and decided to continue if it met my needs. I was surprised to discover a charge of 99€ on July 23 instead of the expected 10€ monthly fee. This payment was deducted without my permission or prior notification, contrary to my expectation. During the trial, I mainly used Office Word twice and found it incompatible with my device for work purposes. Since the charge, I have not used the software and do not plan to. If needed in the future, I prefer Office Personal [redacted]. I request a prompt cancellation of my subscription and a refund due to the unexpected charge. I appreciate Microsoft products and hope to resolve this issue swiftly. Best regards, Tamara Š.

I recently relocated from Canada to Switzerland. Although I have the same email address, my cell phone number has changed. I initially set up a Microsoft account in Canada with two-step verification using my Canadian cell phone, which I never used. Now, in Switzerland, I purchased a one-year subscription for Office [redacted] to aid in my job search. When I attempt to set up my product key/account online, it notifies me that the email address is already in use. Trying to access the existing account in Canada for a password reset is a challenge due to the outdated Canadian cell phone number associated with it. I've been informed that for security reasons, I need to wait 4 weeks before resolving this issue, leaving me unable to use Microsoft [redacted]. I tried contacting [redacted] but received an email stating my email is not on their list. This situation is immensely frustrating. I am left stuck between an account I can't access and an account I can't create. Can someone please assist me?

I created a Hotmail account years ago as a young adolescent with the email address [redacted] I forgot the password and haven't used it for years. I recently found out that this email was linked to my Facebook, where I use a different email now. Someone tried to access my Facebook using my old Hotmail from Toronto, CA while I'm in Whitehorse, CA. I got an alert from Facebook about this unauthorized login attempt, and it prompted me to secure my old email for safety reasons. I'm having trouble with the recovery questions like recent emails, subject headings, and possibly the birthdate I used. I may have entered false information as a young user. Please reach out so I can provide more details to confirm the account ownership.

I am in the process of setting up a new Dell computer. The previous one had Office [redacted] with Access, but when I used PCMover, it recommended removing the trial copy of Office that was installed. Unfortunately, I uninstalled Office [redacted] without activating it with the user's Microsoft credentials first. As a result, I cannot reinstall it. I tried to follow Dell/Microsoft online help, but it ended up installing [redacted] instead of the correct version, Office Home and Student [redacted]. I need guidance on how to download and install the correct version of Office that the customer purchased.

Received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, warning about a $[redacted] subscription charge if I didn't call back at 1-[redacted]. Is this legit? Also, facing a daily prompt to update "Supremo" on my computer that I always decline. How can I remove this? Unsure what "Supremo" is and if I need it. Grateful for advice.

I have a ticket number #[redacted] regarding Microsoft Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Please call me at [redacted]. On Wednesday, July 25th, I spoke with a lady, her name was Fernanda I'm not sure, and she made some changes to the settings. She was able to get the Microsoft Explorer icon to appear, but it wouldn't open. She mentioned transferring me to Microsoft Explorer, but unfortunately, we got disconnected. I need help with Microsoft Explorer as I have been using it for over two years. Please assist me in accessing my PC. Thank you, Sonia.

I am experiencing difficulty with my Outlook account remembering my passwords. I have had to change my password around 50 times in the past month, only to find that I am repeatedly prompted to log in again upon accessing my email account. Even after copying and pasting the new passwords, they are not recognized. This issue persists across both of my Android devices. My attempts to resolve this problem with my Wi-Fi provider and Android support have been unsuccessful, as the latter pointed to a potential Microsoft-related issue. Despite residing at the same location for the past 2 years, a technician suggested that my location could be a factor. Frustrated by this ongoing problem, which is crucial for my business needs, I am considering switching from my 4 current email accounts – one Hotmail and three Gmail accounts – though I prefer not to make this change.

I am currently encountering an issue with my Windows 10 laptop. After not using it for a few months, I tried to log in using my Outlook account, but I'm unable to because my password doesn't work, and it prompts me for a PIN that I forgot. When going through the recovery process, I received a code on a different email address and was asked for personal information I apparently entered when creating the account. Unfortunately, the phone number displayed for authentication is not mine, ending in 05 instead of 48. Even after entering the correct personal information, the system indicates it's incorrect or insufficient. I'm hesitant to reset the laptop to factory settings as I risk losing all my data. If anyone has suggestions on how I can resolve this issue without losing my information, I would greatly appreciate it.
