I recently purchased a pair of [redacted] sneakers and after wearing them only 3-4 times, the black bottom gripping sections began separating from the white base, rendering the sneakers unusable. Despite attempting to reattach the separated sections with G.E. silicone rubber caulking, they came apart again after just 2 wearings. This issue has occurred with previous New Balance sneakers I have purchased. I would like to send them to you for inspection to determine the underlying problem. I have been a loyal New Balance customer for many years and hope to continue, but I believe there may be a manufacturing problem. I kindly request that these sneakers be replaced with a similar pair that will not deteriorate after only a few wearings. Thank you, Marvin Fisher.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase of the latest edition of black New Balance sneakers, received as a Christmas gift from my wife just over a month ago. I have noticed some small holes on the suede part around the shoe. I am hoping this is a manufacturing defect as it is unusual for a reputable brand like yours. The store Courir has been unhelpful, hence why I am contacting you in the hopes of resolving this issue. Hola, me gustaría presentar una queja sobre un producto que compré hace unos 3 meses. Llevo un mes intentando hacer la queja, pero no he podido encontrar el número de pedido. Compré unas zapatillas de New Balance que se rompieron en ambos lados de la parte delantera. Desde que ocurrió esto, no las he podido usar. Al principio vi un pequeño desgarre en uno de los puntos de rotura, pero no le di importancia. Sin embargo, al día siguiente, estaban destrozadas. No tengo el número de pedido porque eliminé el correo electrónico que lo contenía, pero realicé la compra en la página oficial de New Balance y no tengo una cuenta. Me gustaría que verificaran en la base de datos si pueden encontrarlo. Estoy decepcionado de cómo unas zapatillas tan caras pueden deteriorarse tan rápido en un período de 2 a 3 meses.

I have been a loyal New Balance customer for over 10 years. I recently purchased the [redacted] women's tennis shoe with the stability bar but had a disappointing experience with the store. I returned twice to exchange the shoe for a different size due to tightness and discomfort. Despite explaining my wide foot and previous successful use of the [redacted] model, I was advised a regular size. After a second visit where my feet were measured uneven, I felt another style wouldn't offer the support I needed. Though the manager suggested trying more shoes, I felt it wouldn't solve my issue and requested a refund. I value quality shoes for my sensitive feet due to arthritis, and feel let down by the lack of understanding and customer service. Although I respect the return policy, I believe returning a product that doesn't meet my needs after multiple attempts should warrant a refund. Moving forward, I will seek a more attentive shoe provider. Disappointed and seeking better footwear options.

I used AfterPay to buy shoes for my son, but they didn't fit. Since the store didn't have the right size, I returned them. The store's policy says refunds go back to the original payment method. I got an email receipt confirming this. Surprisingly, I received a $[redacted].41 gift card instead. New Balance told me some stores can't refund the original payment method, but the policy doesn't say that. They won't cancel the gift card and refund me the original way I paid. AfterPay couldn't assist either. I'm not a regular customer at New Balance and I don't want to lose $[redacted].
