I recently purchased 2 Autumn sunflower wreaths from Irishily shop using PayPal. Unfortunately, I received 2 small wreaths that are not even close to what I ordered. They came with yellow and Spring flowers instead of sunflowers. I reached out to Kristy from customer service, who initially asked me to pay for return shipping or keep the wrong items with a 10% refund. After numerous emails, they offered to cover the return shipping costs or provide a 30% refund. The shop's website states free returns within 45 days, and as they sent incorrect items, I feel I shouldn't incur return expenses. Despite providing photos and a copy of my order confirmation, they claim the items are satisfactory. The mismatched wreaths are not what I paid $70 for and I believe customers shouldn't have to pay for the shop's mistakes. I seek assistance in resolving this issue.

I have been experiencing extreme elder abuse and theft by a member of my church. Despite reporting the situation, the church members have chosen to ignore the theft and abuse I have endured over nearly six years. The perpetrator, a woman from the church, took advantage of my kindness, stole most of my belongings, including personal items like lingerie, and refuses to return them. This individual has a prior criminal record of three and a half years that I was unaware of. The church has failed to assist me, possibly due to their relationship with the person in charge of the furniture ministry. I desperately need help, especially since I am 81 years old and have faced threats when trying to escape the situation. Please lend me a hand.

I recently signed up for Consumer Reports through PayPal. After realizing they didn't have reviews for the product I needed, I logged in and canceled the subscription. Upon trying to cancel the payment I had just made, I encountered login issues stating my information was incorrect. Despite verifying my email and password, the system still did not allow me to log in. Even after attempting the Forgot Password option, I continued to receive the same error message. It seems PayPal is having trouble recognizing my email address, which I've been using for years. When I tried to contact customer support, the response came in Turkish, a language I have some familiarity with but cannot read or speak fluently.

My eBay account for selling sports memorabilia got restricted. Even though all items were authentic and approved by eBay, PayPal placed limitations without explanation. Despite providing proof of purchase, my appeals were unsuccessful. As a result, I created new accounts to continue my business, but PayPal continued to impose restrictions on them as well.

I received over [redacted] € from eToro, but unfortunately, they transferred the money to my PayPal account, which is now restricted. I have been trying to reach someone since Friday, without success, even by phone. I wanted to open a trade as planned but ended up emptying my account. Now I can only follow the charts. Both my PayPal and bank accounts, where the money should be transferred, are secure. I have been a customer for years, but suddenly there are doubts about my identity. I purchased 5 tops from Dress Fashion on Oct. 9, [redacted], and they were delivered on Oct. 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, 4 of the tops did not fit me. I contacted Dress Fashion for a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Address to return the 4 tops for a refund of $[redacted].67. Despite multiple emails, they only offered a refund of $10.00 or eventually, $[redacted].00, stating that returning the items would be costly. I mentioned in the Dispute section that I wanted the full $[redacted].67 back for the 4 returned tops. PayPal authorized a $10.00 refund which is not acceptable. I am reopening the dispute to get the full refund or the total amount of $[redacted].35, suspecting a scam. I urge for a quick resolution. Thank you, Patricia J. DeMutis.

Hello, I'm Jiraphan, the seller. Jon Sharp, the buyer, at [redacted], has requested the necessary information to credit my account. I need to send the requested fee to the shipping agent. Once I do so and provide a scan receipt of the payment, the money will be credited to my account immediately for security purposes. Once I receive a confirmation email from PayPal® Team, I can withdraw the credited funds. Jon asked for 12,[redacted] baht to be sent to Fuangfa Arsa. I'm unsure if this agreement is valid. What steps should I take now?

I recently received two unexpected items without a packing slip or clear return address. Interestingly, I noticed other PayPal users have had similar experiences with this vendor. I'm curious to visit their website to learn more about the products and possibly find out what to do with the items. However, my attempts to locate the site using variations of "GetHuman" have been unsuccessful. Any suggestions on how to track down this website would be greatly appreciated. Despite the confusion, I must admit that I do like the items I received.

I received an email indicating a charge through PayPal for a purchase from COINBASE GLOBAL INC., which I did not authorize as I do not have a PayPal account. I would like to dispute this charge. The amount in question is $[redacted].99 for a JBL Speaker from Coinbase Global Inc. The email includes an invoice ID and contact information for PayPal Customer Support. I will need to open a dispute with the PayPal Resolution Center within 72 hours if I did not authorize this transaction. The email states that I should contact Customer Support for assistance or questions. It clarifies that replying to the email will not stop the charges and advises contacting Customer Support. Last week, my account was restricted on PayPal. I was requested to confirm my debit card and provide some documents. I submitted the necessary documents and attempted to confirm my card, but I did not receive a verification code despite being charged. I tried twice, resulting in two charges on my statement. I use online banking, and my transactions reflect immediately on my debit card statement, which I have provided for reference. I have already contacted PayPal customer service regarding this issue, but no resolution has been reached. I believe it's unfair to have my account restricted due to what appears to be a technical glitch on your end. If there are additional documents needed or any other steps I can take to remove the account restrictions, please advise.

However, only after completing the transaction did I realize it was from [redacted], a company based in China. When I checked the delivery status with the transport company, I was informed that my transaction number, 4FU94271M[redacted]T, did not exist. I didn't make any transcription errors as I used copy/paste. I have emailed the Chinese company twice but received no response. A friend has been talking about opening his own textile store. Despite not having an interest in textiles, I support my friend. He inquired about sending an invoice, and I informed him I would pay him when I received my funds, suggesting Friday as a suitable time. However, Friday and Saturday passed without any invoice. On Sunday night, I urged him to send it and threatened to forget if not received the next day. Coincidentally, just as I notified him, a PayPal payment request for $[redacted] appeared. I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account. I have a regular and a credit account. Someone sent money to my old account, and I can't transfer it. I bought 5 shirts from Nora Cora on 11/5/21 for $[redacted].15 using my Visa card via PayPal. I regret not researching this company first as the 4 items I received were not only poor quality but also did not fit. Reading reviews, I discovered a pattern of issues with Nora Cora involving no refunds, deceptive advertising, and low-quality items. Despite returning the clothes to the shipping address in Compton, CA, as it was the only one available, I am concerned about not getting a refund. I am inquiring about a payment made for a chair purchased on Facebook on September 23rd. My wife initiated the purchase, and during the payment process, it unexpectedly switched to PayPal. I have recently experienced a disappointing situation with an online purchase. I ordered a wig from Wigsis, an item that was both expensive and described as having intricate braids. Unfortunately, when the package finally arrived after numerous delays, the wig was of poor quality, had minimal braids, and did not resemble the picture on the website at all.
