I am seeking assistance in finding the live chat link for PA Unemployment. I have been attempting to contact them since June 2nd, [redacted], to no avail. Multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered, and the secure messaging system on the portal is not functioning correctly. Despite filing my claim on 6/9/[redacted], I have yet to receive any benefits due to an unresolved issue regarding my employment history, even though this information was provided during the initial claim. I am fully registered on PA Careerlink but am still facing difficulties. The work search requirements have resumed as of 7/11/[redacted], and I need clarification on how to proceed. I have tried to disclose my previous employment in New Jersey on my claim form but encountered technical issues. Despite my efforts to submit all necessary documents, I have received no requests for further information. I urgently need to get in touch with PA Unemployment to address these issues as my financial situation is dire. Thank you for your prompt attention. - Carly

Subject: Notification of Foreign Location - Code [redacted](d)(1) I usually utilize the ExpressVPN application for added security and make sure to disconnect it for location-specific websites. However, when submitting my weekly benefits claim for 18 July - 24 July, I unintentionally left my VPN active, causing a system alert indicating I was "out of the country" while filing for UC benefits. This is incorrect as I was in my usual Pennsylvania location. Typically, I use the Mozilla Firefox browser. I sent an explanation through [Issue Number [redacted]], but I have not received a response. Kindly assist in resolving this matter. Thank you, H.G. Thomas UI #[redacted]

I switched to PA PEUC at the end of May [redacted], but I haven't been able to file my weekly certification since then and I haven't received any payments. The letter I received confirmed I was financially eligible and just needed to keep filing. Despite no apparent issues, the PAT system claims there is a problem and instructs me to contact the main number. Unfortunately, I am unable to file online either and prefer using PAT. I've received several ticket numbers, made numerous calls without speaking to a specialist, and sent multiple emails with little response. Months have passed, and the issue remains unresolved, leaving me without any income. I just want to receive the payments I am owed.

Bikham, LLC (Employer Account Number [redacted]) is attempting to appeal a financial determination regarding unemployment eligibility for Christopher Stingel (SSN xxx-xx-[redacted]). The employee was terminated for cause following multiple unsatisfactory performance evaluations. Documentation shows communication provided to the employee for correcting deficiencies, which were not managed adequately, leading to termination. We believe this situation qualifies for relief from the unemployment charges. As per Section [redacted](e) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law, we have until December 8, [redacted], to file the appeal within 21 calendar days of the determination made on November 17, [redacted]. Due to difficulties accessing Form UC-44FR on your website and unsuccessful attempts to reach you by phone, this message serves as our official appeal request. We are willing to provide any additional information necessary.

Hello, I have been struggling to get assistance with my unemployment situation due to identity theft issues. I have requested to speak with a specific individual for help but have not received any guidance for months. I am feeling overwhelmed by the lack of support, and I am struggling to find employment due to my availability constraints. I need to reset my accounts to start fresh and require guidance on the appropriate steps to take with PUA, UC, and the system. It is vital for me to speak with a knowledgeable person to navigate through these challenges. The uncertainty and lack of assistance have added to my frustration, and I urgently need clear guidance to address these issues.

I would like to inquire about my claim status as I am receiving multiple requests for information to fill out with various reasons provided, even though I have only one claim number. My account has been on hold and has been in the processing stage for several months. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching the helpline for assistance. I would appreciate guidance on the necessary paperwork to complete and the steps required to expedite the process for the release of my payments. While it appears there is a hold on my account, the reason for this delay is unclear. Sincerely, S.

I reached out to the unemployment help email on January 7th to request backdating and assistance with the initial form. After noticing the 41-day delay warning, I refrained from sending follow-up emails. However, I later realized both emails were the same. The second email was sent on February 23rd. Finally, on Sunday, April 24th at 7:49 a.m., I received a response from the unemployment email. Unfortunately, the reply only addressed Appeals, not my original query. The lack of personalized assistance and only receiving generic responses has been frustrating. Communication seems limited to automated messages, and contacting a live person feels impossible. As I continue my job search, having access to unemployment benefits would greatly help during this challenging time.

Hello, I was approved for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) in Pennsylvania. I completed filing my initial week's claims, but I got locked out of the account linked to the unemployment service. I tried to verify my identity using the ID.me app, but couldn't reach anyone despite calling and emailing several times. Unfortunately, I never received any payments for my initial weeks. Now that the situation with the pandemic has improved, I hope to get through to someone for assistance. My name is Michael Rouwhorst, and I reside at [redacted] Parker Avenue Apt [redacted], Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. My date of birth is 12/18/[redacted], and the last four digits of my social security number are [redacted]. I am looking for guidance on restarting the process to receive the payments owed to me and my family. Thank you, Michael.

I was approved for PUA like many other Pennsylvanians, but I had to verify my identity through the ID.me app. Unfortunately, no matter how long I waited on hold, I could never get through to the phone interview to verify my identity. The original account I set up after completing my first batch of weeks was approved, but somehow, I got locked out of that email and bank account. Without being able to update my information or speak to anyone, I never received any money. I am unsure if someone claimed on my behalf and got paid. I am hopeful that I can now reach a live customer service representative from unemployment to guide me on what to do next. Additionally, I never received my ReliaCard. Our apartment's mailboxes were tampered with, leading me to get a PO Box. My family urgently needs this money, especially since my mom, a nurse, tested positive for COVID. I feel that deserving individuals like me should receive their PUA, especially when seeing others who may have scammed the system getting their payments.

I have been attempting to reach out via email to have my initial claim backdated as instructed. On January 7th, I sought assistance with filing the initial claim. The notification stated it may take up to 41 days, so I refrained from sending follow-up emails to avoid delays. Later, I discovered another email for unemployment help to request backdating, which I emailed in February. Unfortunately, it turns out it was the same address. Finally, on Sunday, April 24th at 7:49am, I received a reply from the unemployment help email, but it was unrelated to my query. The response addressed the appeal process instead. I am frustrated by the lack of progress since I never managed to file an initial claim due to the initial lack of support. Despite sending a follow-up email on April 24th, I have not received a response as of June 3rd. This situation is extremely exasperating.

I work for Rights Flaggers, and there are rainy and snowy days when I can't work. I'm attempting to apply for partial unemployment. I've been trying to reach them via phone without success. Online, I encounter issues due to high volume, getting pushed out of the application repeatedly. Despite numerous call attempts, I haven't received an answer. I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

I need to apply for unemployment benefits as my job ended on 12/9/22. I had an account with you back in 2[redacted], but I can't access it to file a new claim. However, I am unable to recall my username and password. Thank you for your assistance in this issue. Evelyn J Webb SSI# --- -- [redacted]

My tax return was recently reduced by $[redacted] by the State of Pennsylvania due to an apparent overpayment or fraud. I had resided in Pennsylvania a few years ago before moving to Georgia in either [redacted] or [redacted]. During my time in Pennsylvania, I believe someone may have wrongly claimed unemployment benefits using my information. I remember attempting to file for unemployment with a company named "Horizon" located on 34th Street in Philadelphia, but my application was denied. Following the denial, I relocated to Georgia. I only returned to Pennsylvania in [redacted]. I have a few inquiries: -Which company did I file for unemployment with and what was the amount in question? -In which year was the unemployment claim made and for how long was I receiving those benefits? -Can you provide the name of the bank where the funds from the unemployment were deposited?

Dear team, I updated my payment method to send my benefits to a new bank account, but I haven't received the deposit yet. I'm concerned that there may have been an error in the information entered. Can you kindly provide me with the routing number and account number on file to verify that they are correct? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and understanding the delay in my deposit. Thank you. Warm regards.
