I reserved a hotel room for my wedding in MS on 3/7/23. As a VIP member, I booked online for 3/22/23-3/24/23. I utilized express booking for $57.00 a night and specifically selected a pet-friendly option, but I received a non-pet-friendly hotel instead. This mistake was only discovered afterward, leaving me out $[redacted].00 with no accommodation for my wedding. Unable to get married in another state without a place to stay, this situation is jeopardizing my wedding plans. I reside in LA and urgently need to change hotels to ensure I have lodging for this important event. Your assistance in resolving this issue promptly is greatly appreciated. I have not yet received my refund for the seats I purchased but were not available. The email I received regarding this is below. Thank you. I recently worked with an agent named Magnus to book a Tulsa to Tampa round trip for Joyce Subhi and Mye Howard. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with my card being declined twice. Due to the urgent nature of the situation, I had to rebook the flight and hotel the evening before the trip. Despite trying to contact Magnus via calls and emails, I did not receive a response. In order to secure my bookings, I used a different bank card without confirmation from Magnus. As a result, I was charged twice by Priceline for the flight ($1,[redacted].78) and the hotel ($[redacted].12). I am seeking a refund for these duplicate payments. It is crucial for me to resolve this matter promptly.

I had a reservation at Days Inn Fairgrounds for March 10 and 11. Unfortunately, there was no Continental Breakfast, the lobby was closed, and the check-in process was through a window. Despite the offer of a refund, I proceeded to the room and found it unclean and lacking the amenities described in the advertisement. After speaking to the staff once more, I accepted the refund, but was given incorrect Priceline reference numbers. I am now seeking a refund of $[redacted].84. I decided to relocate to Motel 6 next door for the weekend.

Hello, my name is Chloe J., and I have been a loyal VIP member of Priceline for many years. I recently underwent surgery in New York City on 3/7/23 and needed a week-long stay until 3/18/23. I booked a supposed 4-star hotel, The Manhattan at Times Square, for this trip through Priceline. Upon arrival, I encountered numerous issues with the room, including a lack of towels, excessive heat, and a need for a refrigerator at an extra cost. The hotel room was disappointing with various maintenance and cleanliness issues. The hotel staff's service was lacking, and it was concerning to discover that the hotel was only rated as a 3-star establishment despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, the new staff member at the front desk mentioned that my reservation was only for one person and requested an additional $22 to accommodate my wife in the room. Despite presenting our confirmation number, he remained firm and insisted on the extra charge before providing us with a room. Exhausted from a long day of driving, we reluctantly paid the fee to settle in for the night. The following morning, the front desk attendant advised me to contact Priceline for a reimbursement.

I was informed that my payment didn't go through and is pending at Priceline's end. As a result, I was ejected from my room because they couldn't locate my reservation or confirmation number. They asked us to leave and left us out in the rain. I am requesting a refund for the room charge and the $30 deposit they are holding. The customer service representatives on the phone abruptly ended the call after a brief conversation without resolving the matter. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with this experience as I am now soaked and inconvenienced.

I recently stayed at an Extended Stay America Suites on February 25, [redacted], booked through Priceline. Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, particularly the bed. The hotel refunded the room charge to Priceline the following day. It has now been over three weeks, and Priceline has not issued the $84.97 refund to us. I kindly request a phone call to discuss this matter further, as we have been unable to reach anyone through the customer service line provided, only encountering an answering machine. Dear Priceline and Egypt Air, I am reaching out to you both regarding my ongoing struggle to reschedule my flight with booking reference: 3NWE9E issued on Feb 13, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts through emails and calls, I have not been successful so far. Egypt Air has not responded to any of my emails. I had a reservation for a trip on Saturday, March 18, [redacted], but the hotel booked was the wrong location. I contacted Priceline right away to cancel and rebook the correct hotel, but after hours of trying, I was told to wait until Monday for them to reach out to the hotel. Today, I received an email denying my refund request, stating the hotel doesn't allow refunds. Speaking directly with the hotel's manager, Rachel, she mentioned that the refund should come from Priceline since they have the card details. A Priceline representative explained that I can't get a refund until the hotel processes it. The manager, Rachel, couldn't issue the refund immediately due to a system issue. I plan to contact the hotel and Priceline again to resolve this frustrating situation as soon as possible.

I made a reservation a few days ago thinking I was booking with Marriott in Kingston, Jamaica, WI, but it was actually through Priceline. I never got a confirmation from Priceline, but I noticed a charge on my credit card. I am canceling the reservation now and asking for a complete refund. I recently received an email from Priceline regarding a flight to San Diego scheduled for April 6, [redacted], despite already having canceled the trip and actively seeking a refund. I booked a hotel through Expedia, and after being charged $[redacted].33, the app crashed. When I contacted the hotel, they confirmed my reservation for $[redacted].48, stating I booked through Priceline, not Expedia. Expedia did not provide a trip number or confirmation email for the payment.

I was mistakenly billed twice for the same night at America's Best Hotel in Lima, Ohio on 02-26-23. There were charges of $75.75 and $76.81 for the hotel fees, along with a $15.99 booking service fee. Despite not staying at the hotel, these charges appeared on my bill. I contacted Priceline on 03-21-23, who directed me to Booking.com. After providing Booking.com with a copy of the bill, I was advised by Jane N. to reach out to Priceline. I booked a room at the Baymont Wyndam hotel in Lakeland, Florida, for May 15 and 16, with a king-size bed, using Affirm for financing. I canceled the reservation through Priceline on February 15. However, the first payment to Affirm was still due on February 17. Priceline claims they didn't cancel the reservation with Affirm, and now I'm receiving dunning notices from them. This situation could negatively affect my credit score. Priceline must confirm with Affirm that the reservation has indeed been canceled.

The travel itinerary clearly stated that breakfast was included, which was a key factor in our purchase decision. Yesterday, I booked a rental car on Priceline.com but did not get a confirmation email. I attempted to book again, but it said there was already a reservation in my name. When I contacted customer service, the system could not locate my reservation and wouldn't transfer me to a representative. Fox Car Rental confirmed they have a reservation for me through Priceline. I wish to cancel this reservation so I can rebook and obtain a proper confirmation.

I made a reservation at a lodge in Cannon Beach, Oregon. Upon returning from dinner, I realized I didn't have my key and had to spend the night in my car. I am seeking a refund or a price adjustment as I didn't use the room. I tried contacting the management but only reached a recording. I plan to contact them again in the morning.
