I was playing on an iPad on Roblox when I came across a "free robux" offer that piqued my interest. I entered my password as prompted, and it seemed to work. However, shortly after, I discovered I had been kicked out of my account (cHiCkEnNuGgEtSaNdSnS) and am now using my backup account (misstiffany2007). I suspect my account was hacked, as I was unable to change my password even though I knew it was correct. Despite attempting to contact Roblox customer service multiple times, I have not yet called them. I am eager to regain access to my original account as I had acquired robux and created items I wish to preserve. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My account was suspended for 3 days, and it was reinstated via mobile phone yesterday. However, I'm now unable to log in to Roblox using my account (Cajunte). When I try to access it, I receive a message saying "Membership not approved" leading me to a white page. I have already cleared my cookies as instructed, but the issue persists. I've discovered that others facing the same problem mostly have Builders Club. It seems there is no solution without contacting Roblox directly. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Hello, I apologize for the oversight in my previous report. I neglected to mention my ROBLOX username, which is hvidi. I recently fell victim to a scam involving a Legitimate Fedora worth around 3,[redacted] ROBUX. The user 'Xezlo' deceived me by offering an item purportedly valued at "6k or 5k ROBUX" in exchange. Regrettably, I accepted the trade under false pretenses. I am seeking a refund or the retrieval of my item. If neither is possible, I kindly ask for appropriate action to be taken against 'Xezlo', such as a ban or another suitable penalty. It is disheartening to witness others being taken advantage of in a similar manner. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having trouble logging into my account on Roblox. I have tried reaching out to their support team multiple times without success. Unfortunately, calling Roblox is costly in my region. My account appears to have been hacked, as I could not reset my password even after trying through my parents' Gmail account. I have been waiting for days to receive the reset email, but it never arrived. My account username is Guest[redacted]99lol, and my password is lor.mun.yong, but I am unable to log in successfully.

I'm a user on Roblox under the username Zeoiltex. Recently, I purchased the "Director" rank gamepass for 4,[redacted] Robux in a roleplay group. The gamepass promised several features like the Director rank in the U.S. Secret Service, High Command Team at The White House, weapons, handcuffs, full access to the White House, and more. However, I haven't received everything that was advertised, such as electronic counter measures, tactical full shotgun, custom tactical uniform, and reliable access to the White House. I've attempted to contact the developers through Discord for a refund, but they have not responded. I believe this is a scam, especially considering the high cost of the gamepass. I'm requesting that the gamepass be removed from my inventory and a refund of my Robux be issued. Despite the no refund policy mentioned in the description, I feel it's justified due to not receiving the promised features and the lack of communication from the developers. Hello, I need assistance with my account. I recently uploaded a friend's song on Roblox, not realizing it contained swear words. I received a one-day ban and was supposed to be unbanned on December 30th at 12:45 AM. However, when I tried to access my account the next day, everything appears blank. For the past three years, I've been attempting to regain access to my old account, angieee_140, on Roblox. I enabled 2-Step Verification using an outdated email, which I discovered after logging out. I mistakenly trusted "roblox.gold" thinking it was affiliated with ROBLOX due to its similar login page. Upon realizing it wasn't, I panicked, restricting access to my account from other devices. This site seemed legitimate because messages were duplicated to all friends and groups, also redirecting me to ROBLOX promo codes. A friend inadvertently led me to the site through an automated message. Although I warned some friends about the scam, I grew tired and couldn't reach everyone. My main concern is recovering my account under the username CoolLittlegrimlock.

Hello, My child has another account, and the account is "KILANY2111." He made several purchases using my PayPal. Today, he couldn't access his account because the password was changed, indicating a possible hack. Email recovery is also not possible as I am unsure of which email is associated with my son's account. The account name, KILANY2111, and the use of "kilany" in all my family accounts and emails can confirm that it belongs to my son. I suspect the hacker changed both the password and email. I created the account catLovers196 when I was younger, but I let my sister set a passcode which I can no longer verify or remember. My sister has also forgotten it, and it has been two years since I made the account. I feel terrible because I have invested a lot into it. The account was created on an Apple device. I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my and another person's debit cards, made by my daughter, without our knowledge. These transactions, happening at the beginning of each month for the past 3 months, have raised concerns. Despite leaving voicemails, I have not received any response after attempting to contact your company regarding this matter. I encountered an issue while playing Roblox as it indicated that someone else was using my account. Therefore, I attempted to reset my password. However, upon accessing the settings to change my password, it prompted me to enter a pin, which I never set up initially. Subsequently, the individual who gained unauthorized access to my account set up a pin and even emailed me accusing me of taking their account. They also altered my email address. Thankfully, I managed to revert my email back to the original one. Despite my attempts, I was unable to change my password due to the pin set by the hacker. This situation has persisted for 3 years. Could you assist me in resetting the pin to regain control of my account?

Hello, I'm Toni Maclin and my Roblox username is Marshmellow870. On Saturday night at 10:16, my Roblox account was hacked. I was playing "Guess the Painting" with my friend @Maddyisthecutestgirl when my game suddenly disconnected with a message saying, "Disconnected; failed joining from another game." Confused, I checked my home page and it showed that I was playing "Escape the Facility," a game I haven't played since Christmas. When I tried to access my account settings, it said my session had timed out, redirecting me back to the home page. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't log in as it kept stating "incorrect password." I hope to regain access to my account soon.

My daughter recently acquired a new iPad and created a new account "fugeyfoxgamergirl123 (kids)" to transfer her valuable items from the old account "Lillianfaith1." Hello, my son's Roblox account "Slowsloth55" was apparently hacked or compromised. This happened after he made a direct trade with an account named "Pasturizations." The user of that account took my son's "Dominus Formidulosus" item without permission. My son is extremely upset as he used his Christmas money to acquire this item. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a resolution. My son suggests checking the Trade History of both accounts for evidence of this unauthorized trade. Additionally, there have been multiple reports of abuse from the account holder "Pastuizations." Thank you in advance for your assistance with this issue.
