Someone contacted me on Discord asking me to test a new game on Roblox. After following the link provided, my account got hacked and now I am unable to access it due to two-step verification being activated without my permission. I am worried that the hacker might access my friends' accounts as well. I just want my account (victoria_guay90) deleted as I no longer care about the items or Robux in it. I have proof that the account belongs to me and that someone contacted me on Discord about the game. Can you please assist me in deleting my account?

I recently received a ban notification accusing me of scamming, but I want to clarify that I did not engage in any such activity. I encountered an issue where the system mentioned my account was accessed from a different device, which I assumed was a minor glitch. However, the next day I discovered that my account was banned. I suspect a hacker may be involved, or perhaps my sister unknowingly accessed my account. My sister does not typically use my phone, so this situation is concerning. The email linked to my account is [redacted], which is my school email. Unfortunately, only students or teachers can email me using this address. This issue started last Friday while I was playing Adopt Me. The game notified me that someone else with my username had joined. I promptly changed my password, set up two-step verification, and signed out of all devices. However, when I tried to sign back in, I couldn't access my account and couldn't find the email in my Gmail. Now, the password I set no longer works, and none of my old passwords are successful. I'm puzzled about how someone accessed my account without me receiving an email. I am reaching out to Roblox for assistance in regaining access to my account.

I received a warning for a potential ban, despite not knowingly violating any rules. The only potentially offensive comment may have been in a private chat with a friend. I admit I made a joke about censorship, questioning why the word "child" was censored, though misspelled. I am genuinely confused how this could be deemed offensive. I hope you can clarify this issue to prevent my account, active since [redacted] with numerous Robux purchases, from being banned. My son had been tricked into running a javascript by someone which led to his Roblox account being compromised. The individual, identified as VerifyedVez with Discord ID im#[redacted], used a script called Dislike-bot (ROBLOX BETA) to access the account and make a purchase of the "Slender" shirt from Dragon Game Studio for 4,[redacted] robux, all the robux my son had in his account. We have taken steps to reset passwords, enable 2-step verification, and ensure security. My son's username is funroblox9999. I seek assistance in resolving this issue and urge for the removal/ban of the user to prevent further incidents. It's concerning when adults exploit children in online platforms like Roblox. Earlier today, my cousin attempted to access Roblox using a link she believed was the usual Roblox login page. However, after entering her password, an issue occurred. She has been hacked, and her password has been altered. She is concerned that her billing information and other private details may be compromised. Additionally, she has been playing Adopt Me for approximately 3 to 4 years, during which she accumulated numerous pets that have now been removed from her account. I tried to communicate with the hacker through my account but was only met with a demand for Robux. It is shocking that someone would stoop so low as to disrupt a child's progress in a game by hacking them. While we understand that her money and pets may be lost, changing the password to regain access to the account would be greatly appreciated. It appears that all items on the account are being transferred to a user with a bacon hair avatar whose name begins with a zero, and whenever I join their game, they promptly exit.

I was charged for a private server in a game I've never played or heard of. The VIP server was cancelled without a refund of the Robux. I did not make this purchase, so I changed my password and emailed customer support, but I have not received a reply yet. Earlier today around 10 am EST, I submitted an appeal for my banned Roblox account. The message I received stated that the account was moderated due to unauthorized or disputed charges by the billing account holder. I recently refunded some Robux, unaware that it was against the rules, with the last refund made in early February. I find it unreasonable to receive a ban without any prior warning. A few days ago, my Roblox account "Audrelic" got terminated for unauthorized billing issues. Since August, someone had been fraudulently using my account, making purchases through the "Apple refund method" for in-game currency. I was unaware of this activity, as I thought it was related to fund transfers or premium subscriptions. Upon reviewing my Robux history, I discovered multiple unauthorized transactions on my account. My Roblox account got permanently banned about a year ago, and I believe the reason is unjust. It happened while using Roblox Studio, where I innocently dragged and dropped an image that was mistakenly flagged as "Adult Content," resulting in an immediate ban without warning. Despite my attempts to contact support through emails and calls, I've only received automated responses or no response at all.
