I have two accounts, one main account under the username Nomedkun and an alternate account for playing only Royale High under the username Nomedsensei. I believe my Nomedsensei account has been hacked as I am unable to log in or change the password successfully. Each time I try to reset the password, it updates the password for the Nomedkun account instead. I am extremely worried as I have had the Nomedsensei account for several years, put in a lot of effort, and even spent money on it. I feel really upset and lost about what to do, especially since I've already had another account, Nomedchan, get hacked in the past. The similar usernames were a deliberate choice to avoid hacking, but now I am unable to access my Nomedsensei account for Royale High.

About a month ago, my account was hacked, and the hacker sent out a scam link to numerous recipients promising free Robux for avatar models. Fortunately, I managed to recover my account and change my password. Seeking help from support, I notified them of the incident and asked for advice on securing my account. Surprisingly, I was banned for a day shortly after. Despite my follow-up emails receiving no response for a few days, when they did reply after 4 days, it was a generic message showing no real engagement with my issue. I took steps to enhance security by adding an authenticator app and a parent PIN, yet my account was hacked again by the same individual, resulting in another ban. Recently, when I contacted support, they promptly replied only to state that my account was correctly banned for misleading others, deflecting from my request for assistance in securing my account. I am concerned about the lack of support and the ongoing hacking threats jeopardizing my account and the valuable items associated with it.

I require assistance as my account was compromised due to a cookie hack by another player. While playing a game, I agreed to 1v1 in Arsenal with a player I encountered. After exchanging Discords, he provided a link for a supposed VIP private server which failed to work initially. Despite several attempts, I couldn't access it. I informed him via Discord, then unfriended him and continued playing solo. Shortly after, I was unexpectedly logged out, and upon re-entry, I discovered my password had been altered, indicating a cookie hack. Feeling lost without the player's Discord or Roblox account details, I roamed various game servers on an alternate account until I eventually located him. Subsequently, we had a conversation via call where he menacingly threatened to sell my account unless I pay him real money to regain access. I was hacked a few days ago and changed my password. However, I got hacked again. Now, I can't access my Roblox account. When I try to change my password, my username is not showing up anymore, but someone else is using it. I tried entering my phone number, but it says a text has been sent to me, which I haven't received. My son, who is only 7, is upset as he hasn't been able to play for 2 days now. I contacted support, but they keep telling me to change my password, which I can't do because my username is not appearing.

Why did you ban my account midolm123? I got reported for something I didn't do. I never said anything bad about anyone, and the person misunderstood me. I don't speak Spanish and I'm not against anyone. Please, can you restore my account midolm123? Thank you! Do you even care that I might leave Roblox? It's becoming impossible. People report others for no reason, and if this continues, I will have to delete my account. Please, I want my account back immediately. Thank you, Roblox. I really like your game, but when people report others for no reason, it's frustrating. Other than that, I love Roblox. Thank you.

Recently, my account, kennyprox, was hacked, and I lost my valkyrie helmet. I acknowledge that I clicked on a suspicious link, leading to this issue. Despite this, I believe I should have my valkyrie helmet restored. I have been a loyal member of Roblox for four years, and I value the progress I have made. Hello Roblox community! I've been an avid player of Roblox for some time now and recently encountered a serious issue. Concerned about potential hacking, I enabled two-step verification for my Roblox account (Rileyover1). Unfortunately, when I logged out and attempted to log back in, I was prompted to check my email for further steps. Due to having multiple email accounts, I am unsure where the verification email was sent. If there is any way for me to verify my ownership of the account, I am willing to do so. I need help getting my Roblox account back. It was deleted a few months ago after my dad bought Robux for it. I'm not sure why it was removed, and I didn't receive an explanation. I feel terrible for my dad spending money on something that was suddenly gone. I've been told I can't get a refund, which is frustrating. I just want my account reinstated. I recently lost access to my old email account where my account was linked, as the device is broken. I now have a new device with a new email but am unable to log in to my account. My account username is (oofmaster7768). I believe my password was either 1$2$3$4$5$6 or ballpython. I have invested a significant amount of money in this account and am anxious about losing it. I recently got logged out of my Alex658943 account on Roblox. I had previously contacted Roblox because I forgot my password and they had me log out to create a new one. I accidentally entered random letters and my sister mentioned it might become my new password. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall it when I logged out to check. I attempted to purchase 2 Roblox cards, one for $25 and the other for $10. However, I received an email saying the transactions couldn't go through. I tried a couple more times with no success. After a while, I received confirmation that all 3 purchases were being processed, totaling to $[redacted]. Could you please cancel both of my orders?

Despite reaching out to customer support, I've only received automated responses that haven't resolved the issue even after waiting the specified 7-10 days. While playing Dahood, I encountered a player who promised money in exchange for buying a shirt from their inventory, but after purchasing the item, they didn't follow through. I now have an unwanted shirt stuck in my inventory and I'm unable to delete it. I'm seeking assistance on how I can remove it. Ideally, I would like a refund of my Robux, but if that's not possible, I would at least like to know how to remove the shirt from my inventory.

I am 12 years old and my username is (Wxird_Sxmp256). While playing a game with a friend, a girl asked to play Truth or Dare. She prompted me to kiss the hottest person in the game, and I questioned the idea in a light-hearted way as it's just a video game. I used anime emotion signs like "TvT" and "OvO" to express my feelings. However, she reported me for using these harmless signs, resulting in a ban. I have faced similar bans in the past for reasons that I believe are insignificant. I am seeking to have my account reinstated as I feel unjustly penalized for actions that are not inappropriate.

I encountered an issue with my Google Play balance while trying to make a purchase on Roblox. Initially, I had $28 credit, but after attempting a $10 purchase multiple times due to a "purchase unavailable" message, it deducted $20 in total from my Google Play balance. Unfortunately, despite the deductions, I did not receive the desired Robux. My Roblox username is nookangel. If this matter is not resolved, I may need to escalate it further. I am seeking to appeal the permanent ban of my Roblox account. I was unjustly banned. I manage a group with [redacted]+ members and have a team of developers to assist with operations. Unfortunately, one of the team members betrayed me by adding unauthorized content like GUIs and trolling scripts to our game. This action resulted in my account's deletion shortly after. I was unaware of these additions as I was informed by another developer afterward. I emphasize that I did not approve of any unauthorized content being added to our games. Hello, I purchased a card for my nephew, and unfortunately, he made an error when redeeming it. The ten dollars should have gone to Squidgamer1, but he forgot to include the "1" at the end, causing it to go to Squidgamer instead. Initially, everything was correct, and he had the ten dollars. However, after omitting the "1," he lost the amount. I guided him through the steps on the back of the card, and he received the ten dollars. Regrettably, without the "1," the funds were lost. The card number in question is RI-TDPJ-UBVM-W36K-WBQS. I am Kathy O. and I purchased this card earlier today.
