I am writing to report that my account was hacked, and over [redacted] robux were stolen and transferred to a group by someone using a fake username. My previous password was DustyDxwn, and my initial email on the account was [redacted] The phone number associated with the account should have been +1 [redacted]. I have invested over $[redacted] in this account and would like to enhance its security if I can regain access. The original email address and phone number were changed a while back and are now unrecoverable. The hacker used the username Seychelles, attempted to add a pin (which I removed), and has also targeted other accounts with similar pins. Unfortunately, I cannot change my password because the hacker changed my phone number and email address. I have provided sufficient verification details and can even provide the original pin if needed.

While playing my favorite game late at night, I encountered two individuals who began bullying and harassing me which led to me reporting them. Unfortunately, they must have reported me back as I ended up getting banned for a week, even though I didn't engage in any inappropriate behavior. I am hopeful that the individuals who were causing distress for me also faced consequences for their actions. All I want is to be unbanned and enjoy playing Roblox peacefully, especially my favorite game, Blocks Fruits, which I play regularly with my cousin. I have never experienced any trouble in the game before this incident, and I just want things to go back to normal so I can continue playing with my cousin without any disruptions.

My son has had a Roblox account for a long time without any issues until recently. He added credits from a Christmas gift card, but after logging in again, he discovered that his account was banned without any explanation from Roblox's support team. Despite my efforts to communicate with them, they requested an email from the blocked account, which is not feasible. My son is a responsible student with excellent grades (A+), and his teachers appreciate his willingness to assist others. He doesn't deserve this unjust banning. I'm requesting Roblox to refund only the credits he purchased before the ban, nothing additional.

After switching to a new home wifi network, I encountered issues accessing Roblox. Although I unblocked it from my network, the games still wouldn't open. Whenever I clicked play, an error message appeared saying, "Unable to fetch current version, an error occurred, and Roblox cannot continue." Even after reinstalling multiple times, the problem persisted. Interestingly, Roblox worked fine on my hotspot. I suspect it's a network-related problem. I had my dad verify the wifi settings, but the issue remained. To clarify, these problems arose immediately after switching to the new network. I've reached out to Roblox support without much help. I was playing a game called Eviction Notice when someone was being disrespectful to my friend. I intervened, but things escalated into violent threats. The next day, my Roblox account was deleted without warning. I reached out to Roblox support via email, but it's been 2-3 days with no response. I'm worried about losing all my progress, friends, and even some Robux I have collected since [redacted]. I admit my mistake but losing my account seems unfair given my clean record. I accidentally shared my account information with my best friend, who betrayed my trust by hacking into my account, changing the name, and potentially verifying it. I'm devastated because I had all my pets on there, and now I'm considering leaving Roblox. This experience has made me question my friendships, but it helped me realize who my true friends are. I was messing around with a girl on the game and she fell for a trade. After I joked around with her, she threatened to report me. She mentioned calling customer service and believing my account would be reinstated the next day. I was just teasing her, and she left the game before I could clarify it was a joke. I'm worried about my account being banned. I've invested a lot of money in this game and would like a refund if my account is banned. It was an innocent prank on someone I didn't know. Please, I hope my account won't be penalized for this harmless joke.

I would like to address the recent ban placed on my account for using phrases like 'changes her' or 'wraps towel around her' during a roleplay session in Bloxburg Roblox. I believe these expressions were innocent and related to taking care of a child. It is disheartening to be banned for what I consider innocent behavior. Unfortunately, today she is unable to access her account as it seems to have been taken over by another user who changed the password. I am experiencing an issue with my body scale settings. Despite my efforts to maximize the width, my female avatar appears thin and does not match the thickness I desire. Upon comparing with other female avatars, I noticed a significant difference in their proportions being much thicker than mine. I have attempted various solutions like redrawing, clearing cookies and cache, logging out, but the issue persists. Specifically, the arms, torsos, and legs remain slim when I am aiming for a thicker appearance. I recently experienced a security breach, and I believe I know who is responsible as I have evidence of our conversation where I asked them to stop accessing my account. This individual changed my account settings, including adding a PIN code and altering my display name. They even caused damage in a game using my account. I have reached out through emails and reports but have only received automated responses. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my account and specifically need help retrieving the PIN number so I can reset my password. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received a warning on Roblox for allegedly hacking. Consequently, they removed my purchased items, including 2x money and 2x mastery, each costing [redacted] robux. Unfortunately, they did not reimburse me for these. Subsequently, I was banned from the game. I admit to using hacks when I reached level [redacted], and I sincerely regret it. I am truly apologetic and would like to appeal for an unban on Blox Fruits. Additionally, I kindly request a refund for the 2x mastery and 2x money on Blox Fruits. On January 1st of this year, my account was hacked while playing a game called "Adopt Me." Everything was stolen, and I contacted support to see if there was a way to recover what was taken. I have all the necessary evidence. Today, I went to the police and reported the incident. They advised me to file a formal complaint. I would like to know if it's possible to get in touch with the developer of "Adopt Me" to inquire about any methods to retrieve my stolen items. The hacker tried to change the linked email address, which I have on my phone. In the morning, I received the usual email notification about the email change. I have contacted numerous times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance in resolving this matter. According to Roblox's policy, I have a 30-day window to recover my account after it was deleted. I have left several voicemails, and my guardian has also tried to provide the necessary information to address the problem. However, I have not received any response from Roblox. I urge you to review the voicemails left regarding the user "thezebrabread" and emails from [redacted] The account deletion was a mistake as we only intended to cancel the premium service. The deactivation of the card was due to personal reasons and not related to Roblox. My guardian was fully aware of the purchases, as stated in the voicemails. The claim that the charges were unauthorized or disputed is incorrect. I am dismayed by the lack of customer service from Roblox, especially as my account faces deletion without resolution. My username is thezebrabread. I request a prompt response to restore my account.

My Xbox and Roblox accounts got unlinked. My player name, Print770, resets my game progress when I try to play. I attempted to re-link my player, but Roblox is requesting a password which I never set up. I also tried signing up with the same username, Print770, but it says it's already in use, which is logical as it's my username. I'm frustrated and seeking help to recover my account as I've exhausted all my options and followed advice from forums and support pages with no success.

I received a Robux card for Christmas and attempted to redeem it on my tablet today without success. My brother assisted me by using his phone to redeem the card on the Roblox gift card page. However, after entering the code/pin and hitting redeem, the credit ended up in my brother's account despite being logged into my account. I have been trying to resolve this issue for quite some time now without any success. Back in April 11, [redacted], approximately 8 months ago, I encountered a concerning message regarding LGBTQ support. Later, upon accessing my Roblox account, hamdanalebei2008, I found out it had been terminated. I recently sold a limited item from the catalog, the Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat, for 12,[redacted] Robux (around 8,[redacted] after fees). However, when I checked my transactions page after the sale, there was no pending transaction visible. I've reached out to Roblox Customer Support and communicated with 2-3 different representatives through email. Unfortunately, none of them were able to assist me effectively. Despite providing screenshots of my transaction tab, the issue of the missing pending sale remains unresolved. Typically, Robux transactions of this size take about a week to process, but even after that time has passed, there's still no update. I'm hoping to receive support in locating the missing sale and receiving the Robux I earned, valued at approximately $[redacted].
