Hello, about two days ago, my Valorant account was hacked, and then the next day I was permanently banned for allegedly using Third Party software. My Riot ID is Hanemiya#Valhl. I've tried contacting Support, but my tickets seem to be ignored. I've invested a lot of time and money into the game. Although I still have access to the account, I can't log in due to the permanent ban. I hope we can reach a resolution as the account means a lot to me. It would be upsetting to face such penalties for something I haven't done before. Regards, Luca

Hello, I have contacted Riot multiple times as I have been eagerly anticipating Premier for weeks. I even took time off work to play it. A few days ago, I received an AFK penalty due to a tornado causing my internet to go out. I was unable to control the situation and even risked damaging my PC by trying to reset it to fix the issue caused by the lightning. I have not intentionally ruined anyone's game experience. Is there any assistance available to remove this penalty from Premier? Any help, such as providing a link to another support email or ticket, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. My account, which I've been using for many years, has been permanently banned, but I have never used any third-party software. Recently, I have only been playing Aram mode with my friends, without any third-party involvement. I am uncertain why my account was banned on the suspicion of using such software. I wish for a thorough investigation to understand this misunderstanding. I suspect that the ban may have been influenced by false reports, possibly related to racial discrimination due to my Chinese background. I ask for transparency in revealing the alleged use of third-party software to clear any confusion. My gaming pattern should reflect my innocence, as I primarily play with friends and never abruptly leave matches. I have also never acquired in-game items through unauthorized means. My attachment to this account is significant, and I genuinely hope for a resolution to this issue, considering my longtime dedication and investment in this game.

There are some frustrating players in low elo that can really make you dislike the game. As a mid laner, I frequently encounter Yuumi players who refuse to leave my side during the early game, leading to significant losses. It's disappointing that such behavior impacts my LP negatively. My in-game name is itayIA. Please review my recent game to understand the issue and take appropriate action against the player causing this disruption.

I recently encountered an issue where I was mistakenly banned for allegedly using third-party apps, even though I don't have any on my computer. When I reached out to the support team, I faced disbelief regarding my situation. Although I was supposed to be hardware banned, I can still play without issues as I do not engage in any cheating activities. Upon reviewing my account, I did not notice any suspicious logins from different countries. Initially, one support representative seemed willing to assist me in lifting the ban, but the situation changed when I was transferred to another agent who did not provide the help I needed.

I haven't played League of Legends in the last 5 years, but I received an email notification recently. This makes me concerned about any unauthorized activity on my account during this period. I had an issue with someone taking control of my account a few years back, which got resolved. However, if there has been any new activity, please investigate and take necessary actions. I attempted to recover my account but couldn't due to password issues or potential hacking. If no one has accessed my account, I can manage this myself. Regrettably, I couldn't submit a support ticket through the system as I can't recall my login details, and I prefer not to create a new account just for this inquiry. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received a permanent ban from the game due to using a second-hand PC I just purchased. Despite trying to address the issue when I first got banned, my appeals were only met with automated responses. I believe my case was unfairly handled, and I am now seeking assistance from a human operator to review my ban. I have proof of the purchase and I'm willing to provide it again. The ban appears to be related to the hardware of the "new" PC, and I was not informed about any issues by the seller. I hope for a fair reconsideration of my ban by a real person this time.

I received a one-week ban in competitive for being AFK due to my intermittent internet connection. This issue has occurred before, but the last incident was about 3-4 games ago. I believe this ban was unfair, so I reached out to Valorant support seeking clarification or a possible adjustment to my queue restriction. However, I only received an automated response from a bot stating they couldn't assist me. I am hoping for a human review of my situation to provide a detailed explanation of why the restriction was imposed and to inquire if it could be lessened, considering I only went AFK due to internet disruptions.
