My Shark vacuum model AV2511AE is no longer emptying the dust bin properly. I keep receiving notifications instructing me to clean the filters. I have thoroughly cleaned and replaced all filters in both the vacuum and the dock. I have also inspected for any obstructions in both the units, but none were found. I suspect the issue lies with the dock, as I only hear noise coming from the vacuum when it attempts to empty. I believe the vacuum unit is registered under the serial number AV251WAOUS. This unit was bought from Amazon in November [redacted]. Dan K.

My Shark DuoClean vacuum cleaner is making a noise from the vacuum head, although it is still picking up debris. I have cleaned the head thoroughly and confirmed that there are no blockages or hair clogs. Despite these efforts, the vacuum continues to make an awful noise. I've owned the vacuum for some time now, and it appears to be out of the warranty period. I attempted to order a new vacuum head, but they are currently out of stock. This experience has left me feeling disappointed with the vacuum's performance. It seems there might be an issue specifically with the DuoClean heads. Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this problem?

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a shark vacuum I purchased through QVC in January [redacted]. The model number is Q5100QBL and the serial number is K22Q6607Z2F8. I noticed that after only a few uses, the suction of the vacuum stopped working and the motor housing became very warm, indicating a motor failure. This is concerning as I had recently finished paying it off. I have always been a satisfied customer of shark/ninja products and own several of them, but this sudden malfunction has made me hesitant to purchase more in the future. My robot keeps showing error #7 about falling off a cliff, but there's nothing for it to fall off of in my home. Even after cleaning the sensors with rubbing alcohol and maintaining it well, now the WiFi isn't working. I had to manually press Clean for it to start, but it only completed some cleaning. Upon returning to the dock, it just spun around and couldn't dock properly, leading me to manually place it back on the docking station.

Our robot vacuum hasn't been functional since we unboxed it over the weekend. Despite attempting to charge it, the red battery light blinks while the led lights flash white. The base lights up and emits a vacuum sound when plugged in, with the lightning bolt indicating it's "charging," but it fails to actually charge. We've tested different charging methods and outlets without success over a week of attempts. This situation with our pricey vacuum is incredibly frustrating. Technical support has proved unhelpful so far. I attempted to request a replacement through Amazon to get the same model that functions properly. However, Amazon's system doesn't currently allow me to replace the item. If I return it, I may lose out on the Amazon Prime Deal I originally purchased it with.

On July 20th, I purchased the Shark Stratus vacuum expecting to receive a free steam mop. However, I quickly discovered that the steam mop does not work on rugs. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel and order the correct product I needed, but was told it was too late to cancel and that I would have to wait for the delivery and then process a refund. Despite refusing the deliveries as advised by the postmaster for a quicker turnaround, the package was still sent to California and had to be returned. It's now September 5th, and I have been trying to get my refund of $[redacted].95 since July. I have made numerous calls and inquiries to no avail. This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience and distress. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Shark products for the past 8 years and have always been satisfied. However, my current vacuum's suction is lacking, and it doesn't pick up anything. I bought it at Walmart and will attach the receipt to this email. I would appreciate a refund so I can try a different model. I am disappointed as I usually love your products and have proof of purchase with my receipts.
