I am frustrated with the constant issue of missed home delivery newspapers. Despite being reassured of a delivery, the paper never arrives. I have been a loyal customer for 18 years and this problem persists each winter when I return. I received deliveries on 12/6 and 12/7 but none on 12/8. I understand the digital option but prefer a physical newspaper while in Florida. Please ensure a fix for this recurring issue at [redacted] Ashland Place, D [redacted], Delray Beach, FL. This problem occurs annually and needs resolution.

Today is Saturday, December 11, [redacted], and I did not receive the newspaper. After contacting customer service, they promised a replacement by noon, which I have yet to receive as it is now 1:30PM. I kindly request to be credited for the missed newspaper delivery today. Additionally, I would appreciate if the delivery could be brought to my apartment door at apt #[redacted], located at [redacted] SW 15th Street, Deerfield Beach, FL [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I have not received any newspapers for the last two days, including the Sunday paper. We have been loyal Sun Sentinel 7-day-a-week customers for many years, and this is unacceptable. It seems like the delivery service in our development, Lauderdale West, Plantation, has been poor as no one has received papers in the past two days. I have called the [redacted] number each day, but despite being promised a replacement paper by 11:30 AM, nothing has arrived. Our previous carrier was Brian Cyril. I respectfully request an explanation, a credit on my account, and consistent daily delivery of my paper. Eugene R., [redacted] NW 10th St., Plantation, Fl. Account number [redacted].

I signed up for the Wednesday and Sunday "Snowbird" special on 12/17/[redacted], but I have not received any papers yet. Despite several calls to customer service, my papers have not been delivered. No one has confirmed my address which is [redacted] Poinciana Place #[redacted], Pine Island Ridge, Davie, Florida, [redacted]. Please credit me for the missed papers. If I do not receive the Sunday paper, kindly cancel my subscription without any charges as I have not received any papers yet. Thank you. Sumner

I subscribed to the monthly service on December 12, but since then I have only received seven papers. The delivery person has been inconsistent, missing deliveries on Christmas and New Year's weekends. Despite requesting a replacement paper, none has been provided. The service has been deplorable, and the representative's promise of a supervisor calling has not been fulfilled. I prefer a physical paper over a credit for missed deliveries, as the credited papers lack sections like business, comics, puzzles, and sports. For 62 years, I have enjoyed reading the paper in Pompano, including the Sun-Toddler. Please address the delivery issues promptly, as reading the paper and doing the puzzles is a highlight of my day. If necessary, I will contact the Miami Herald for delivery services. Kindly resolve this problematic delivery situation at [redacted] Lake Merritt Dr., Apt. [redacted], West Palm Beach, [redacted].

I placed an order for the paper on December 12th and made the payment. Since then, I have only received seven or eight papers. It is now January 6th, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The delivery person did not work during Christmas and New Year's weekend, leaving me without replacement papers. I have had to call every day to request a paper, but the delivery person either does not show up, is lazy, or lacks work ethic. I have been a customer for 62 years and used to receive the paper in Pompano, even the Sun Tattler. I do not want credit; I want the paper with its coupons, funnies, word jumble, brain teasers, business section, and sports. I find joy in reading the paper every day, but the service has been terrible. The service person keeps promising that a supervisor will call me, but I never receive any calls. If this issue is not resolved within a week by hiring someone with a good work ethic, I will switch to the Miami Herald. I am fed up with the Sun-Sentinel delivery service. My contact details are as follows: home phone [redacted], cell phone [redacted]. My address is [redacted] Lake Meryl Dr #[redacted], Golden Lakes Condominium Village. This is Billy Williams, and I hope this matter will be addressed promptly.

I have contacted customer service four times regarding delivery issues. Despite assurances that my missing Sunday papers would be delivered, they never arrived. Most recently, last Friday's paper did not show up, and today's paper is also missing. Each time I called, I struggled to understand the representatives. I requested a district delivery service representative to contact me, as well as a management representative in the United States, but no one reached out. I am beyond frustrated; I am truly annoyed by this situation. I can be reached at [redacted], and my name is Steven Lent of [redacted] Double Eagle Trail. As a loyal reader who values receiving a physical newspaper, I expect better service from The Sun Sentinel.

For the past few months, we've experienced terrible delivery issues with our Sun Sentinel and NY Post subscriptions, spanning two decades. Lately, the papers are consistently delivered after 11:00 AM, with Sunday deliveries even later. On three occasions, a paper was missed, only to receive two the next day - one from the previous day and one current issue. Despite numerous calls to Customer Service in the Philippines, we've been assured the problem would be resolved and that the distribution center would contact us, but to no avail. Our daily routine of enjoying morning coffee with the papers has been disrupted since they arrive after 11:00 AM, rendering them a waste of time and money. Despite persistent pleas for a resolution, no action has been taken from the Philippines. After two decades, we are contemplating canceling this service as it has become futile. We reside in Boca Woods, Boca Raton, and Lloyd Harriott, our delivery person, can be reached at [redacted], but his mailbox is always full. This consistent tardiness may be linked to his personal business, impacting our delivery schedule. We urge for a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue, as no one else has been able to address it satisfactorily.

I have encountered issues with my paper delivery. When I contact the office to request a replacement, I am assured it will be delivered by noon but often receive no paper. Upon calling back, I am connected with individuals overseas, and language barriers make communication difficult. They repeatedly apologize and assure me the issue will be resolved, which I find frustrating, as the problem persists. I did not receive yesterday's paper, dated Sunday, February 13, [redacted]. I am hoping for appropriate compensation. I prefer speaking with US-based customer service representatives and would appreciate phone calls over texts.

I am William C. from Boca Raton, a loyal customer of Sun/Sentinel newspaper. I have been facing serious issues with paper delivery, with 13 out of 18 days missing so far. Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same generic response promising a resolution by the next day, but the problem persists. I not only miss out on my Sunday paper but also the TV Guide that comes with it. This ongoing problem has prompted me to consider reaching out to various news companies to uncover this apparent scam. Speaking to neighbors confirms they are experiencing the same frustrations. Businesses advertising in the paper are also affected by this negligence. I am prepared to escalate this issue if it is not resolved promptly, as the media loves exposing scandals like this. You have one day to rectify the situation before further action is taken.

Subject: Delivery Issues with Sun Sentinel Newspaper I would like this message to reach Mr. Thomas S. Ricketts and Mr. Gary Weitman, Chief of the Communications Office. I believe they should be informed of the ongoing situation with the Sun Sentinel Newspaper in Broward County. I sent a check for $32.13 on January 1 to the Sun Sentinel Office for 26 weeks of Wednesday and Sunday newspaper delivery. Despite the check being cashed, I have only received one newspaper each for Wednesday and Sunday. Despite contacting the local office multiple times and being assured that it would be resolved, no action has been taken. It's worth noting that the individuals I spoke with did not appear to be in the U.S. The newspaper cashed my check but failed to deliver as promised. I expect to receive what I paid for and would appreciate a solution or a refund if unable to deliver. Sincerely, Janet Thompson

I have a story about an elderly couple who are facing challenges with their condo association not having enough power. After living in the building for 15 years, they tried to secure $1 million in life insurance and homeowners insurance, but it was costly. The homeowners insurance would be $[redacted] a year, which is a lot for them. I reached out to the agent who finally found a company to provide the insurance, but it's expensive. The condo association only offered $[redacted],[redacted] in coverage, and there were limitations in the contract. My name is Dorothy Odierno, and I can be reached at [redacted]. My husband, W. Odierno, and I live at [redacted] Burningwood Dr., Apt. [redacted], Boca Raton, FL [redacted]. I believe this would be an interesting story to share about the challenges faced by residents in Boca Raton.

I have not received the Sunday paper on 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, or 5/22. This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating, and the lack of customer service exacerbates the problem. Despite my attempts to report the missing papers, the prerecorded message attributing delays to production issues offers no resolution as the paper never arrives post-10 AM. Frustratingly, both my neighbor and I are experiencing the same delivery problem. While I understand digital options exist, I prefer a physical copy. If a solution cannot be found, please ensure I am credited for the undelivered Sunday editions. Clear communication and reliability are key to satisfying customers, especially when disparities exist between different neighborhoods' delivery experiences.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my newspaper delivery. For the past two months, I have not been receiving my paper regularly. The automated system is not helpful as it does not understand my concerns. Despite speaking clearly, it keeps repeating that it does not understand. This sudden decline in service is unacceptable after twenty years of reliable delivery. It seems like there may be a new delivery person who is not completing the job correctly. I have paid for my subscription until September [redacted], yet I am not receiving the papers I paid for. I expect timely delivery before 7:00 a.m. each day, like it was for the past twenty years. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with the lack of response and assistance when I raise my concerns. It is time for the newspaper to address this issue promptly.

Lately, I've been having consistent issues with the newspaper not being delivered daily. On a recent Sunday, the paper was thrown into my yard, hitting and breaking my front wall's security light. I replaced it at a cost of $50. Even though I don't expect a refund, I couldn't help but feel this was in retaliation for the broken light. Today, I found yesterday's paper on my side yard, requiring a search. My driveway was clear, but today's paper was missing. I reported this through the phone system. I've been a paying customer for many years, as I previously mentioned in a complaint. Is it too much to ask for better service?

I made payments of $66.70 on 12/3/21 and 12/30/21 for my mother's newspaper subscription. However, she has not received the paper since 12/20/21, which is almost 7 months now. Despite contacting customer service 15 times, all we receive are standard responses saying the issue will be escalated to the subscription department. We continue to receive bills monthly, and today we even received a call threatening to stop delivery if we don't pay $9.70. My mother has relied on this paper for 20 years, so this lack of service is unacceptable. Dealing with customer service representatives in the Philippines who stick to scripts has been frustrating. I want to either get a refund of $[redacted].40 or, more importantly, ensure my mother receives her daily paper again since she depends on it for staying connected to the world. I hope to resolve this matter promptly. Please reach out to me with a solution. Best, Jeff Luther

I am disappointed to report that once again we did not receive our print edition of the paper today. This has happened multiple times this year, and I am unsure if the distance of the delivery person's residence from ours plays a role or if they do not always receive enough copies for distribution. Nevertheless, this recurring issue is frustrating, and I kindly request assistance in resolving it. Thanks for your help. Anne S. [redacted] Lindsey Ct, Wellington, FL [redacted]

I have been contacting your office daily for the past two weeks, except for last Friday due to illness. Despite speaking with supervisors each time, my delivery issue remains unresolved. My account notes specify that the newspaper should be placed on the driveway 10 feet to the left of the lamp post, which is challenging when there is standing water in the swale at the end of the driveway. I wonder if instructing the delivery person to place the newspaper to the left of my SUV on the driveway, away from the sprinklers, might be a solution. Your help in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated. Robin R. from Plantation, FL. [redacted].

I did not receive the newspaper again today, despite repeated delivery issues in the past. A few days ago, I called and encountered a recording mentioning a processing problem until 10 am. When I followed up around 11 am due to non-delivery, the representative said it was too late for delivery. However, I insisted on receiving the paper as the delay was not my fault. I was promised delivery, which did not happen. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and support, especially considering the long-standing relationship we have had as customers. Online access is not a suitable substitute for the physical paper delivery I prefer. Customer service seems nonexistent at this point.

Subject: Urgent Delivery Issue Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out in desperation for your assistance. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, and at 96 years old, I rely on my daily newspaper and crossword puzzles to stay engaged. However, for the past 8 days, I have not received my paper without contacting customer service due to ongoing delivery issues spanning the last six months. I respectfully request a change of carriers as the current situation is highly inconvenient for me. Every time I call, the language barrier with the Philippine-based customer service representatives compounds the problem as I am hearing impaired. It is disheartening for me to make multiple trips with my walker to check for the paper every day, only to find it missing yet again. I have contacted local news channels for help but wanted to give your service one last chance to rectify the situation. My caretaker, John D., can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] for further assistance. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Rose D.
