Hello, my name is Christine. I received a $[redacted] bill from your company, but I do not have a subscription with you. I have canceled the credit card linked to the account, which I cannot locate. I suspect my granddaughter, Shalynn Hemmer, may have set up the account using a Gmail address she no longer has access to. We are trying to cancel the subscription and update the billing information on the new card. Can you please assist me via email or live chat to resolve this matter? Thank you.

I urgently need to cancel my order that was charged $20.00 to my provider's Mastercard ending in [redacted]. The transaction occurred on Sunday, October 22nd at 4:53 am and was unauthorized. My name is Rosemary S. As a single mother, I need that money back. I suspect my card details were stolen, and I am considering legal action. Please provide me with the recipient's address and any other relevant information. Kindly reimburse the $20 as soon as possible as I need it to drive my son to school tomorrow. Thank you.
