I recently placed an online order under the name Devansh with Order Number #[redacted]. Despite ordering vegetarian food, when I received my order and brought it home, all the items contained meat. Upon contacting the store, the person I spoke to claimed they couldn't find my order and was extremely unhelpful, even hanging up on me. The individual identified themselves as the manager and demonstrated disrespectful behavior and poor customer service. It is disappointing that instead of addressing the mistake, the manager argued about the order not existing under my name or number. Our loyalty to this establishment over the years makes this situation even more disheartening. Having meat in my food is not permissible in my area and is highly unsatisfactory. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and ensure such incidents do not occur with me or any other valued customers.

Twice this week, I encountered an issue at the Taco Bell drive-thru late at night where they claimed their servers were down and couldn't take my order. Despite this, other customers both ahead and behind me were served. Last night, I decided to wait and eventually got my food after rejoining the line. However, when I wanted to make a complaint and participate in the survey, I couldn't find the contact information on the receipt. The address provided didn't seem to lead to the Taco Bell website, and the survey code on the receipt was also unclear, possibly smudged or illegible.

I've had two odd experiences this week at Taco Bell drive-thru late at night. They claimed their servers were down and couldn't take my order, yet the cars before and after me were served. Last night, I waited and tried again. The receipt was strange - instead of taco bell.com, it displayed a different unclear web address. Additionally, the beginning of the survey code was smudged and hard to read.

I placed an online food order, but unfortunately, when I collected it, all the items were cold. My ticket number is [redacted]. I tried calling to address the issue on Sunday, June 4th. When I spoke to the manager, she told me she couldn't help because she wasn't the manager on duty that night. She insisted that I call back on Tuesday to speak with her superior. I believe that as a manager, she should have been able to assist regardless of her shift. I found her response to be very rude.

I recently visited the Taco Bell on North College Road in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. I ordered a Bacon Crunchwrap and a Cinnabon Delights Coffee, but the staff was rude and claimed they didn't carry the coffee, despite my past experiences with them lying about being out of coffee. This time, they even yelled and cursed at me. This behavior is unacceptable. I hope management can address these issues and ensure better customer service.

I placed an order through the app, but even though the app indicated that the food had been delivered, I never received it. When I contacted the store, I was informed that the driver had behaved strangely, claiming to have called me while still at the store, though I never received a call. The store referred me to customer service, where three different representatives assured me that I would receive a full refund. However, nearly a month has passed, and I have yet to receive either my money or the ordered food. Despite promises of a confirmation email and refund, I have not received any communication, even after checking my spam folder. In my recent call today, I realized that each time I contact the supposed customer service, I am directed to the same office, where the staff answering the phone seem to be treating the issue lightly, even laughing. I am determined to have my money reimbursed and to see consequences for both the driver and the unhelpful employees.

I visited the Racine, Wisconsin, Washington location on 6-11-23 around 1:00 pm. The store was dirty, with no straws or sugar/sweeteners available. When I asked for a straw, I noticed 5 employees not paying attention to the waiting customers. Shockingly, one employee was sitting on the cutting board, vaping and looking at his phone. I had already paid for my food, or else I would have left. It's concerning to see an employee sitting where food is prepared. I plan to report this to the health authorities soon. This is my first time writing to a food service company, as this experience was unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location and may avoid Taco Bell altogether in the future. Upon arrival, I was told the location was closed and my order wasn't ready. The staff couldn't issue a refund since I ordered online. I'm missing two items from my recent order at the Haverhill MA Main St location. We went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago. Unfortunately, when my fiance got home, we realized two items were missing. Typically, we trust Taco Bell and didn't check the order before leaving. Additionally, the hard taco shells we did receive were crushed. This isn't the first time we've had problems with this location, and they never seem to address complaints or offer solutions. The employees are consistently rude when these issues are brought to their attention.

I purchased 12 tacos and a burrito supreme from the Blanchard Taco Bell location in Blanchard, Oklahoma. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the tacos were poorly made with no meat, lettuce, or cheese, and were rolled up like tiny burritos. The total for the 12 tacos and the burrito supreme came to around $27.85, which I paid in cash around 6:30 or 7:30 pm.

I placed an order on the app on Tuesday, 6/20. When I submitted my payment, it said internal server error. I refreshed and paid again, but was charged twice. When I picked up my order, they informed me I had 2 orders, but I only needed 1. I never received a refund for the second order, which cost $6.49. Today around 7:15 am, I went to the same location for breakfast using the mobile app. Upon arrival, I was told to wait 5 more minutes as they were behind schedule. I used a reward for a sausage quesadilla and paid $2.16. I kindly request a refund for these 2 orders.

I made a purchase through the Taco Bell app, and everything was fine until I couldn't track my order. I didn't receive an email about it either. After calling the store, they informed me that my order was picked up, but I never received it. I spent $20 on the app-exclusive Build Your Own Deluxe Box, which was supposed to cost around $10, but additional fees increased the total to $20. This is why I had stopped eating at Taco Bell in the first place. The employees seemed indifferent. The store personnel suggested I reorder, but I just want a refund. I'm concerned about the possibility of my food being tampered with. If something happened, I will take legal action.

I placed an order through the app last night between 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm. The store only gave me half of my order, and it was terrible - cold, and I even found a damaged roach in my soft taco. It's definitely a health code violation and simply disgusting. Having worked as a manager at McDonald's for 3 years, I know there is no excuse for serving old, cold food. Additionally, finding an insect in my food is unacceptable and poses a serious risk of closure by the health department. I was still charged for this unacceptable order, which I promptly threw away after discovering the bug. Two quesadillas were also missing. This was my worst experience with Taco Bell. On June 12, I placed an order (Order No. [redacted]) through the Taco Bell app. The order included a Power Menu Bowl with steak, Chile Verde sauce on the side, two packs of Cinnabon Delights (totaling four pieces), and a complimentary nachos fries with cheese using an in-app reward. Unfortunately, the order had difficulties reaching the store, resulting in delays and miscommunication with delivery personnel. Despite the order being picked up for delivery, it never made it to my door, leaving me without my meal. I have reported this issue through the in-app messaging system but have not received any follow-up, despite requesting one. Since moving to North Carolina two months ago, I have been constantly frustrated with the Taco Bell app. Despite our weekly visits, we struggle to place orders as the restaurant employees can't handle "Online Exclusives" if it's an app issue. I've tried updating the app to no avail. This app is by far the most aggravating one I've ever dealt with! Is there a solution to this problem? The staff at the restaurant provided a very unpleasant experience when my friend and I received our food. They were confrontational, making it hard for us to enjoy our meal. One individual claimed to be a manager, but he did not act like one. We requested to speak to the actual manager, but were not given the opportunity. We decided not to eat the food out of concern that it may have been tampered with, especially given the smirks from the staff. I am reaching out to request a refund since we did not consume anything. I did not receive a receipt, but I have all the items in the bag, and I am confident that the purchase can be traced back as it was from last night.
