I purchased two sets of tickets for Chris Daughtry, one for seats that I had already sold and another for the PIT. The show was postponed two days before the event, and only the sold tickets are showing on my app after the rescheduling. I still have the proof of purchase and order number for the PIT tickets I intend to use. Ticketmaster has not responded to my inquiries, leaving me frustrated. I also hold tickets for Matchbox 20 in July, which are displaying correctly.

I am a college student who allowed my autistic brother (8) to use my phone to watch YouTube. While using the phone, he accidentally ordered tickets that showed up on the Safari browser where I had been looking at blue October tickets for my mom’s Christmas gift. The incident has left me in a difficult financial situation as he unknowingly used my PayPal information stored in the phone, wiping out most of my funds meant for food and Christmas presents. I have been dealing with this emotional situation for days and attempted to dispute the charges with my bank, but unfortunately, they cited Ticketmaster's policy and rejected my claim. I have also initiated a dispute with PayPal in hopes of resolving this issue.

I have received tickets for an event tonight that were transferred to me. The address is correct, and I have the confirmation email from the friend who sent them. I attempted to log into my Ticketmaster account with the same email, but it prompted me to update my password. After trying to change it, I received an error message stating, "We Need to Try Your Request Again." I am unable to access my account or receive the link to change my password. My daughter purchased tickets for the Maroon 5 concert, which was later canceled. We received a notification stating, "Your event has been cancelled: A refund is in progress." This notification was received in April, and we have yet to receive the refund. Contacting a representative has been challenging, and I am seeking clarification. The concert was scheduled to take place in Oklahoma City but was ultimately canceled. The notification indicated that no action was necessary to receive a refund, but as of now, we have not been refunded.

I was informed that I could receive a refund due to the change in the age limit. Despite following the process and requesting the refund on November 26th at 7 a.m., I have yet to receive it. The communication with ticketstoday has been unsatisfactory, and even after reaching out to my bank to file a claim, the issue remains unresolved. The last contact from a representative was on November 30th, advising me to close the claim with my financial institution to receive the refund. However, since then, there has been no response despite my daily efforts to contact them. My claim was mysteriously reversed, with the explanation being that I didn't reach out, which has been challenging given the lack of response to calls and emails. This ongoing situation has caused significant frustration since October, and despite attempting to request a refund again, the lack of communication persists as the concert approaches on the 10th.

I was reviewing the ticket prices and noticed a significant drop in the cost of my seat. I initially purchased it for $[redacted], but now it's listed at $50, with better seats available for $[redacted]. I bought tickets for the Kanye West event that are situated high up in the venue, and each ticket cost me around $[redacted]. Hello, I wanted to inform you that we recently organized a resident event giveaway featuring two tickets plus a parking pass for the upcoming Kansas City Chiefs VS Raiders game on the 12th. Unfortunately, both my boss and I have been experiencing difficulties reaching out to the correct contact person regarding this matter. To provide a brief overview, we are currently unable to locate the tickets for the event. While my boss still has the receipt for the tickets, they do not appear on any of our accounts. The issue arises from the fact that the account that was initially used to purchase the tickets seems to have disappeared from Ticketmaster. Consequently, my boss had to recreate an account using the same email address, resulting in the tickets being unavailable on the new account. I purchased tickets for an event on December 9th at $[redacted] each. Subsequently, the ticket prices dropped to $[redacted] each. Despite my attempts to contact the company multiple times, I have not received a response regarding this issue. I am seeking clarification on how the $[redacted] price difference will be addressed. I believe it is unfair that I paid $[redacted] per ticket while the same section is now priced at $[redacted]. This situation seems suspicious, and the lack of communication is concerning. I am requesting a refund of the $[redacted] difference or to be relocated to a seating area closer to the stage.

I bought two tickets for Hamilton at the Morrison Center in Boise, Idaho on August 20, [redacted]. I am having trouble accessing my Ticketmaster account despite multiple password reset attempts that are not working. I would like to receive my tickets in a print format. I pre-registered for Adele tickets and followed the online directions. I successfully selected 4 tickets at $[redacted] each, but during checkout, my credit card was flagged by Discover for potential fraud ($2,[redacted] purchase). Discover verified the purchase, but my order was canceled, and I missed out on the tickets. Resale prices are now exorbitant. The pre-registration process and valid code were supposed to provide fair access to tickets. I'm disappointed by TicketMaster and Discover's handling of the situation, especially since these tickets were meant to be a wedding gift for my daughter, and now I'm upset and in tears.

I participated in the Adele presale using my verified code. I tried to purchase 3 tickets, but despite having a code from the credit card company, the website repeatedly claimed my card was invalid. I made three unsuccessful attempts to process the transaction using my credit card. I have the code to verify my validity and believe I should have the opportunity to purchase the tickets that were wrongly denied to me due to an alleged invalid card issue.

I have not received confirmation of my Ed Sheeran tickets for the concert on 28/5/[redacted] at the Principality Stadium. I made the purchase with my AMEX card back in September. My email address is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]3. When I check the Ticketmaster app, it still shows no upcoming events, and I have yet to receive any confirmation from Ticketmaster. I placed the order online with Ticketmaster on 27/9/21. Can someone please help me with this issue? Thank you.

My husband bought tickets for the Leafs game on Dec 11 from a season ticket holder, who sent them to him. He stored them in his wallet, but now he can't attend. We planned to give them to my brother-in-law and nephew, but we're unsure how to transfer them from my husband's wallet without forwarding options. To Whom It May Concern, I bought tickets for my 9-year-old daughter as a Christmas gift before the vaccine mandate for children was announced. My daughter has medical conditions and her doctor has advised against getting the vaccine at this time. I have reached out to Ticketmaster twice via email, but they have declined my request for a full refund for the Aladdin show tickets. I am currently waiting for a follow-up response. I purchased an e-gift card from Ticketmaster and got a confirmation email with the order number and correct email for delivery. It has been over a week, and I have not received the e-gift card. I have tried contacting them but haven't had any luck reaching anyone. I have also sent two emails to customer support, but have not received any responses. I am hoping Ticketmaster can send me the e-gift card I paid for.

I bought 2 tickets for the Christmas in the Air event at Beau Rivage on December 14th at 3 pm but later needed 2 more. I had issues buying the extra tickets online but got assistance over the phone. Now I can't find any record of the initial 2 tickets I purchased. The tickets I do have are for Section [redacted], Row B, Seats 8 & 9. I bought 2 tickets for the Village People concert on November 27th through Viagogo. The tickets were transferred to Ticketmaster, but there was an error in my email address, and Ticketmaster did not receive the tickets. Now, I need the tickets, possibly stuck in a transfer 'black hole', to be sent back to Viagogo. I reached out to the Fan Club in Kentucky, but unfortunately, did not receive a reply. I am hoping to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this issue. Email communication would also be appreciated. This situation has been quite frustrating for me.
