I recently visited the Tim Hortons location at [redacted] King Street in Oshawa, Ontario. I placed two separate orders, the first being a bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese bagel, and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese along with two coffees. My first order was incorrect as the bacon was not well done, there was no cheese, and there was too much mayo. The second bagel was not toasted, had too much cream cheese, and the coffees were made with milk instead of cream and no sugar as requested. Additionally, the chocolate raised donut I ordered was poorly handled and all the chocolate came off stuck to the bag. The manager's response to my complaints was rude and dismissive. I believe the manager's behavior tarnished the Tim Hortons brand and I am seeking compensation for the poor customer service experienced. Thank you.

I have encountered multiple $5 holds on my credit/debit cards when trying to load my Tim's card. Despite the deductions, the $5 is not credited to my account, appearing as pending transactions for a few days before being processed as actual payments. Error messages frequently pop up, stating issues with my card details or encountering an error creating my order. I have not received any weekly offers either, despite regularly spending $[redacted] weekly at Tim Hortons. Numerous messages sent over 6-7 months have gone unanswered. I am seeking resolution regarding the $50 owed to me and the points lost due to my inability to place orders on the mobile app during previous promotions.-Renee F.

I have visited Tim Hortons three times and have not received any roll-up prizes. The first instance was in Clarington, where I ordered an extra-large steeped tea, a large coffee, and two medium hot chocolates. During my second visit, I ordered an extra-large steeped tea and a large coffee. Yesterday, I only ordered an extra-large steeped tea. On each occasion, I did not receive any roll-up prizes. When I raised the issue after the first instance at a different Tim Hortons location, the staff mentioned they could not help. After two more visits without any prizes, I am frustrated. I would appreciate replacements for each of the drinks without roll-up stickers. I also believe this year's Roll Up the Rim campaign is disappointing. While winning a car would be amazing, a free coffee or sandwich would also be much appreciated. I feel that the current campaign format does not offer sufficient immediate rewards for multiple drinks purchased. I am dissatisfied and considering making my own tea to avoid this continued disappointment. Thank you.

I would appreciate if someone could provide me with a copy as I enjoy the stats but forgot to keep one. Hello, I am a customer at Tim Hortons on 15 Avenue du Mont Royal O. This morning, I stopped by to have my usual breakfast. I ordered 1 Iced Cappuccino and 1 Espresso. Unfortunately, the gentleman made a mistake with the order and gave me both drinks in the same cup. Initially, I didn't notice the error, but a lady working there informed me of the mix-up. I explained that I had asked for two separate drinks, but the gentleman insulted me by calling me "complexed" in Arabic (he is Moroccan) in front of everyone. The kind lady calmed me down, and I contacted the police who advised me to speak with the manager. After talking to the manager, they suggested filing a complaint and contacting the head office. This behavior is unacceptable and intolerable. I am reaching out to you first, and I plan to take legal action against this person for insulting me and disrespecting me for no reason. I don't know the name of the individual, but he is Moroccan. Please take appropriate action. Thank you.

This morning, July 4th at 5:30 am, I visited our regular coffee shop to pick up three extra-large coffees and a large hot chocolate for our household. We are frequent customers of this store, and I even worked here years ago. However, when I tried to heat up the hot chocolate later, it seemed like the machine was not working properly. Additionally, two of the coffee cups had grounds at the bottom, which is not typical for this store. I just wanted to bring this issue to someone's attention. Thank you. - D.T.

During my time in Edmonton, AB, Canada, I had the pleasure of visiting the Tim Hortons at Kisigston Crossing on [redacted] Av and [redacted] St. The staff there was incredibly competent and friendly. In Tromsø, known as the capital of the Arctic Circle, we have the most northern university in Europe with a diverse student population of around 15,[redacted]. Tromsø is a popular tourist destination worldwide. I strongly believe that a Tim Hortons in Tromsø would be a massive success. On October 15, [redacted], around 12:30, my husband visited the McDonald's on Mosley Street in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. He ordered a large black coffee, a large steeped tea with 2 milk and 1 sweetener, and a crispy bacon chicken ranch wrap. Regrettably, the tea was incorrect twice. When my husband arrived home, he realized that the coffee contained cream and sugar, which is problematic as he is diabetic. Our orders at this location have been incorrect before, but this time it posed a significant health risk.

I have already contacted Tim Horton’s customer support regarding my unsatisfactory delivery order experience. They assured me that another professional would follow up, but unfortunately, I have not received any further communication. My inquiry number is [redacted]4. The delivery took over 40 minutes, resulting in cold and soggy food, cold coffee, and melted iced drinks. Additionally, a portion of my order was missing, causing further inconvenience as it arrived after our break was over, leaving us without lunch. Despite attempting to cancel the order before it was picked up, I was unsuccessful. I am seeking a refund for this disappointing experience. It has been nearly a week since my last interaction with Tim Horton’s customer service, and despite my efforts to follow up, I have not received a response. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve better treatment than being disregarded.
