I was expecting a package today via USPS, but it wasn't delivered. I received an email stating there was a "delivery exception" as the carrier couldn't access the delivery location. It's frustrating because USPS no longer brings packages to our door; they leave them by the mailbox or on the ground nearby. My wife recently lost her father, and amidst the chaos, she also lost her keys. The post office requires a lease to issue a new mailbox key, but due to the circumstances, we can't locate it. I paid $28.75 to ship a 17x13x11 box from Indiana [redacted] to Florida [redacted]. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered and was marked as vacant. Despite my door not being vacant, the box was not left there as requested. I have attempted to contact the Winter Park Florida post offices for two days without any success. The calls I made to the three different numbers resulted in continuous ringing and then a recording stating no one was available before disconnecting the call. I would appreciate receiving a new tracking number if it differs from the original one. The box contains personal items for my daughter that are invaluable to us. I shipped a package to an address in California worth $[redacted], but fell victim to a scam. The package includes a mobile phone and accessories. Despite my efforts to stop it here in Australia, I have been unsuccessful. I have informed the authorities in both countries about this situation. I am hoping that the package can be intercepted and returned to me in Australia, even if I have to cover the postage costs. Being a disabled pensioner, losing this money would be devastating for me. I would like to speak with a live representative instead of dealing with this frustrating automated system that often misunderstands my inputs. Upon investigation, it has been found that the registered package is currently at the USPS Petaluma Distribution Center in California for 8 days without any recent updates. There is concern about the lack of information and the possibility of the package being returned to the Ukraine due to the ongoing conflict. While I am undergoing medical treatment for a stroke, I am unable to access my PO Box located in Wrightwood, CA. Due to my circumstances, I need assistance ensuring that any mail and packages sent to me are held until I can collect them, which may be several months. I am experiencing a delivery problem with tracking number 5[redacted] 0[redacted]. The Priority package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 3/14/[redacted], but it did not arrive despite no secure location being available, and I was home. On 3/15/[redacted], the first delivery attempt failed, and when I rescheduled for 3/16/[redacted], it did not happen, citing an issue with ice on the road which was not the case. Since around March 8, [redacted], our residence has not been receiving daily mail, including up to the current date of March 18, [redacted]. We have not submitted a change of address or requested mail hold services. There is concern that certain family members may be intercepting the mail, with past incidents involving illegal activities like interception. One family member and an associate were previously incarcerated for similar actions. About seven years ago, another family member improperly changed the address of a deceased relative to access sympathy cards with cash and checks for personal gain. Following our recent loss of our mother in January and her service in March, it became apparent that we were missing mail. Due to the pandemic, many friends and extended family could not attend the services, but we expected correspondence. The only cards we have received were combined with floral deliveries. Any guidance or referrals on addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There have been repeated instances where packages marked as delivered do not arrive. Upon creating a USPS account, I discovered a package had been marked as delivered, but I did not receive it. Luckily, after providing the tracking number to our postman, the package was located. It's concerning that without the account, I wouldn't have been aware of the missing package. I have filed a complaint regarding the lapses at the [redacted] W Atlantic Ave post office in Delray Beach, FL. Additionally, when a package was returned, that same post office requested $21 for its release, which the central post office stated should not happen. I insist on a refund of the $21 wrongly charged.

I dropped off a prepaid package at the post office located at [redacted] OLD DIXIE HWY, MIAMI FL [redacted] on Saturday at 11:15 am. I used the app to confirm the shipment, but I received a notification that the tracking information was not available. Despite leaving the package in the designated drop-off box at the office with other packages, the tracking does not show that it was sent. Our U.S. mail delivery service at our address has been inconsistent. Over the past nearly 2 years, the mail arrives between 3:00 and 9:30 PM, or sometimes not at all. I mailed a complaint to the post office about six weeks ago regarding the poor service. I am waiting for important mail that should have arrived by now. For the last three days, we haven't received any mail, which is unusual for us. I heard our mail carrier was in an accident. I hope they are okay, but what happened to "neither rain, snow, nor dark of night"? I am wondering how to receive my mail. The package tracking indicated delivery today on 04/07/22 at 7:38 a.m. My household was eagerly anticipating the truck's arrival as the contents contain essential products for my husband's Terminal Cancer care, including pressure wound relief antiseptic salves, oils, medications, and supplies. Unfortunately, the truck did not show up at our address, causing great distress. I promptly reached out to neighbors and even received other packages from FedEx after the USPS delivery was supposedly completed.
