My 14-year-old daughter placed an order for a McDonald's meal on Uber Eats, which totaled just over £22. Unfortunately, the driver, Emma, did not attempt to deliver the meal and claimed to have contacted my daughter, but there was no response. When I reached out to Uber Eats through my daughter's account, they informed me that no refund would be issued. It is upsetting that my daughter's money was taken without receiving the goods. I believe this situation is unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund to be processed back to my daughter's account. I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary.

I ordered a takeaway with a 45-minute delivery time, which unexpectedly increased to over 2 hours. Trying to cancel the order through Uber Support was frustrating. Repeatedly told to pay in full despite the significant delay in delivery. The chat was abruptly ended numerous times, dealing with 5 unhelpful agents who couldn't assist or provide details on the complaints procedure. Disappointing service and lackluster support experienced throughout the whole ordeal.

I am disappointed with Uber Eats and considering cancelling my account. This morning, I placed an order for lunch and dinner. I am disabled and provided detailed instructions to the driver, Brian, about where to deliver the food. Despite explaining that I couldn't carry anything due to my disability, Brian did not respond to my messages or calls. He incorrectly mentioned a "beware of dog" sign at the wrong house. Uber Eats then charged me $28 plus added a $5 tip without my consent, which is especially upsetting as I live on a fixed income. This service is crucial for me since I had a stroke a year ago. I demand a full refund, including Brian's tip, promptly. Please refund the money to my account. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter as I rely on Uber Eats for meal deliveries. I recently downloaded the Uber Eats app and used it for the first time today. I paid for my food and received it. Despite this, I noticed that you attempted to charge my card multiple times after the transaction was completed. Luckily, the funds were not available. I want to clarify that I have already paid for my food, and I have not ordered anything else. It concerns me that there are continuous attempts to charge my card. I have even forwarded the declined transaction details to my attorney. I urge you not to try to charge my card for any additional purchases as I have not authorized any further transactions. I placed an order through Uber Eats using a $25 promo code. Initially, the total showed $14.07, and after adding a $3 tip, it should have been $17.07. However, upon submitting the order, the total unexpectedly increased to over $42, with the promo code not applied. When I tried to cancel the order, I was informed of a $32 charge despite not receiving any food. Hello, I was in the process of adding items to my cart when, unexpectedly, the order was placed without my confirmation. I attempted to cancel it immediately, but instead of being refunded, a message stated that there would be an additional charge of $26 to cancel. This occurred right after the order had been placed, and I was unable to utilize the coupon I had. It's frustrating that the system proceeded to checkout automatically. My son has been using my credit card on Uber Eats without permission, resulting in over $1,[redacted] in charges. I have already contacted Capital One to block his purchases, but I am still receiving $2.00 charges, possibly from failed attempts to use the card. I want to have my card removed from Uber to prevent further unauthorized charges. If it is not possible to completely remove the card, I will have to change my account number. I had an order with Red Robin in Norridge, IL on Saturday, [redacted]. This was done on my computer through an offer that was emailed to me. I called the order in around *:** p.m. I received responses saying they were preparing the food, then that they were waiting for a driver. I don't have the driver's names. This restaurant is about ** - ** minutes from me. At *:** p.m. still nothing. Then around *:** - *:** p.m. I received * messages saying my order was cancelled. No explanation was given. I called Red Robin and they told me the 1st driver picked up the order. Then a 2nd driver came in saying they were there to pick up the order, but it was already picked up. It seems this was not the restaurant's fault or due to them being out of food. I am not exactly sure what happened, but I was really upset as I did not have anything else planned to eat for myself and my elderly mother. Thankfully, Red Robin prepared another order, and the manager delivered it to me. I kindly request an investigation into this matter and would appreciate some form of compensation for our inconvenience and frustration. Thank you, Joanne D.

On Friday, December 3rd, I placed an order at McDonald's, and one of the burgers did not come as requested with double meat. I made a complaint that same day, and they sent me a message on the app saying they would refund me. As of December 10th, I have not received the full refund. I only got a 1 euro refund because I was overcharged. I am disappointed with the service and request that they resolve this issue and provide me with the refund.

Hello, I placed an order and expected it to be delivered. Unfortunately, when I realized the pickup time was days away, I tried to cancel immediately. Despite attempting to contact the restaurant, I wasn't able to reach them. I promptly informed Uber Eats, but I haven't received any response yet. I paid £9 for food I never received. I ordered food from Jersey Mike's and received a notification that the driver was arriving at my office. Despite waiting in the lobby as requested, I did not receive a call as indicated in the app when the driver tried to reach me. After attempting to call the driver back with no success, I was informed that my food had been delivered. Unfortunately, after checking the premises thoroughly and consulting my receptionist, the order was nowhere to be found. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the driver, the situation remains unresolved. I kindly request a refund for the undelivered order.

I placed an order on UberEats for food from Applebee's totaling almost $47. I placed the order before 10 pm, expecting it to arrive by 10:30. When I called at 10:35, I was informed that no driver had picked it up and was advised to contact UberEats, but I couldn't reach anyone on the phone. With Applebee's closing at 11, I decided to drive over at 10:55, being just a block away, and then a Uber Eats driver arrived. I rushed to get there while they were waiting. Sadly, I had to pick up my order myself, finding out that the meal was incorrect.

My order was severely delayed by over an hour! Despite contacting the restaurant during this time, I was merely told to continue waiting for the delivery to arrive. Finally, after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes beyond the original estimated time, the food was delivered completely cold and unfit to eat, especially since it contained seafood. To remedy the situation, we had to procure food from another establishment without any problems. When addressing the issue with the restaurant, they directed me to reach out to Uber Eats for a complete refund of the order. The lack of consideration and service from this restaurant has left us highly disappointed. We are seeking a full refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

I am disappointed by another incorrect delivery time. Despite scheduling for 1[redacted], my order arrived at [redacted], causing inconvenience as my guests were not there yet. The driver mentioned that delivery times are not communicated to the restaurant, resulting in early deliveries. While dining at my local restaurant, I encountered an Uber Eats driver who displayed concerning behavior. He was agitated, shouting, honking, and using inappropriate language towards me and my two young children in the vehicle. Despite being unable to move due to a queue, he attempted to speed past, putting us in danger of a collision. After narrowly avoiding an accident, he parked and verbally threatened me, causing distress to my children. Feeling frightened, I had to leave without receiving my order. It is worrisome that such aggressive individuals are permitted to represent your service. I recently placed an order at Dunkin Donuts for jelly-filled donuts, but received glazed instead. Additionally, I ordered a frozen drink which seemed to be just juice as the machine might not have been ready. My bagel was supposed to be lightly toasted, but it arrived cold with cream cheese only on one side. I tried calling the store using the number on the website, but it either didn't work or was consistently busy. Ultimately, I had to contact my delivery driver to request an adjustment that should have been available as a standard option with the bagel.

This is my second order from Moge Location, and once again, I received the wrong order. I requested two large drinks, but they mistakenly gave me small ones. Paying extra for a large drink and receiving a small one is frustrating. I was understanding the first time, as mistakes can occur, but it's unacceptable for the same error to happen again. I am looking for a refund and will not be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered a meal at McDonald’s, and when my order arrived, the fries were missing. I contacted the delivery driver to see if he could return for the fries, but he couldn't due to another delivery. I got a refund for the missing £1.59 fries. However, I had to reorder them for £4.28 extra, feeling it was unfair as I had to replace the missing item myself. I am requesting a full refund for my recent order. We placed the order at 4:30 PM. The restaurant claims the order has been waiting for pick-up since 5:15 PM. It is now 6:40 PM, and the food has been sitting for over an hour, getting cold. By the time we receive it, it will likely be inedible. We have not even received confirmation that the order has been picked up. We are disappointed, considering we spent over $[redacted] on this order. I have never experienced such poor service before.

This morning, I ordered from Wendy's at [redacted] Utica Ave in Brooklyn, NY at 8:30 AM. The money was deducted from my account, but the order disappeared from the app. I contacted the restaurant, and they explained that their system experienced issues, leaving my order pending. Despite requesting a cancellation to receive a refund, they advised me to contact UberEats for assistance. Unfortunately, the order does not reflect in the app. I have a screenshot of the transaction in question.
