I had a disappointing experience with an Uber Eats order. The driver struggled to find my location despite my efforts to guide him through calls and texts. He even had to ask a passerby to help communicate with me. Finally, he admitted his English was limited. When the food eventually arrived, it was cold and inedible due to the delay. I believe I should receive a refund for this unsatisfactory service. The driver's language barrier and lack of direction greatly affected the delivery process. Thank you.

We frequently receive unexpected food deliveries at our address, 2 Oaks Lane, Shirley, Croydon, CR0 5HP, from Ubereats that we did not order. This has occurred multiple times, including yesterday and today. We would appreciate it if you could update your records to indicate that we do not place orders with Ubereats at this address, except for orders under the name Spink. We are unsure who is placing these orders, but the continuous disruptions are becoming a nuisance and interrupting our work. We hope to avoid escalating this matter any further. It surprises us that your drivers have not raised this issue with you. Please acknowledge this message promptly.

Last night, I ordered a meal from Outback Steakhouse in Florida. Unfortunately, when I received it, the food was cold. Even though the steak was cooked perfectly, it was cold. Additionally, I had ordered a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, but I got a regular potato instead. The butter was placed on top of my steak, which seemed unsanitary. I also requested utensils but didn't receive any. It's frustrating to get takeout without the necessary utensils, especially when I specifically requested them.

My daughter, who resides with me in Indiana, has been incorrectly charged by Uber Eats in San Francisco, CA. She was saving up for her move after her recent marriage. Since she has never visited San Francisco and doesn't know anyone there, it's evident her debit card is being used fraudulently for these orders. Her name is Storm Miley from Indiana. She has already informed the bank and canceled her card this morning. The bank will conduct its investigation on these deceitful transactions. To support the bank, providing the delivery addresses, ordering phone numbers, and any other related information could be helpful in resolving this matter.

I have been continuously receiving enticing discount coupons via email from UberEats. Each time I click through to the ordering page after recovering my password and going through security measures, I am told "Sorry, you are not eligible for this promotion." This frustrating cycle has repeated multiple times, and attempts to resolve it through the customer service chat only result in repetitive requests for information from a robot. I am yet to speak with a live human representative. I urge UberEats to stop sending invalid promotion codes to avoid misleading customers like myself.

I recently ordered a vegetable biryani dish from a restaurant through the app. However, upon receiving the food and taking a bite, I discovered it contained meat. As a long-time vegetarian, I was upset to have mistakenly consumed the meat. I later found out that I was given chicken biryani instead of the vegetable one I had requested through the app and as stated on the receipt.

This was my first time ordering from a delivery service. The delivery was quick, but unfortunately, both orders of my 12 boneless wings were spicy instead of the mild ones I selected for my kids. Furthermore, the bone-in wings were greatly overcooked and seemed to have been left out for too long. I contacted The Wing Experience, and they mentioned they couldn't replace the order because it was placed through Uber Eats. Although I received a credit for the $8.66 I paid, I believe I should also receive a $35 credit since I used a coupon for that amount, and the whole experience was disappointing. I hope to use the credit to try something different next time. It was frustrating to have to search for an alternative meal after this experience.

To whom it may concern, I wanted to bring attention to an incident involving a delivery that took place on Saturday, December 11th, at 5:17 pm for an order from Bodean. The order was confirmed, and a delivery driver was assigned via your app. However, I observed the driver heading away from the restaurant while the food was ready for pickup. This continued for about 20 minutes on the live tracking app until the driver stopped in Harlesden and remained stationary, far from the starting point at the restaurant. When I tried to reach out to your customer support through the chat, I shared details and screenshots of the issue. Despite my explanations and evidence, the support staff insisted that the driver was at the restaurant, suggested that the tracking might not be accurate, and advised me to wait. I reiterated that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes, the driver was not moving, and attempts to contact the driver had been ignored. The chat was abruptly ended without a resolution. Subsequent chats with different staff members yielded similar unhelpful responses, leading to frustration as the driver remained inactive for over 40 minutes. Eventually, after multiple attempts, a third staff member assisted me in canceling the order so I could reorder and receive my food through a different delivery partner. The whole process took over an hour, causing a delay of 2-3 hours in delivering the food to my family. It was disappointing that two out of the three staff members offered no assistance and terminated the chat prematurely. The unprofessional behavior of the delivery driver and the unhelpful customer service interactions made for a very frustrating experience. Best regards, Daniel

I ordered McDonald's last Sunday, and usually, it only takes about 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, this time it was a different story. We ended up waiting over an hour, and when the food finally arrived, it was completely cold and inedible. The delivery driver's customer service was lacking too. He messaged after 30 minutes that he was almost there, but it took another 30 minutes before he showed up. He then expected me to go down the street to his car to get the food instead of delivering it to my door. To top it off, he made excuses about being parked around the corner, which I found hard to believe as I tracked his journey in the app. I've tried to report this issue multiple times, but all I get are automated responses acknowledging the problem without any compensation or explanation.

I recently received a refund for my order that never arrived at my house, but I noticed that the tip was not included in the refund and was charged to my Visa instead. I've tried to contact Uber Eats through various channels, including calling (unsuccessful due to the customer service line being down for weeks), but I have not received a response yet. I believe the tip should also be refunded since the food delivery did not take place, and I would appreciate getting the tip amount refunded to me.

On December 9th, we placed an order with Filibertos for 4 items totaling a little over $24, but only received 2 items upon delivery. Attempted to reach out to the driver to inquire about the missing items but received no response. After submitting a request for the 2 items, a refund of $12 + change was issued. Surprisingly, now there is a message stating an outstanding balance of $19.73 for the 2 items. The calculation does not make sense, and I am puzzled by the additional charge. The payment process has been trouble-free in the past with other vendors. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly.

Hello, I had two promo codes, one for 25 and the other for 15. When I tried to use the first 25 coupon during checkout, it was not accepted. I then attempted to use the 15 coupon instead, but encountered the same issue. I am unsure why this happened and would like assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Order # 7E721: I placed an order with Starbucks at 10:12 a.m. I messaged my driver with directions but then got a strange call saying my order was about to be cancelled. Despite talking to the driver at the time, the order was cancelled. I tipped generously, and this is the second time this has happened in two months without a refund. I am very upset as I rely on deliveries while working at the radio station and cannot leave. I am frustrated and requesting a full refund for the over $40 order that never arrived.

Hello, I placed an order for delivery on December 12th, [redacted], and a promotion appeared offering $15 off for a minimum order of $20 for delivery orders only, valid until December 16th, [redacted], at 11 AM. Despite selecting the promotion before checking out on the app, I did not see the $15 deduction on my receipt. I am disappointed as I only ordered because of the promotion. I ordered food from The Haven around 2:46 pm today. My friend's wings were undercooked and excessively spicy for being BBQ flavored. We reached out to the restaurant immediately, but they were unhelpful and claimed they could not do anything about it. Despite my friend being willing to return the food for a replacement, they refused. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I find it surprising that a restaurant wouldn't address a clear quality issue with their food. The wings had to be discarded, as the restaurant cited cost concerns for not replacing them. This explanation seems unreasonable given the circumstances. They only offered a simple apology. Speaking on behalf of my friend, who was affected, there were additional issues with my order such as missing chili and salad dressing. Fortunately, the delivery driver helped retrieve these missing items. My friend is seeking a refund for the subpar food, as well as reimbursement for the delivery fee and taxes incurred.

I'm extremely frustrated. My Uber Eats order was incomplete, and when I contacted the restaurant, the manager acknowledged the mistake but refused to help further. Despite admitting fault, they directed me to contact the driver. How can they wash their hands of the situation when they know they were in the wrong? This is unacceptable. I need this rectified promptly, or I will not be using Uber Eats again. I find it unfair that I'm missing items, lost money, received poor customer service from the manager, and now I'm left hungry because of this entire ordeal.

Hello. I placed an order for ShareTea St Albans around 9:50 pm. They confirmed the order and accepted payment. Approximately 30 minutes later, they were still preparing the order, and a driver was en route to collect it. When I checked the app 10 minutes later, the order was no longer visible. I was unable to seek assistance through the app since the order had disappeared despite my payment being processed.

I recently received a package labeled A72C7 containing food from McDelivery by Uber Eats at [redacted] Castle Court, Houston TX. The recipients are currently out of the country, and I confirmed with them that they did not order the food. I haven't opened the McDelivery bag yet, so I'm unsure of its contents. I work as a manager at a Marriott hotel in Latham, NY. Recently, a delivery driver entered our premises without a mask, which is required by New York State regulations, even for vaccinated individuals. Despite my polite request, he was uncooperative and claimed the policy wasn't being enforced, mentioning he spoke with the Sheriff. This behavior is unacceptable, especially during the ongoing pandemic. It's particularly disheartening as Marriott has a partnership with Uber Eats. The incident was very disappointing.
