I placed an order at Spice House located at [redacted] New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, ME20 6SA tonight, Friday, December 17. The delivery was supposed to arrive between 20:15 and 20:35, but it is now 21:25, and my order has not arrived yet. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the delay. Just as an update, it has finally arrived, but unfortunately, it was greasy and cold. I had to discard it straight into the bin. I am very unhappy with this service. I do not plan to use Uber Eats again, and I am requesting a refund.

I'm Tom Cunningham, the General Manager of Home231 in Harrisburg, PA. We are kindly requesting to be removed from Uber Eats. I experienced a frustrating 15-minute hold before briefly reaching someone, only to be placed back on hold without explanation for an additional 38 minutes. Eventually, a message about technical difficulties played. Please promptly remove our restaurant from the Uber Eats system.

I always look for the free delivery section on the app featuring the 15-minute countdown for $0 delivery. Despite ordering within the time limit, I am consistently charged a delivery fee. This happened again today, and I have screenshots to prove it. The initial screen shows the "$0 delivery fee countdown," followed by the restaurant information stating "$0 delivery." However, upon ordering, the price increases, and I am charged $3.99 for delivery. This inconsistency between the advertised $0 delivery and actual charges is misleading and needs to be rectified to avoid legal consequences. I am requesting a refund for this delivery charge and am willing to provide the screenshots if needed. Email me for further details.

I reached out to Uber Eats five hours ago after receiving my food, which consisted of overcooked nuggets, hard burger buns, and cold fries. I notified the restaurant, requested a full refund, but only received a response five hours later asking for a picture of the hard food. I was unable to eat the food as it was inedible, so I disposed of it. I am extremely frustrated that they are now asking for evidence when the food was clearly unacceptable. I am insisting on a full refund and I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I have submitted numerous complaints and attempted to seek assistance through the confusing user interface of this app. My payment methods are consistently being rejected without explanation. I am distressed as I lost 2 vouchers totaling $40 that were attached to my UBER account due to my inability to make a purchase. Despite trying to place an order repeatedly - around 20 to 25 times - utilizing all of my cards, I am continually receiving the error message "Payment invalid."

I am new to this app and encountered issues using the discount code "Get25." Despite not placing any orders yet, I'm attempting to use the code on my first order without success. Can someone assist me by applying the $25 discount code or crediting my Uber Eats account promptly? Time is limited as they will stop serving breakfast in roughly 20 minutes.

I recently placed an order using the McDonald's app and was disappointed to find that two happy meals with drinks were missing from my order. The order number on my receipt is [redacted]. I kindly request a refund to my card ending in [redacted] as soon as possible. This is not the first time this error has occurred, and it is incredibly frustrating, especially with two toddlers eagerly waiting for their meal. Hello, my name is Maryam. I recently received an email with a promotional code for UberEats. Being new to the platform, I downloaded the app and attempted to use the code when ordering a sandwich. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate where to input the code due to my unfamiliarity with the app. Consequently, I was charged approximately $20 for a Burger King sandwich. I promptly canceled the order, only to incur about $10 in charges. This has left me quite dissatisfied with the experience. As the cancellation occurred immediately, I am kindly requesting a refund. I believe it would be unfair to be charged when I was only trying to use the promotion code for the first time and was unfamiliar with the app's processes.

I placed an order with Papa John’s through the Uber Eats app, and unfortunately, the delivery driver took my food without delivering it to me. When the driver rang my doorbell, my son let him in and asked him to come upstairs, but the driver left with the food. My order total was £62.25, and my order number is #7182D. This incident occurred in Birmingham, England. The driver's name is Jakir, and his contact number is 07[redacted]02. I am requesting a full refund as my order was not delivered.

I recently ordered a meal for my 3 children from Uber Eats. They requested McDonald's, so I got them each a Large Big Mac meal. The order arrived early, which pleased me, but upon opening the bags, I discovered the chip portions were rather scant. Initially thinking some might have fallen out, I checked and found only 2 chips in each bag. This was disappointing. When I asked Uber for a refund for the chips, I was told they couldn't provide one but would note my complaint. I was frustrated because my kids were hungry, and Uber's response upset me. Times are tough financially, and I didn't expect issues with this order. I only requested a refund for the chips, not the entire order. I hope to get a refund for the 3 Large chips.

I never received my order and was assured a refund by a customer service agent. I patiently waited for over a week for the refund, but it hasn't reflected in my account yet. When I reached out to customer service again, I was informed that I couldn't be refunded due to it being over 48 hours. I'm not trying to deceive anyone for $17; I simply want my refund for the undelivered food. I would even appreciate credit on my Uber Eats account. All I'm asking for is fair treatment as a customer.

I recently received my order and encountered some safety issues. The bag I received my food in was not properly sealed which made me concerned about the safety of the food, especially in light of the recent increase in COVID cases. I opted for contactless delivery to minimize contact. I've attempted to report this problem through the app multiple times, but unfortunately, I'm unable to submit my complaint. Whenever I try to press the submit button, it does not respond, and when I attempt to take a picture to support my claim, the app freezes with just a quarter-loaded circle on the screen.

My food arrived an hour late and was missing an item. To make matters worse, the delivery came with mosquitoes, burnt gyozas, and was cold from True Sushi. I typically order from Uber Eats without any issues, but this experience was disappointing. I enjoy using Uber Eats, but given the circumstances, I believe a refund is justifiable as I was unable to consume the meal. As a student, every penny counts, and it's disheartening to have to discard food I paid for. I have taken a picture of the order as evidence.

I ordered Uber Eats last night and it arrived quickly and was still hot. I received a request for feedback and rated the service highly. However, I received an email stating I owe a $7.69 tip that I did not give. Please remove this charge from my account immediately. My account email is [redacted] The order total was $55.82 from Dim Sum Queen, paid with a $30.00 gift card and the remaining balance on my MasterCard. I am dissatisfied with the service I received. I placed a €18 McDonald's order via Uber Eats and the delivery driver informed me that the order was not available at McDonald's. I contacted your support through chat, but was told I could not receive a refund. I find it unacceptable that I paid for an order that was never delivered and was denied a refund. I have been a loyal customer for a while, but if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider switching to Deliveroo for better service.

I placed an order with Chile y Limon 3 hours ago, but the burrito I received was incorrect. Despite specifying in my special instructions that I did not want sour cream or guacamole, the burrito still had them. I have reached out to the support team, but have not received a response in the past two hours. Normally, I receive prompt assistance, so I am becoming frustrated with the extended wait time for a resolution.

Hello, Today, I used Uber Eats for the first time. I placed an order at Yuan's Wok for 2 Curry chicken and 2 Stir-fried Hokkien noodles this morning. Upon seeing on the app that the order was ready, I realized there was no delivery arranged. Currently in quarantine, I am unable to leave my room. I contacted the restaurant for assistance with the delivery, but unfortunately, they were unable to help. The issue is that although I can see on the app that my order was delivered, it was not received by me and I was still charged for it. There seems to be a mistake somewhere. I made a mistake by placing a duplicate order at the same restaurant. I attempted to contact customer service but faced a long wait time with over [redacted] people ahead of me. When I finally spoke to a representative, I was informed that I had waited too long. In a state of panic, I tried to cancel the order, which was successful, but I was still charged the full amount for the food. As a result, I am now without both my money and the food and wine. I kindly request a full refund to be processed back to my credit card.
